AIM:To assess the diagnostic value of using magnifying chromoendoscopy combined with immunohisto-chemical staining of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)and p53 in the detection of gastric precancerous lesions. METHODS:Ninety-five patients who were treated for abdominal discomfort,abdominal pain,bloating,and acid reflux at our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were included in the study.An ordinary gastroscopic procedure was initially performed to select the lesions.All subjects underwent magnifying chromo-endoscopy to observe morphological changes of gastric pits.Biopsies were then taken from each area of interest and sent for pathological examination and detection of PCNA and p53 expression by immunohistochemistry. An immunoreactivity score for each lesion was calcu-lated.Based on immunoreactivity scores,immunohisto-chemical staining was then considered. RESULTS:Compared to intestinal metaplasia,gastric pits were more diverse in size,more irregular in shape, and more disorderly in arrangement in moderate and severe dysplasia.PCNA and p53 expression was sig-nificantly higher in precancerous lesions(intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia)than in chronic gastritis. PCNA expression showed an upward trend in types A-F pits.The number of cases that showed strong PCNA positivity increased significantly with an increase in the severity of lesions.Rank sum test for independent samples showed that p53 expression was significantly higher in types E and F pits than in types A-D pits(H =33.068,P=0.000).Rank sum test for independent samples showed that PCNA expression was significantly higher in types E and F pits than in types A-D pits(H =31.791,P=0.001). CONCLUSION:The presence of types E and F pits,in which p53 and PCNA are highly expressed,is highly sug- gestive of the occurrence of early cancer,and patients developing these changes should be closely followed. 展开更多

[Objectives] To analyze the volatile components,the contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides of the roots of Artemisia argyi Levl. et Van. var. argyi cv. Qiai,and to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of the resources.[Methods]The volatile components of the roots were extracted by solid phase micro-extraction( SPME),and its volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS); the contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in the samples were measured by UV-spectrophotometry. [Results] 44 peaks were isolated from the roots and 30 components were identified,accounting for 80. 9% of the total volatile components; the content of total flavonoids in the roots was 9. 42%; the content of total polysaccharides in the roots was 11. 05%.[Conclusions] After a comprehensive investigation,the olefins in the roots generally have antibacterial activity,the contents of the total flavonoids and total polysaccharides contained in the roots were relatively high,the roots of Artemisia argyi do have broad prospects for the development. 展开更多

The protection and utilization of great sites not only are related to the inheritance of historical and cultural heritage and academic research,but also directly affect local economic development and social and cultural dissemination.In this paper,five major great sites in Zhengzhou City(Dahe Village Site,Zhengzhou Shangcheng Site,Xiaoshuangqiao Site,the Capital of Zheng and Han States,and Mausoleum of Song Dynasty Tombs of Song Emperors)are taken as research objects,and a set of index system for evaluating the protection and utilization of great sites is constructed.A comprehensive evaluation is conducted from seven aspects:protection management,research value,site utilization,cultural value dissemination,socio-economic benefits,utilization effects,and regional development coordination.This paper provides a comprehensive and scientific evaluation perspective for the protection and utilization of great sites,which helps to better grasp the direction of site protection and utilization,and develop more practical and effective strategies for site protection and utilization. 展开更多

Quantifying the difference between supply and demand of ecosystem services at different spatial-temporal scales:A case study of the Taihu Lake Basin

Understanding the relationship between the supply and demand for ecosystem services(ESs)is critical for ecological management and decision-making.However,it is unknown whether demand and supply for ESs vary in terms of time and space.In this study,the InVEST model was used to spatially quantify the supply and demand for ESs in the Taihu Lake Basin(TLB)between 2010 and 2020.We compared the difference in supply and demand for ESs at four spatial scales.We found that:(1)The high deficit areas are mainly located in densely populated towns in the eastern and central regions,while the high surplus areas are mainly located in forested areas in the southwest.From 2010 to 2020,the surplus area shrank while the deficit area expanded.(2)The comprehensive supply-demand ratio of ESs in the TLB decreased from−0.03 to−0.05,especially the contradiction between carbon sequestration service and heat regulation service.(3)The mismatch between supply and demand on a small scale will have an impact on the overall supply and demand,and expanding the scope can also help to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand on a small scale.Therefore,we recommend that decision-makers and managers incorporate scale analysis into ecosystem management decisions,realize the balance between supply and demand through reasonable ecological protection and ecological restoration and strengthen the analysis of ecosystem service flows and stakeholders. 展开更多

为揭示湖南省城市化与土地集约协调发展的内在影响机制,基于湖南省14个市州2013—2022年城市化及土地集约利用相关数据,利用耦合模型、时空地理加权回归模型,对湖南省城市化与土地集约耦合协调时空演化特征及影响因素展开探讨。研究结... 为揭示湖南省城市化与土地集约协调发展的内在影响机制,基于湖南省14个市州2013—2022年城市化及土地集约利用相关数据,利用耦合模型、时空地理加权回归模型,对湖南省城市化与土地集约耦合协调时空演化特征及影响因素展开探讨。研究结果表明:1)2013—2022年,湖南省城市化与土地集约耦合关系处于高耦合阶段,耦合协调水平呈上升趋势,但协调水平整体偏低;2)耦合协调度呈“东高西低、中间高—南北低”的空间分布格局,空间异质性显著;3)湖南省城市化与土地集约协调发展受城镇从业人员、单位GDP电耗、路网密度、经济密度、信息化水平及金融发展多重因素影响,其中城镇从业人员因子影响最大。城市化与土地集约耦合协调特征与各因子影响具有显著的空间异质性,建议强化各县区间协同发展,建立区域联动机制,优化空间管理格局,开展差异化区域策略制定。 展开更多

The Fenton method is an effective technology for the removal of organic materials from wastewater.In this work,an induced catalyst Fe_(3)O_(4) was synthesized by a hydrothermal method,and the modulation of the chemical composition of Fe_(3)O_(4) crystals was achieved under the microwave shock method with the same effect as that of calcination treatment.Fe_(3)O_(4) catalyst for the removal of the dye Rhodamine B (Rh B) from polluted wastewater under microwave (MW),H_(2)O_(2) system.The results showed that Fe_(3)O_(4) nanomicrospheres prepared by microwave shock exhibited superior catalytic activity under the conditions of 500 W,0.4 mol/L H_(2)O_(2) and10 mg/L Rh B,and the removal rate of Rh B reached 98.5%after 10 min.The Fe_(3)O_(4) catalysts also exhibited good stability and degradation efficiency.Electron paramagnetic resonance experiments confirmed that·OH plays a major role in the rapid degradation of Rh B.Under microwave action,the catalyst produces electron-hole pairs,in which the holes react with OH-produced by water ionisation to form·OH,and the microwave-treated Fe_(3)O_(4) produces more active species.Fe^(3+)and Fe^(2+)serve as microwave catalytic activity centers and Fenton catalytic activity centers,respectively.This research demonstrates that optimizing the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) ratio significantly enhances the degradation efficiency of Rh B.This study presents novel views regarding the mechanism of microwave synergistic catalyst-induced Fenton. 展开更多

As the development of new power systems accelerates and the impacts of high renewable energy integration and extreme weather intensify,grid-alternative energy storage is garnering increasing attention for its grid-interaction benefits and clear business models.Consequently,assessing the value of grid-alternative energy storage in the systemtransition has become critically important.Considering the performance characteristics of storage,we propose a value assessment frame-work for grid-alternative energy storage,quantifying its non-wires-alternative effects from both cost and benefit perspectives.Building on this,we developed a collaborative planning model for energy storage and transmission grids,aimed at maximizing the economic benefits of storage systems while balancing investment and operational costs.The model considers regional grid interconnections and their interactions with system operation.By participating in system operations,grid-alternative energy storage not only maximizes its own economic benefits but also generates social welfare transfer effects.Furthermore,based on multi-regional interconnected planning,grid-alternative energy storage can reduce system costs by approximately 35%,with the most significant changes observed in generation costs.Multi-regional coordinated planning significantly enhances the sys-tem’s flexibility in regulation.However,when the load factor of interconnection lines between regions remains constant,system operational flexibility tends to decrease,leading to a roughly 28.9%increase in storage investment.Additionally,under regional coordinated planning,the greater the disparity in wind power integration across interconnected regions,the more noticeable the reduction in system costs. 展开更多

The PICOSEC Micromegas(MM)is a precise timing gaseous detector based on a Cherenkov radiator coupled with a semi-transparent photocathode and an MM amplifying structure.It features a two-stage amplification process that leads to a significant deterioration of non-uniformity when scaling up to larger areas.Since the performance of gaseous detectors is highly dependent on the choice of working gas,optimizing the gas mixture offers a promising solution to improve the uniformity performance.This paper addresses these challenges through a combined approach of simulation based on Garfield++and experimental studies.The simulation investigates the properties of different mixing fractions of gas mixtures and their impact on detector performance,including gain uniformity and time resolution.To verify the simulation results,experimental tests were conducted using a multi-channel PICOSEC MM prototype with different gas mixtures.The experimental results are consistent with the findings of the simulation,indicating that a higher concentration of neon significantly improves the detector’s gain uniformity.Furthermore,the influence of gas mixtures on time resolution was explored as a critical performance indicator.The study presented in this paper offers valuable insights for improving uniformity in large-area PICOSEC MM detectors and optimizing overall performance. 展开更多

黑碳作为由生物质和化石燃料不完全燃烧生成的碳质组分,其稳定同位素在环境科学、气候变化及地球化学循环等领域具有重要的应用价值。本研究开发了一种基于温度梯度的碳质成分及稳定同位素在线分析系统,并建立了相应的测试方法。利用温... 黑碳作为由生物质和化石燃料不完全燃烧生成的碳质组分,其稳定同位素在环境科学、气候变化及地球化学循环等领域具有重要的应用价值。本研究开发了一种基于温度梯度的碳质成分及稳定同位素在线分析系统,并建立了相应的测试方法。利用温度梯度氧化炉,在氧气氛围下实现了有机碳和黑碳的分离与氧化,生成的CO_(2)经富集纯化后进入气体稳定同位素比值质谱仪进行含量和δ^(13)C测定。有机碳与黑碳标样的回收率分别为88%~95%和84%~90%,同位素标准偏差分别为0.25‰和0.59‰;实际沉积物样品的有机碳和黑碳同位素标准偏差分别在0.31‰和0.52‰以内。该装置和方法的分离效率高,精度和稳定性能够满足相关实验测试的要求。该系统实现了全自动在线分析不同类型样品中碳质组分含量及同位素组成,为环境科学和相关领域的研究提供了技术支撑。 展开更多

Large language model for interview-based depression diagnosis:an empirical study

The automatic diagnosis of depression plays a crucial role in preventing the deterioration of depression symptoms.The interview-based method is the most wildly adopted technique in depression diagnosis.However,the size of the collected conversation data is limited,and the sample distributions from different participants usually differ drastically.These factors present a great challenge in building a decent deep learning model for automatic depression diagnosis.Recently,large language models have demonstrated impressive capabilities and achieved human-level performance in various tasks under zero-shot and few-shot scenarios.This sheds new light on the development of AI solutions for domainspecific tasks with limited data.In this paper,we propose a two-stage approach that exploits the current most capable and cost-effective language model,ChatGPT,to make a depression diagnosis on interview-based data.Specifically,in the first stage,we use ChatGPT to summarize the raw dialogue sample,thereby facilitating the extraction of depression-related information.In the second stage,we use ChatGPT to classify the summarised data to predict the depressed state of the sample.Our method can achieve approximately 76%accuracy with a text-only modality on the DAIC-WOZ dataset.In addition,our method outperforms the performance of the state-of-the-art model by 6.2%in the D4 dataset.Our work highlights the potential of using large language models for diagnosis-based depression diagnosis. 展开更多

金属有机骨架(MOFs)在可见光光催化方面具有重要的应用价值,但其通常受制于稳定性不佳和光生电荷复合率高的缺点。与无机半导体复合是提高MOFs活性的有效途径之一。本文以水热法制备NH_(2)-UiO-66,在其表面包裹非晶态的TiO_(2)层,制备... 金属有机骨架(MOFs)在可见光光催化方面具有重要的应用价值,但其通常受制于稳定性不佳和光生电荷复合率高的缺点。与无机半导体复合是提高MOFs活性的有效途径之一。本文以水热法制备NH_(2)-UiO-66,在其表面包裹非晶态的TiO_(2)层,制备出一种核壳结构的MOF@TiO_(2)催化剂(NH_(2)-UiO-66@TiO_(2)),并考察了其在可见光下对甲苯的降解性能。实验结果表明其性能优于NH_(2)-UiO-66及直接固混法制备的样品。在可见光照射下,其3 h内的甲苯降解效率可达76.7%,是NH_(2)-UiO-66的1.48倍。四次重复使用实验证明其光催化性能稳定,仅有轻微失活,且经乙醇洗涤后可恢复活性。采用X射线衍射(XRD)等表征手段考察了其物理化学特性,并根据表征结果和光催化活性数据探究了NH_(2)-UiO-66@TiO_(2)光催化性能的提升机理。结果表明,NH_(2)-UiO-66@TiO_(2)一方面得益于NH_(2)-UiO-66的可见光激发特性和超大的比表面积(914.9 m^(2)·g^(−1)),可以拓宽光吸收范围,有效吸附和活化污染物;另一方面在于包覆的TiO_(2)与NH_(2)-UiO-66形成了异质结,可以有效拓宽光吸收范围,提高光生电子空穴对的利用率。电子和空穴对一经形成即可通过界面转移。空穴会在NH_(2)-UiO-66的HOMO与H_(2)O结合形成羟基自由基(·OH)。同时,电子在TiO_(2)的导电与氧分子结合生成超氧自由基(·O_(2)^(−))。两种自由基数量的增加致使甲苯有效氧化。本研究可为核壳结构的MOF@光催化剂设计和室内空气的光催化净化提供参考。 展开更多

目的探讨Zeste基因增强子同源物2(EZH2)抑制剂对膀胱癌T24细胞上皮间质转化(EMT)的影响及其作用机制。方法取对数生长期T24细胞,随机分为空白组、GSK126低剂量组、GSK126中剂量组、GSK126高剂量组,每组设置5个复孔,分别用终浓度为0μmo... 目的探讨Zeste基因增强子同源物2(EZH2)抑制剂对膀胱癌T24细胞上皮间质转化(EMT)的影响及其作用机制。方法取对数生长期T24细胞,随机分为空白组、GSK126低剂量组、GSK126中剂量组、GSK126高剂量组,每组设置5个复孔,分别用终浓度为0μmol/L、10μmol/L、20μmol/L、40μmol/L的GSK126细胞培养基培养。采用MTT法检测培养24 h、48 h、72 h细胞增殖能力,Transwell法和划痕实验检测培养48 h细胞侵袭和迁移能力,qRT-PCR和Western blotting检测培养48 h细胞中上皮间质标志物E-cadherin、Vimentin、β-catenin及EZH2 mRNA和蛋白相对表达量。结果空白组及GSK126低、中、高剂量组细胞培养24 h、48 h、72 h的增殖能力比较,采用重复测量设计的方差分析,结果:①不同时间细胞增殖能力有差异(F=15.498,P=0.000);②4组细胞增殖能力有差异(F=5.162,P=0.013);③4组细胞增殖能力变化趋势有差异(F=12.314,P=0.000)。与空白组比较,GSK126低、中、高剂量组穿膜细胞数、迁移率,以及EZH2、Vimentin、β-catenin mRNA和蛋白相对表达量均降低(P<0.05),且随GSK126剂量升高而降低(P<0.05)。与空白组比较,GSK126低、中、高剂量组E-cadherin mRNA和蛋白相对表达量均升高(P<0.05),且随GSK126剂量升高而升高(P<0.05)。与空白组比较,GSK126低、中、高剂量组p-JAK2/JAK2、p-STAT3/STAT3蛋白相对表达量均降低(P<0.05),且随GSK126剂量升高而降低(P<0.05)。结论EZH2抑制剂可有效抑制膀胱癌T24细胞EMT,其调控机制可能与抑制JAK2/STAT3信号通路中JAK2和STAT3蛋白磷酸化有关。 展开更多

The superior ballistic performance of highly stretchable and flexible double-face knitted fabrics(DFKF):An experimental investigation

When the protective and protected systems are detached,the former can be allowed to absorb the kinetic energy of the impacting projectile through large deformation without considering the back face signature of the latter.This paper presents a novel double-face knitted fabric(DFKF)designed for this very impacting scenario.Shooting tests equipped with high-speed camera were used to characterize the ballistic performance with the impact velocities ranging from 100 m/s to 450 m/s.The results showed that the ballistic limits(V_(bl))of DFKF are approximately triple and double that of its counterpart UD and plain fabrics,respectively.For mass-normalized metrics,the specific energy absorption(SEA)is 250%and 350%greater than the UD and plain fabrics at their corresponding V_(bl)s.The quasi-static tests showed that the DFKF displayed greater resilience,crease recovery properties,and flexibility,which also made it an especially better candidate than UD and plain weaves for the design of umbrella surface cloth.It was also found that DFKF is dependent on yarn count and the incorporation of spandex.A prototype anti-ballistic umbrella is manufactured using DFKF made of 200D multi-filament yarn.The ballistic performance is also sensitive to the impact site when the umbrella is subjected to impact. 展开更多

Natural rubber is an indispensable material of strategic importance that has critical applications in industry and the military.However,the development of the natural rubber industry is impeded by the red root rot disease of rubber trees caused by Ganoderma pseudoferreum,which is one of the most devastating diseases in the rubber tree growing regions in China.To combat this disease,we screened the antifungal activity of 223 candidate bacterial strains against G.pseudoferreum,and found that Bacillus velezensis strain SF305 exhibited significant antifungal activity against G.pseudoferreum.Bacillus velezensis SF305 had a nearly 70%efficacy against the red root rot disease of rubber trees with the therapeutic treatment(Tre),while it exhibited over 90%protection effectiveness with the preventive treatment(Pre).The underlying biocontrol mechanism revealed that B.velezensis SF305 could reduce the disease severity of red root rot by degrading the mycelia of G.pseudoferreum.An antiSMASH analysis revealed that B.velezensis SF305 contains 15 gene clusters related to secondary metabolite synthesis,13 of which are conserved in species of B.velezensis,but surprisingly,B.velezensis SF305 possesses 2 unique secondary metabolite gene clusters.One is predicted to synthesize locillomycin,and the other is a novel nonribosomal peptides synthetase(NRPS)gene cluster.Genomic analysis showed that B.velezensis SF305 harbors genes involved in motility,chemotaxis,biofilm formation,stress resistance,volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and synthesis of the auxin indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),suggesting its plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)properties.Bacillus velezensis SF305 can promote plant growth and efficiently antagonize some important phytopathogenic fungi and bacteria.This study indicates that B.velezensis SF305 is a versatile plant probiotic bacterium.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first time a B.velezensis strain has been reported as a promising biocontrol agent against the red root rot disease of rubber trees. 展开更多

为促进“双碳”目标的实现,利用排放因子法对氧化沟、厌氧-缺氧-好氧(A^(2)/O)两种工艺下厦门市6座污水处理厂进行碳排放核算,并提出相应的碳减排途径。结果表明,污水厂的处理水量是决定碳排放总量的重要因素,它与碳排放量成正比。两种... 为促进“双碳”目标的实现,利用排放因子法对氧化沟、厌氧-缺氧-好氧(A^(2)/O)两种工艺下厦门市6座污水处理厂进行碳排放核算,并提出相应的碳减排途径。结果表明,污水厂的处理水量是决定碳排放总量的重要因素,它与碳排放量成正比。两种工艺下污水处理厂的碳排放量略有区别,氧化沟工艺处理污水各环节平均碳排放量比A^(2)/O工艺高约21%;碳排放强度结构相似,其中,电力消耗产生的间接碳排放占比最高(约占63%),其次是直接N_(2)O排放(约占21%)。建议采用热水解-厌氧消化污水污泥处置技术和水泥窑余热干化技术,使用高效智能设备和精细化管控技术,利用新型清洁能源,减少用电间接碳排放;开发污水处理新工艺(如厌氧氨氧化工艺、同步硝化反硝化工艺、短程硝化-反硝化工艺),减少氧化亚氮直接碳排放。污水处理厂A的应用结果表明,采用热水解-厌氧消化污水污泥处置技术和水泥窑余热干化技术两种减排技术后,该厂的CO_(2)分别减排了7044.76和2196.11t,达到较好的碳减排效果。 展开更多
