半监督多标记学习利用有标记数据和无标记数据进行模型的训练,降低了多标记数据的标记成本并取得了不错的结果,吸引了很多研究者不断进行研究.然而,在半监督标注过程中,由于标记的数量较多,往往会出现某些标记缺失标注样本的情况,这些... 半监督多标记学习利用有标记数据和无标记数据进行模型的训练,降低了多标记数据的标记成本并取得了不错的结果,吸引了很多研究者不断进行研究.然而,在半监督标注过程中,由于标记的数量较多,往往会出现某些标记缺失标注样本的情况,这些标记被称为开放词汇.开放词汇会导致模型无法学习到该类别的标记信息,使得模型性能下降. 针对上述问题,提出了基于图提示的半监督开放词汇多标记 学习方法. 具体地,该方法利用基于提示的图神经网络对预训练大模型进行微调,挖掘和探索开放词汇与 监督样本之间的关系. 通过使用包含图像与文本的多模态数据构造图神经网络作为预训练大模型的文本 输入进行学习. 其次利用预训练大模型在开放词汇上的泛化能力,对无监督样本生成伪标记,实现对输出 分类层的微调,使模型在对开放词汇进行分类时能获得更加理想的效果. 多个基准数据集上的实验结果 均显示,基于图提示的半监督开放词汇多标记学习方法优于目前的主流方法,在 VOC,COCO,CUB,NUS 等基准数据集上均取得了最优的效果. 展开更多

The girder end restraint devices such as bearings and dampers on long span suspension bridge will deteriorate over time.However,it is difficult to achieve the quantitative assessment of the performance of the restraint device through existing detection methods in actual inspections,making it difficult to obtain the impact of changes in the performance of the restraint device on the bridge structure.In this paper,a random vehicle load model is firstly established based on the WIM data of Jiangyin Bridge,and the displacement of girder end under the actual traffic flow is simulated by using finite element dynamic time history analysis.On this basis,according to the performance test data of the bearings and dampers,the performance degradation laws of the above two restraint devices are summarized,and the performance degradation process of the two restraint devices and the effects of different restraint parameters on the bridge structure are simulated.The results show that the performance degradation of the damper will significantly reduce the damping force at low speed,resulting in a significant increase in the cumulative displacement of the girder end;in the presence of longitudinal dampers,the increase in the friction coefficient caused by the deterioration of the bearing sliding plate has little effect on the cumulative displacement,but excessive wear of the bearing sliding plate adversely affects the structural dynamic performance. 展开更多

在巷道的钻爆法掘进过程中,巷道围岩周围将诱发较多的径向裂隙。为了研究不同冲击载荷作用下巷道内裂纹扩展速度及起裂韧度的变化规律,采用落锤冲击试验机对裂纹巷道模型试件进行冲击加载,模型试件选用青砂岩制作;试验中,采用裂纹扩展... 在巷道的钻爆法掘进过程中,巷道围岩周围将诱发较多的径向裂隙。为了研究不同冲击载荷作用下巷道内裂纹扩展速度及起裂韧度的变化规律,采用落锤冲击试验机对裂纹巷道模型试件进行冲击加载,模型试件选用青砂岩制作;试验中,采用裂纹扩展计进行裂纹扩展速度及起裂时间的测定,对不同冲击高度下裂纹扩展速度及起裂时间进行分析;随后采用ABAQUS有限元程序结合试验-数值法计算巷道模型试样在不同动态加载率作用下的动态起裂韧度,并对起裂韧度的变化规律进行统计分析。得出如下结论:①巷道内预制裂纹的扩展速度随着动态加载高度的增加而增大,随后逐渐趋于稳定,实测裂纹扩展速度略小于0.38倍砂岩纵波波速;②巷道内预制裂纹的起裂时间,随着动态加载率的增加呈缓慢下降的趋势,降低幅度范围约为50μs;③随着动态加载率的增加,巷道内裂纹的动态起裂韧度逐渐增大,上升趋势也逐渐加大。 展开更多

研究了巷道内纯Ⅰ型及Ⅰ/Ⅱ复合型裂纹在冲击载荷作用下的动态扩展特征,预制裂纹位于巷道拱顶圆弧区域与巷道对称轴线平行,并与巷道对称轴线的间距不同。以中低速落锤冲击试验机对砂岩巷道模型试样进行动态冲击加载,巷道内裂纹的起裂时... 研究了巷道内纯Ⅰ型及Ⅰ/Ⅱ复合型裂纹在冲击载荷作用下的动态扩展特征,预制裂纹位于巷道拱顶圆弧区域与巷道对称轴线平行,并与巷道对称轴线的间距不同。以中低速落锤冲击试验机对砂岩巷道模型试样进行动态冲击加载,巷道内裂纹的起裂时间与扩展特性采用粘贴在裂纹尖端的应变片进行相应的测试分析。采用AUTODYN模拟巷道内裂纹的扩展路径,总体上数值结果与试验结果比较吻合,采用ABAQUS计算裂纹的应力强度因子,结合试验-数值法确定巷道模型内预制裂纹的起裂韧度。研究结果表明:Ⅰ/Ⅱ复合型裂纹起裂过程中,既有Ⅰ型起裂韧度又有Ⅱ型起裂韧度,其比例大小与裂纹距离巷道对称轴的距离有关;纯Ⅰ型与Ⅰ/Ⅱ复合型裂纹的扩展行为有很大差别,纯Ⅰ型裂纹起裂沿着原裂纹方向竖直向上扩展,而Ⅰ/Ⅱ复合型裂纹与原裂纹成一定角度起裂,形成翼型裂纹,最后沿着最大主应力方向进行扩展,并且复合型裂纹在扩展过程中,存在明显的拐点特征。 展开更多

Objective:To quantitatively analyze global research trends on the gut microbiota and cardiovascular disease(CVD)from 2005–2025,identifying publication output,core themes,influential articles,and emerging research hotspots.Methods:We retrieved publications related to gut microbiota and CVD from 2005–2025 using standard bibliographic databases.A bibliometric analysis was conducted to evaluate annual output growth,leading journals,country and institutional contributions,author collaborations,citation networks,and keyword co-occurrence patterns.Descriptive statistics and visualization tools were used to map the developmental trajectory and research hotspots of this field.Results:The analysis included a sharp rise in publications over the past two decades,with especially rapid growth after 2015.Collaborative networks highlighted a few key countries and research centers driving the field.Highly cited papers clustered around themes such as microbiota-derived metabolites such as trimethylamine N-oxide,inflammation,and the“gut-heart axis.”Keyword analysis indicated evolving focus from early descriptive studies to recent mechanistic and clinical translational research.Conclusion:Research linking gut microbiota and CVD has expanded exponentially in 2005–2025,transitioning from correlation studies to mechanistic and therapeutic explorations.The bibliometric trends underscore the gut-heart axis as an emerging interdisciplinary domain in cardiovascular research,with potential to inform novel preventive and therapeutic strategies. 展开更多

Oral ulcers(OUs)are among the most common lesions of the oral mucosa,typically associated with pain and burning sensations,and remain clinically challenging due to the scarcity of effective treatment options.Cy_(RL-QN15),a novel ultra-short cyclic heptapeptide recently shown to promote skin repair,diabetic wound healing,and follicle neogenesis,was evaluated for its therapeutic potential in mucosal repair.Using a rat OU model and a primary oral epithelial cell inflammation model,Cy_(RL-QN15)significantly accelerated wound closure through coordinated modulation of immune-epithelial crosstalk,including suppression of inflammatory cytokine release from macrophages and neutrophils,reduction of pro-inflammatory factor secretion by oral epithelial cells,and enhancement of their proliferation and migration.Mechanistic studies employing alanine scanning mutagenesis and microscale thermophoresis revealed that Cy_(RL-QN15)directly interacted with Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)via a methionine-dependent binding interface(K_(d)=2.64μmol/L),thereby inhibiting downstream MyD88/NF-κB signaling.As the first ultra-short cyclic heptapeptide identified to antagonize TLR4,Cy_(RL-QN15)represents a mechanistically distinct immunomodulatory scaffold that restores mucosal homeostasis and offers a promising therapeutic candidate for TLR4-based OU intervention. 展开更多

Schottky contacts have attracted widespread attention from both the electronic device industry and researchers since their discovery.The Schottky characteristics make these contacts highly suitable for use in field-effect transistors(FETs),photodetectors(PDs),solar cells(SCs),resistive-switching memories(RSMs),thin-film transistors(TFTs),etc.However,how do Schottky contacts affect the device performance?The answer lies simply in the Schottky parameters.This review focuses on the extraction of Schottky parameters,i.e.,the Schottky barrier height(SBH),ideality factor(IF),and series resistance(SR),from the current-voltage(I−V)curve to understand and analyze the characteristics of Schottky devices.First,the current research progress in this field and the principles of Schottky contacts are presented.Second,this article delves into some classic and widely used extraction methods as well as the latest extraction methods,providing an objective evaluation based on their practical effectiveness.Then,several research applications,including studies that require extraction,simple extraction,and delicate extraction,are enumerated to demonstrate the necessity and importance of Schottky parameter analysis.Finally,an outlook and future research prospects are discussed based on recent progress,and a comprehensive summary is given. 展开更多

To investigate the influence of different longitudinal constraint systems on the longitudinal displacement at the girder ends of a three-tower suspension bridge,this study takes the Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge as an engineering case for finite element analysis.This bridge employs an unprecedented tower-girder constraintmethod,with all vertical supports placed at the transition piers at both ends.This paper aims to study the characteristics of longitudinal displacement control at the girder ends under this novel structure,relying on finite element(FE)analysis.Initially,based on the Weigh In Motion(WIM)data,a random vehicle load model is generated and applied to the finite elementmodel.Several longitudinal constraint systems are proposed,and their effects on the structural response of the bridge are compared.The most reasonable system,balancing girder-end displacement and transitional pier stress,is selected.Subsequently,the study examines the impact of different viscous damper parameters on key structural response indicators,including cumulative longitudinal displacement at the girder ends,maximum longitudinal displacement at the girder ends,cumulative longitudinal displacement at the pier tops,maximum longitudinal displacement at the pier tops,longitudinal acceleration at the pier tops,and maximum bending moment at the pier bottoms.Finally,the coefficient of variation(CV)-TOPSIS method is used to optimize the viscous damper parameters for multiple objectives.The results show that adding viscous dampers at the side towers,in addition to the existing longitudinal limit bearings at the central tower,can most effectively reduce the response of structural indicators.The changes in these indicators are not entirely consistent with variations in damping coefficient and velocity exponent.The damper parameters significantly influence cumulative longitudinal displacement at the girder ends,cumulative longitudinal displacement at the pier tops,and maximum bending moments at the pier bottoms.The optimal damper parameters are found to be a damping coefficient of 5000 kN/(m/s)0.2 and a velocity exponent of 0.2. 展开更多

Thorium dioxide(ThO_(2))fibers exhibit exceptional structural stability,low density and superior flexibility,coupled with a remarkably high melting point,positioning them as promising candidates for thermal protection applications.Additionally,their commendable secondary processing characteristics enable the development of diverse composite materials when integrated with other materials,significantly broadening the potential utilization of ThO_(2)materials and thorium resources in industrial fields.In this work,the ThO_(2)fiber was fabricated by the sol-gel precursor method,and the precursor with good spinnability and excellent stability was synthesized for the first time.The ThO_(2)fiber with a mean diameter of 868 nm is both highly flexible and strong(max.tensile strength 2.21 MPa),capable of bending freely across a wide temperature range from-196℃(in liquid nitrogen)to 1200℃.Meanwhile,it exhibits excellent temperature stability and heat insulation properties.The ThO_(2)nanofiber membranes with layered structure have low density(32-37 mg·cm^(-3)),low thermal conductivity(27.3-30.1 mW·m^(-1)·K^(-1)@25℃).The ThO_(2)nanofiber membranes with 15 mm thickness can reduce the temperature from 1200 to 282℃and maintain a high aspect ratio and bendability after 1200℃@90 min.The results show that the ThO_(2)fiber can be used as a new kind of high-temperature resistant material. 展开更多

针对使用Vgg-16作为特征提取网络的目标检测算法SSD存在的模型不够轻量化以及对弱小目标的检测能力较弱等问题,提出替换SSD主干网络和在其分类层前添加特征融合模块的改进方法。在对目标检测数据集Pascal VOC07+12进行预处理之后,选择... 针对使用Vgg-16作为特征提取网络的目标检测算法SSD存在的模型不够轻量化以及对弱小目标的检测能力较弱等问题,提出替换SSD主干网络和在其分类层前添加特征融合模块的改进方法。在对目标检测数据集Pascal VOC07+12进行预处理之后,选择轻量化特征提取网络PeleeNet作为SSD的主干网络,平均精度提高1.7%的同时也将模型权重缩减为原来的1/5。此外,在模型分类层前将SSD生成的前三个特征图进行特征融合,丰富了小目标特征图的背景信息,在VOC2007测试集上的平均精度再次提高了3.1%。同时,模型在VOC小目标类别上的平均精度也要比对比方法高出1~5.5个百分点。最后,将模型在嵌入式开发板Jetson TX2上进行部署运行,实现了深度学习模型在嵌入式终端上的部署与应用。 展开更多

目的探讨伴有外周血嗜酸性粒细胞增多的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者临床特征及治疗后的症状缓解情况。方法选取2016年10月-2018年7月南京医科大学附属苏州科技城医院AECOPD加重患者140例。根据入组时外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比... 目的探讨伴有外周血嗜酸性粒细胞增多的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者临床特征及治疗后的症状缓解情况。方法选取2016年10月-2018年7月南京医科大学附属苏州科技城医院AECOPD加重患者140例。根据入组时外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(B-Eos)分为两组。A组为B-Eos≥2%的患者,B组为B-Eos<2%的患者。入组时收集相关资料,对AECOPD患者予以相应治疗,随访治疗后的1周、1、3及6个月的英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表(mMRC)评分及1年内急性加重次数,比较两组治疗后m MRC评分和急性发作变化。结果 140例患者经1年随访共98例患者完成本项研究。这些患者中基线B-Eos≥2%的患者占45.1%。两组患者治疗后6个月的m MRC评分整体分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在时间点、分组与时点间交互作用上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较示在1周、1个月这2个时间点m MRC评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年后两组患者再住院率分别为41.6%和64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B-Eos≥2%的AECOPD患者经治疗后mMRC评分下降较快。表明外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平能预测AECOPD患者短期内的疗效。 展开更多

AIM: To examine the sensitivity and accuracy of real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for the quantification of hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA in semen. METHODS: Hepatitis B viral DNA was isolated from HBV carriers' semen and sera using phenol extraction method and QIAamp DNA blood mini kit (Qiagen, Germany). HBV DNA was detected by conventional PCR and quantified by TaqMan technology-based real-time PCR (quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)). The detection threshold was 200 copies of HBV DNA for conventional PCR and 10 copies of HBV DNA for real time PCR per reaction. RESULTS: Both methods of phenol extraction and QIAamp DNA blood mini kit were suitable for isolating HBV DNA from semen. The value of the detection thresholds was 500 copies of HBV DNA per mL in the semen. The viral loads were 7.5×10^7 and 1.67×10^7 copies of HBV DNA per mL in two HBV infected patients' sera, while 2.14×10^5 and 3.02×10^5 copies of HBV DNA per mL in the semen. CONCLUSION: Real-time PCR is a more sensitive and accurate method to detect and quantify HBV DNA in the semen. 展开更多

目的分析与比较GeneXpert MTB/RIF(简称“GeneXpert”)与交叉引物核酸恒温扩增(cross-priming amplification,CPA)技术在基层实验室结核病快速诊断中的效能。方法连续收集黑龙江省五常市结核病防治所2014年4月至2017年7月初诊肺结核可... 目的分析与比较GeneXpert MTB/RIF(简称“GeneXpert”)与交叉引物核酸恒温扩增(cross-priming amplification,CPA)技术在基层实验室结核病快速诊断中的效能。方法连续收集黑龙江省五常市结核病防治所2014年4月至2017年7月初诊肺结核可疑患者的痰标本,分别进行改良罗氏固体培养基培养法(简称“固体培养法”)与快速分子检测(A组采用GeneXpert检测了787例;B组采用CPA检测了501例)。以固体培养法为标准,计算2种分子检测技术的敏感度、特异度、Kappa值。结果A组共检测787例患者痰标本,其中培养阳性229例,GeneXpert阳性300例,GeneXpert检测的敏感度、特异度分别为99.1%(227/229)、86.9%(485/558),Kappa=0.788。B组共检测501例患者痰标本,其中培养阳性129例,CPA检测阳性125例。CPA检测的敏感度、特异度分别为81.4%(105/129)、94.6%(352/372),Kappa=0.768。2种分子检测技术与固体培养法检测结果的一致率比较,差异无统计学意义[90.5%(712/787)vs91.2%(457/501);χ^2=0.204,P=0.652)]。结论CPA检测的准确性与GeneXpert相当,但其成本低、无需检测仪器、允许每批次大量样本同时操作,更适用于基层实验室对肺结核患者的早期诊断。 展开更多

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the association between admission clinical characteristics and outcomes at discharge among acute ischemic stroke patients in the Chinese population. A total of 2,673 patients with acute ischemic stroke were included in the present study. The clinical characteristics at admission and other study variables were collected for all patients. The study outcome was defined as neurological deficiency (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score ≥ 10) at discharge or in-hospital death. Compared with the subjects without neurological deficiency at discharge or in-hospital death, the subjects with neurological deficiency at discharge or in-hospital death had a significantly higher prevalence of hyperglycemia or history of atrial fibrillation at admission. Age ≥ 80 years, hyperglycemia, hypertension, and history of atrial fibrillation were significantly associated with neurological deficiency at discharge or in-hospital death after adjustment for other variables. It is concluded that old age ( ≥ 80 years), hyperglycemia, hypertension and history of atrial fibrillation are significantly associated with neurological deficiency at discharge or in-hospital death among patients with acute ischemic stroke. 展开更多
