Petrology of Eclogite at Huwan,Western Dabie and Implications for Phase Equilibrium Modeling on LT-HP/UHP Eclogite

Phase equilibrium modeling using internally consistent thermodynamic dataset and associated activity-composition(a-x)models are very helpful for quantifying P-T evolution for eclogite,which is the basis for deciphering the geodynamic processes in subduction zones.In this study,we apply different versions of datasets(ds55 and ds62)and associated a-x relations to a wellestablished LT-HP eclogite at Huwan in the classic western Dabie orogen to constrain its P-T evolution.The eclogite comprises garnet+omphacite+amphibole+white mica+epidote+quartz+chlorite+rutile/ilmenite/sphene.Garnet porphyroblasts show mono-variation in the end members(spessartine from 17 mol%to 0,pyrope from 2 mol%to 18 mol%,almandine from 47 mol%to 64mol%and grossular from 35 mol%to 18 mol%)from core to rim.Phase diagrams combined with compositional isopleth thermobarometry show that dataset ds62 and associated a-x relations yield P_(max)of~33 kbar at~560℃,conflicting with our petrological observations and previous studies.On the other hand,phase equilibrium modeling using dataset ds62 and a revised symmetric garnet a-x model irrespective of Fe^(3+)(O)gives P_(max)of~27 kbar at~560℃,consistent with the results using dataset ds55 and associated a-x relations.Therefore,we recommend a symmetric model for garnet involving py,alm,gr and spss,without Fe~(3+)components,instead of the asymmetric garnet a-x relations involving py,alm,gr,spss and kho by White et al.(2014),for calculating phase diagrams for LT-(U)HP eclogite when using dataset ds62.In this study,the defined P-T path is characterized by a segment of the prograde evolution showing a first moderate slope,followed by gentle then steep slopes,representing the thermal structure evolution recorded by slab surface during continental subduction.Our work combined with previous studies conclude that in western Dabie,the Huwan HP eclogite belt to the north and the Hong'an HP eclogite belt to the south belong to the same HP slice overlying the Xinxian UHP slice. 展开更多

Exploiting advanced nanocomposites isochronally integrating outstanding thermal conductivity(TC)and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)can boost the cutting-edge application of phase change materials.Here,we report a tiramisu-like composite(GMP),where the typical“crust-and-cheese”hierarchical structure is replicated by an innovative two-step bidirectional freezing assembly(BFA)and compressive densification.Hierarchical-aligned graphene array(G-GA)with ultralow thermal resistance is fabricated through 1st BFA and graphitization.During the 2nd BFA,the MXene-CNF crosslinking network with hydrogen-bond actions is used for encapsulating polyethylene glycol(PEG)onto the microlayers of the G-GA skeleton.Remarkably,the microlaminated GMP4 achieves a recorded TC of 34.05 W m^(-1) K^(-1),unprecedented EMI SE of 87.4 dB,and preferable enthalpy density of 179.4 J cm^(-3),along with leakage-free function,and eminent thermal durability.Furthermore,the GMP-loaded equipment is demonstrated for efficient microelectronics cooling and sustainable solar energy utilization.This work opens new avenues for multiscale designing multifunctional macro-composites,broadening the application prospects in advanced electronics and solar energy utilization systems. 展开更多

In this study,we calculated the photon absorption cross sections of even–even neodymium(Nd)isotopes using the Dirac Quasiparticle Finite Amplitude Method(relativistic QFAM),combined with the Tiny Smearing Approximation(TSA)method.This approach enables the efficient reproduction of experimental photon absorption data for both spherical and deformed nuclei.We demonstrate that relativistic QFAM calculations with any smearing parameter γ can be scaled using the TSA method,significantly reducing the computational cost.Our method was applied to Nd isotopes,with experimental data reproduced for ^(142,144,146,148,150)Nd and predictions for ^(152)Nd.By optimizing the three key parameters,the total χ^(2) between the calculations and experimental data was reduced by nearly an order of magnitude.Furthermore,the role of nuclear deformation in the Giant Dipole Resonance(GDR)structure was analyzed,highlighting its impact on the emergence of double peaks in the photon absorption cross sections of deformed nuclei.This work provides a robust microscopic approach to improve photonuclear data for applications in nuclear physics and astrophysics. 展开更多

Application Value of Bundle Management in Safe Nursing Care for Patients with Autoimmune Encephalitis

Objective:To explore the application effect of bundle management in the safe nursing of patients with autoimmune encephalitis.Methods:Seventy-five patients with autoimmune encephalitis who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups:an observation group of 39 patients and a control group of 36 patients.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group implemented a bundle management strategy based on routine nursing care.Safety nursing outcomes,clinical symptom improvement time,hospital stay,and neurologic function recovery were observed in both groups.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 12.82%,significantly lower than the 33.33%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in restraint usage and ICU transfer rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical symptom improvement time,hospital stay,and neurologic function recovery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the bundle management model,effective connections can be ensured in various aspects of treatment and rehabilitation for patients with autoimmune encephalitis,providing patients with comprehensive and multi-level nursing services and improving their overall satisfaction and treatment effectiveness. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of applying responsibility-based holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:Ninety-six elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to a hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group(52 cases)and a control group(44 cases)based on a random number table method.The observation group received responsibility-based holistic nursing,while the control group received basic nursing.The clinical effects(time to normalize body temperature,disappearance of cough,disappearance of dyspnea symptoms,disappearance of lung rales,changes in oxygenation index)and nursing satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results:The observation group showed superior results compared to the control group in terms of time to normalize body temperature,disappearance of cough,disappearance of dyspnea symptoms,disappearance of lung rales,and changes in oxygenation index,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with nursing services in the observation group(92.31%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing responsibility-based holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia can improve their oxygenation function,enhance quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction. 展开更多

To measure the carbon emission efficiency of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, explore the factors affecting the carbon emission efficiency of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and provide reference for improving the carbon emission efficiency of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and promoting the government to formulate macro policies. Based on the data of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in 30 provinces of China from 2010 to 2019, and based on the SBM model and ML (Malmquist-Luenberger) index model, the carbon emission efficiency of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry was calculated and its dynamic change was investigated, and the Tobit model was further used to explore the influencing factors of the carbon emission efficiency of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The carbon emission efficiency of China’s inter-provincial pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has steadily improved. The carbon emission efficiency of the eastern region is higher than that of the western region, and that of the western region is higher than that of the central region. The eastern region is dominated by technological progress, and there is room for improvement in technological efficiency. The central and western regions are dominated by technological efficiency. Compared with technological efficiency, technological progress needs to be further improved. Environmental regulation, industrial agglomeration and technological innovation level positively affect carbon emission efficiency, while foreign investment level has no significant impact on carbon emission efficiency. 展开更多

人尿液中蛋白含量低,在进行质谱分析时易被高丰度蛋白掩盖。因此,发展高效和高选择性的富集方法,是实现尿蛋白标记物深度覆盖的必要前提。探究不同实验方法对尿液蛋白富集和尿蛋白质组的影响尤为重要。本研究采用超滤法、硝酸纤维素膜... 人尿液中蛋白含量低,在进行质谱分析时易被高丰度蛋白掩盖。因此,发展高效和高选择性的富集方法,是实现尿蛋白标记物深度覆盖的必要前提。探究不同实验方法对尿液蛋白富集和尿蛋白质组的影响尤为重要。本研究采用超滤法、硝酸纤维素膜富集法和饱和硫酸铵沉淀法,等体积各处理5例健康志愿者和膀胱癌患者10 mL尿液样本,富集尿液蛋白,SDS-PAGE分离尿蛋白,比较不同方法纯化的效率;通过质谱分析,比较不同纯化方法的肽段鉴定效果,确定针对尿液蛋白质组蛋白的最佳富集方法。相对于超滤和硝酸纤维素膜富集法,饱和硫酸铵沉淀法成功地应用于健康人尿蛋白的富集和质谱检测,在保证回收蛋白质量的前提下,可减少高丰度白蛋白的干扰,富集更多低丰度蛋白,提高了质谱鉴定的灵敏度。综上所述,饱和硫酸铵提取尿蛋白的效果较好,该方法具有大规模处理尿液、提高蛋白质组学筛选临床诊断标记物研究的应用潜力。 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To investigate mechanism-based anti-anxiety effects of Shudihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) polysaccharides (RRPPs) through two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) analysis with mass spectrometry (MS) of hippocampus proteins in rats treated with monosodium L-glutamate (MSG).METHODS: MSG (4 g/kg) or normal saline (NS) was injected subcutaneously into infant male rats on days 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 after birth. MSG-treated rats at 8 weeks old were given NS, diazepam, or RRPPs daily for seven consecutive days by intragastric administration, while NS-treated rats given the same volume of NS. Elevated plus maze (EPM) and light/ dark transition (LDT) tests were used to observe anti-anxiety effects of RRPPs at 1 h after the last administration. After EPM and LDT tests, hippocampus tissues were excised on ice rapidly from the brains of rats. Thereafter, 2-DE and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF/MS) were used for detecting differential proteins in hippocampus of rats so as to explore the potential mechanisms. RESULTS: RRPPs (200, 400 mg/kg) could significantly inhibit MSG-induced decrease of time and entries percentages in open zones in EPM test and numbers of light-dark transition in LDT test. Further analysis of 2-DE and MALDI-TOF/MS indicated that β-synuclein, protein DJ-1, peroxiredoxin-2, peroxiredoxin-6, dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 1 (DDAH-1) and iron-sulfur proteins were all found to be down-regulated significantly in MSG-treated rats, while such down-regulation was significantly inhibited after treatment with RRPPs. CONCLUSION: RRPPs showed anti-anxiety effects and potential mechanisms might be related to inhibiting MSG-induced down-regulation of β-synuclein, DJ-1, peroxiredoxin-2, peroxiredoxin-6, DDAH-1 and iron-sulfur proteins in hippocampus of rats. 展开更多

Hypobaric hypoxia can cause severe brain damage and mitochondrial dysfunction, and is involved in hypoxic brain injury. However, little is currently known about the mechanisms responsible for mi- tochondrial dysfunction in hypobaric hypoxic brain damage. In this study, a rat model of hypobaric hypoxic brain injury was established to investigate the molecular mechanisms associated with mi- tochondrial dysfunction. As revealed by two-dimensional electrophoresis analysis, 16, 21, and 36 differential protein spots in cerebral mitochondria were observed at 6, 12, and 24 hours post-hypobaric hypoxia, respectively. Furthermore, ten protein spots selected from each hypobaric hypoxia subgroup were similarly regulated and were identified by mass spectrometry. These de- tected proteins included dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 2, creatine kinase B-type, is- ovaleryI-CoA dehydrogenase, elongation factor Ts, ATP synthase beta-subunit, 3-mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase, electron transfer flavoprotein alpha-subunit, Chain A of 2-enoyI-CoA hydratase, NADH dehydrogenase iron-sulfur protein 8 and tropomyosin beta chain. These ten proteins are all involved in the electron transport chain and the function of ATP synthase. Our findings indicate that hypobaric hypoxia can induce the differential expression of several cerebral mitochondrial proteins, which are involved in the regulation of mitochondrial energy production. 展开更多

采用追踪设计,利用家庭基本情况调查表调查婴幼儿14~25个月的电视接触时长,利用《汉语沟通发展量表》和《婴幼儿社会-情绪性量表》评估婴幼儿14~25个月语言发展及情绪社会性发展,由此考察看电视时间与婴幼儿语言以及情绪社会性发展的... 采用追踪设计,利用家庭基本情况调查表调查婴幼儿14~25个月的电视接触时长,利用《汉语沟通发展量表》和《婴幼儿社会-情绪性量表》评估婴幼儿14~25个月语言发展及情绪社会性发展,由此考察看电视时间与婴幼儿语言以及情绪社会性发展的关系,结果发现:(1)在看电视时间与儿童语言发展方面,婴幼儿14个月时,不看电视和看电视30分钟的婴幼儿比看电视超过60分钟的婴幼儿在短语理解上的表现相对更好;每天看电视30分钟的婴幼儿比不看电视和看电视超过60分钟的婴幼儿在动作和手势方面的表现相对更好。在婴幼儿25个月时,没有发现看电视时间长短与此年龄阶段语言发展的相关;14个月婴幼儿看电视时间与其25个月语言发展也没有关系。(2)在看电视时间与情绪社会性发展方面,在婴幼儿14个月时,每天不看电视和看电视30分钟的婴幼儿比看电视15分钟以内的婴幼儿在能力域和掌握动机上表现更好,并且这两组分别在能力域和掌握动机上比看电视超过60分钟的婴幼儿表现更好。在婴幼儿25个月时,不看电视的婴幼儿比看30分钟以内和看电视超过60分钟的婴幼儿在注意力方面表现更好;看电视不超过60分钟的婴幼儿比每天看电视超过60分钟的婴幼儿在亲社会同伴关系中拥有更好的表现。看电视时间在跨年龄段的比较结果显示,每天不看电视的婴幼儿有更多的同伴攻击行为,但不看电视的婴幼儿比看电视15分钟以内以及看电视超过60分钟的婴幼儿注意力表现更好;看电视在15分钟以内的婴幼儿拥有最多的内隐行为问题和焦虑行为;看电视30分钟的婴幼儿比看电视15分钟以内和超过60分钟的婴幼儿在能力域和注意力方面表现更好,且该组婴幼儿比其他组的婴幼儿拥有更好的移情能力。婴幼儿看电视时间对其语言和情绪社会性发展的影响有利有弊,需要家长高度重视,采用合理的方式积极引导婴幼儿养成良好的看电视习惯,从而促进其语言和情绪社会性等方面的健康发展。 展开更多

Two kinds of mesoporous carbon solid acids(LDMCE-SO3H and LDMCS-SO3H)were successfully prepared using masson pine alkali lignin as carbon source by evaporation-induced self-assembly(EISA)and salt-induced selfassembly(SISA)followed by sulfonation,respectively.In terms of preparation process,SISA(self-assembly in water and preparation time of 2 days)is greener and simpler than EISA(self-assembly in ethanol and preparation time of 7 days).The prepared LDMCE-SO3H and LDMCS-SO3H exhibit obvious differences in structural characteristics such as pore channel structure,specific surface area,mesopore volume and the density of-SO3H groups.Furthermore,the catalytic performances of LDMCE-SO3H and LDMCS-SO3H were investigated in the hydrolysis of microcrystalline cellulose in water,and the glucose yields of 48.99%and 54.42%were obtained under the corresponding optimal reaction conditions.More importantly,the glucose yields still reached 28.85%and 30.35%after five runs,and restored to 39.02%and 45.98%through catalysts regeneration,respectively,demonstrating that LDMCE-SO3H and LDMCS-SO3H have excellent recyclability and regenerability. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the risk factor of primary open angle glaucoma(POAG),which is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide.An abnormally high level of endogenous formaldehyde(FA) has recently been found correlated with cell death and neurodegenerative disease,raising the possibility of a putative correlation of abnormal endogenous FA with POAG.· METHODS:Thirty-four elderly patients with POAG and sixteen healthy controls were enrolled.Glaucomatous visual defects were present at both the functional(visual field) and structural[retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness]levels.Morning urine samples were obtained and were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to detect the endogenous FA level in a double blind manner.· RESULTS:Patients with POAG(P 〈0.05) had significantly higher urine FA levels.The urine FA level of patients with severe visual field defects[mean deviation(MD)≥12 dB]was significantly(P〈0.001) greater than that of patients with mild to moderate defects(MD〈12 dB).By optical coherence tomography(OCT),the superior and inferior RNFL thickness of POAG group was significantly(P〈0.001) thinner than in controls.Furthermore,the superior and inferior thinning of the RNFL was correlated with the elevation of urine FA concentration.CONCLUSION:Endogenous FA level is positively correlated with the neuronal defects of POAG. 展开更多

AIMTo conduct a comparative study of effectiveness of silicone hydrogel contact lens and hydrogel contact lens, which are used in patients after laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK).METHODSSixty-three patients (121 eyes) with a spherical equivalent &#x02264;-5.0 D were chosen after undergoing LASEK in 2012 at Guangdong General Hospital. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. The silicone hydrogel group included 32 cases (61 eyes) that wore silicone hydrogel contact lenses for 4-6d after the operation, while the hydrogel group included 31 cases (60 eyes) who wore hydrogel contact lenses for 4-6d after the operation. Patients' self-reported postoperative symptoms (including pain, photophobia, tears, and foreign body sensation) were evaluated. The healing time of the corneal epithelium, the visual acuity of patients without contact lens after epithelial healing, and the incidence of delayed corneal epithelial shedding were also assessed. The follow-up time was 1mo.RESULTSPostoperative symptoms were milder in the silicone hydrogel group than in the hydrogel group. There were significant differences in pain, foreign body sensation, and photophobia between the 2 groups (P&#x0003c;0.05), although there was no significant difference in postoperative tearing (P&#x0003e;0.05). The healing time of the corneal epithelium in the silicone hydrogel lens group was markedly shorter than that in the hydrogel group (4.07&#x000b1;0.25 vs 4.33&#x000b1;0.82d, t=2.43, P=0.02). Visual acuity without contact lenses after healing of the corneal epithelium was better in the silicone hydrogel group compared with the hydrogel group (&#x003c7;<sup>2</sup>=7.76, P=0.02). There was no significant difference in the occurrence of delayed corneal epithelial shedding between the 2 groups (P&#x0003e;0.05).CONCLUSIONPatients with LASEK using silicon hydrogel contact lenses had less discomfort and shorter corneal epithelial healing time compared with those using hydrogel contact lenses, suggesting that silicon hydrogel contact lenses may be considered to be a better choice of bandage contact lens after LASEK. 展开更多

To explore the regulatory effects of jasmonic acid (JA) on the expression of the genes involved in capsaicin biosynthesis pathway, the mRNA expression of the genes was determined by fluorescence-based quantitative PCR 0, 4, 12, 24 and 48 h after chili peppers (Capsicum annuum var. conoides) were treated with 100 μmol/L JA, and the content of capsaicin was measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) 0, 1, 3, 6, 10 and 15 d after JA treatment. The results showed that JA upregulated the mRNA levels of pal, C4h, Comt, 4Cl, Hct, Paint, Bcat, FatA and pun1 in chili pepper, thus promoting the synthesis of capsaicin to different extents. 展开更多

NAS preparation, a kind of Chinese herbal medicine found by the Yunnan Eco-agricultural Research Institute, has potential antiviral activity. In this paper, the inhibiting effect of NAS preparation on H9N2 subtype Avian influenza virus (AIV) was investigated in vivo. Chickens infected with H9N2 virus were treated with NAS preparation for 4 days. The virus was then detected by hemoagglutination (HA) test and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The results showed that no H9N2 virus could be detected at the 7th day when the chickens were treated with 0.2g/kg/d or 0.1g/kg/d of NAS preparation. However the virus could be detected in other chickens without NAS preparation treatment. This result suggested that NAS preparation may be a potential drug candidate to control infection of H9N2 subtype AIV in chickens. 展开更多
