The influence of a deep excavation on existing shield tunnels nearby is a vital issue in tunnelling engineering.Whereas,there lacks robust methods to predict excavation-induced tunnel displacements.In this study,an au...The influence of a deep excavation on existing shield tunnels nearby is a vital issue in tunnelling engineering.Whereas,there lacks robust methods to predict excavation-induced tunnel displacements.In this study,an auto machine learning(AutoML)-based approach is proposed to precisely solve the issue.Seven input parameters are considered in the database covering two physical aspects,namely soil property,and spatial characteristics of the deep excavation.The 10-fold cross-validation method is employed to overcome the scarcity of data,and promote model’s robustness.Six genetic algorithm(GA)-ML models are established as well for comparison.The results indicated that the proposed AutoML model is a comprehensive model that integrates efficiency and robustness.Importance analysis reveals that the ratio of the average shear strength to the vertical effective stress E_(ur)/σ′_(v),the excavation depth H,and the excavation width B are the most influential variables for the displacements.Finally,the AutoML model is further validated by practical engineering.The prediction results are in a good agreement with monitoring data,signifying that our model can be applied in real projects.展开更多
The purpose of this study was to explore the reliability and validity of the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale(WEMWBS)among Chinese civil servants,thus establishing a useful tool for assessing the mental healt...The purpose of this study was to explore the reliability and validity of the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale(WEMWBS)among Chinese civil servants,thus establishing a useful tool for assessing the mental health of individuals in this occupation.The WEMWBS,Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS),and Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale-21(DASS-21)were administered to a sample of 2,624 civil servants(42.860±9.690 years)in a city located within Shandong Province,China.Thefindings revealed significant differences between groups with high and low scores on each item of the WEMWBS(t=48.127–78.308,all p<0.01).The item-total correlation of WEMWBS ranged from 0.752 to 0.911(all p<0.01).Scree plot and parallel analysis results suggested a one-factor solution with factor loadings ranging from 0.762–0.918,accounting for 73.16%of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis supported a single-factor model of the Chinese version of the WEMWBS(CFI=0.997,TLI=0.996,RMSEA=0.0330).The Chinese version of the WEMWBS was positively correlated with the SWLS(r=0.710,both p<0.01)and negatively correlated with depression,anxiety,stress,and total DASS-21 score(r=-0.512,-0.437,-0.488,-0.497,all p<0.01).The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and Guttman split-half coefficient of the Chinese version of the WEMWBS were 0.970 and 0.953,respectively.In conclusion,the 14-item Chinese version of the WEMWBS demonstrated strong reliability and validity,establishing its utility as a precise tool for measuring and assessing the mental health status of civil servants in China.展开更多
In this study,deep-red emitting Mg2T i04:Mn4 phosphor ceramics were synthesized by the high temperature solid-state reaction method.The ceramics can be excited by the 465 nm blue light and had a narrow emission with a...In this study,deep-red emitting Mg2T i04:Mn4 phosphor ceramics were synthesized by the high temperature solid-state reaction method.The ceramics can be excited by the 465 nm blue light and had a narrow emission with a full width at half maximum(FWMH)value of 31 nm.The peak wavelength was located at 658 nm,which matched the demanded wavelength for photosynthesis.The crystal field strength(Dq)and the Racah parameters(B and C)were estimated by the Tanabe-Sugano diagram.The thermal conductivity of the Mg2Ti(0.999)O4:0.001Mn^(4+)ceramic was 7.535 W/(m·K)at room temperature,which was one order of magnitude higher than that of the traditional packaging method using the silicone gel.A set of phosphor converted LEDs were fabricated by mounting the phosphor ceramics onto the 460 nm blue LED chips and the CIE coordinates can move from the blue region to the purple light region with the thickness of the ceramic increasing.These results indicated that the Mg2Ti04:Mn^(4+)phosphor ceramic was suitable for plant lighting when combined with a blue LED chip.展开更多
Introduction:To investigate the molecular epidemiological links among clustered cases of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRAB)nosocomial infections occurring in different years within an intensive care un...Introduction:To investigate the molecular epidemiological links among clustered cases of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRAB)nosocomial infections occurring in different years within an intensive care unit(ICU)in Jiangsu Province,China and identify gaps in infection control in multibed ICU settings.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on five clusters of CRAB infections in 2016,2019,and 2021.Twenty clinical and forty environmental A.baumannii isolates were analyzed using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)for molecular typing,and antimicrobial susceptibility testing for resistance profiling.Results:PFGE revealed high genetic similarity(>90%)among clinical and environmental isolates from 2016,2019,and 2021,indicating the persistent environmental transmission of CRAB over multiple years.All patient-derived strains were CRAB strains.No homologous strains were detected after thorough disinfection of the terminals in 2021.Conclusions:CRAB demonstrated remarkable environmental persistence in ICUs,suggesting limitations in current disinfection practices.Enhanced disinfection strategies targeting high-touch complex surfaces are necessary to interrupt CRAB transmission and reduce nosocomial outbreaks.展开更多
