Conductive elastomers combining micromechanical sensitivity,lightweight adaptability,and environmental sustainability are critically needed for advanced flexible electronics requiring precise responsiveness and long-term wearability;however,the integration of these properties remains a significant challenge.Here,we present a biomass-derived conductive elastomer featuring a rationally engineered dynamic crosslinked network integrated with a tunable microporous architecture.This structural design imparts pronounced micromechanical sensitivity,an ultralow density(~0.25 g cm^(−3)),and superior mechanical compliance for adaptive deformation.Moreover,the unique micro-spring effect derived from the porous architecture ensures exceptional stretchability(>500%elongation at break)and superior resilience,delivering immediate and stable electrical response under both subtle(<1%)and large(>200%)mechanical stimuli.Intrinsic dynamic interactions endow the elastomer with efficient room temperature self-healing and complete recyclability without compromising performance.First-principles simulations clarify the mechanisms behind micropore formation and the resulting functionality.Beyond its facile and mild fabrication process,this work establishes a scalable route toward high-performance,sustainable conductive elastomers tailored for next-generation soft electronics. 展开更多

The problem of the robust fault detection filter design for time-varying delays switched systems is considered in the framework of mixed H-/H∞. Firstly, the weighted H∞ performance index is utilized as the robustness performance, and the H- index is used as the sensitivity performance for obtaining the robust fault detection filter. Then a novel multiple Lyapunov-Krasovskii function is proposed for deriving sufficient existence conditions of the robust fault detection filter based on the average dwell time technique. By introducing slack matrix variable, the coupling between the Lyapunov matrix and system matrix is removed, and the conservatism of results is reduced. Based on the robust fault detection filter, residual is generated and evaluated for detecting faults. In addition, the results of this paper are dependent on time delays,and represented in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Finally,the simulation example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Based on average dwell time (ADT) and free-weight matrix technologies, sufficient conditions which can ensure finite-time boundedness and H∞ finite-time boundedness are given. And then in virtue of the results on finite-time boundedness, the state memory feedback controller is designed to H∞ finite-time stabilize a time-delay switched system. Saline aquifers are considered as highly favored reservoirs for CO_(2)sequestration due to their favorable properties.Understanding the impact of saline aquifer properties on the migration and distribution of CO_(2)plume is crucial.This study focuses on four key parameters-permeability,porosity,formation pressure,and temperature-to characterize the reservoir and analyse the petrophysical and elastic response of CO_(2).First,we performed reservoir simulations to simulate CO_(2)saturation,using multiple sets of these four parameters to examine their significance on CO_(2)saturation and the plume migration speed.Subsequently,the effect of these parameters on the elastic properties is tested using rock physics theory.We established a relationship of compressional wave velocity(V_(p))and quality factor(Q_(p))with the four key parameters,and conducted a sensitivity analysis to test their sensitivity to V_(p) and Q_(p).Finally,we utilized visco-acoustic wave equation simulated time-lapse seismic data based on the computed V_(p) and Q_(p) models,and analysed the impact of CO_(2) saturation changes on seismic data.As for the above nu-merical simulations and analysis,we conducted sensitivity analysis using both homogeneous and heterogeneous models.Consistent results are found between homogeneous and heterogeneous models.The permeability is the most sensitive parameter to the CO_(2)saturation,while porosity emerges as the primary factor affecting both Q_(p) and V_(p).Both Q_(p) and V_(p) increase with the porosity,which contradicts the observations in gas reservoirs.The seismic simulations highlight significant variations in the seismic response to different parameters.We provided analysis for these observations,which serves as a valuable reference for comprehensive CO_(2)integrity analysis,time-lapse monitoring,injection planning and site selection. 展开更多

We have designed,assembled,and tested a 4-MA,60-ns fast linear transformer driver(LTD),which is the first operating generator featuring multiple LTD modules connected in parallel.The LTD-based accelerator comprises six modules in parallel,each of which has ten-stage cavities stacked in series.The six LTD modules are connected to a water tank of diameter 6 m via a 3-m-long impedance-matched deionized waterinsulated coaxial transmission line.In the water tank,the electrical pulses are transmitted down by six horizontal tri-plate transmission lines.A 2.1-m-diameter two-level vacuum insulator stack is utilized to separate the deionized water region from the vacuum region.In the vacuum,the currents are further transported downstream by a two-level magnetically insulated transmission-line and then converged through four post-hole convolutes.Plasma radiation loads or bremsstrahlung electron beam diodes serve as loads that are expected to generate intense soft X rays or warm X rays.The machine is 3.2 m in height and 22 m in outer diameter,including support systems such as a high-voltage charge supply,magnetic core reset system,trigger system,and support platform for inner stalk installation and maintenance.A total of 1440 individual±100-kV multi-gap spark switches and 2880 individual 100-kV capacitors are employed in the accelerator.A total of 12 fiberoptic laser-controlled trigger generators combining photoconductive and traditional gas spark switch technologies are used to realize the synchronous discharge of the more than 1000 gas switches.At an LTD charge voltage of±85 kV,the accelerator stores an initial energy of about 300 kJ and is expected to deliver a current of 3–5 MA into various loads.To date,the LTD facility has shot into a thick-walled aluminum liner load and a reflex triode load.With a thick-walled aluminum liner of inductance 1.81 nH,a current with peak up to 4.1 MA and rise time(10%–90%)of about 60 ns has been achieved.The current transport efficiency from the insulator stack to the liner load approaches 100%during peak times.The LTD accelerator has been used to drive reflex triode loads generating warm X rays with high energy fluence and large radiation area.It has been demonstrated that this LTD is a promising and high-efficiency prime pulsed power source suitable for use in constructing the next generation of large-scale accelerators with currents of tens of megaamperes. 展开更多

Alterations in the mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor(MET)gene are critical drivers of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).In recent years advances in precision therapies targeting MET alterations have significantly expanded treatment options for NSCLC patients.These alterations include MET exon 14 skipping mutations(MET exon 14 skipping),MET gene amplifications,MET point mutations(primarily kinase domain mutations),and MET protein overexpression.Accurate identification of these alterations and appropriate selection of patient populations and targeted therapies are essential for improving clinical outcomes.The East China Lung Cancer Group,Youth Committee(ECLUNG YOUNG,Yangtze River Delta Lung Cancer Cooperation Group)has synthesized insights from China’s innovative drug development landscape and clinical practice to formulate an expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC patients with MET alterations.This consensus addresses key areas,such as optimal testing timing,testing methods,testing strategies,quality control measures,and treatment approaches.By offering standardized recommendations,this guidance aims to streamline diagnostic and therapeutic processes and enhance clinical decision-making for NSCLC with MET alterations. 展开更多

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of combination adjuvant chemotherapy with epirubicin and docetaxel for patients after radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:This study enrolled 60 patients between May 2022 and December 2024,who were randomly allocated into two equal treatment groups(n=30 each).The control group received standard chemotherapy,whereas the observation group was treated with a combined adjuvant regimen of epirubicin and docetaxel.Therapeutic outcomes were systematically compared between the groups.Results:The comparative analysis of chemotherapy regimens revealed significant intergroup differences in multiple outcome measures.The observation group demonstrated superior clinical efficacy(96.67%vs 80.00%,P<0.05)alongside a more favorable safety profile(adverse reaction incidence:3.33%vs 20.00%,P<0.05).Metabolic assessments showed better glycemic control in the observation group,with both fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels being significantly lower than controls(P<0.05),while maintaining comparable values to pretreatment baselines(P>0.05).Furthermore,quality of life assessments indicated significantly better outcomes in the observation group compared to controls(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of epirubicin and docetaxel as adjuvant chemotherapy for patients after radical mastectomy for breast cancer has significant clinical effects,can improve patients’quality of life,and has high safety.It is worthy of adoption. 展开更多

Background:The shortage of nurses in China is still a serious problem,how to improve the future work selfclarity of nursing students is very important.Objective:To evaluate the future work self-clarity among nursing students regarding their future careers and the factors influencing it.Methods:A total of 204 undergraduate nursing students from Guangzhou,Guangdong,China,were selected as participants for an online cross-sectional questionnaire survey.Results:The scores of the“Future Work Self-Clarity Scale”,Spiritual Climate Scale,and Career Calling Questionnaire for nursing students were(18.34±3.64),(14.43±3.77),(39.25±10.45),respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis results indicated that satisfaction with clinical teachers,spiritual climate,and occupational calling were the influencing factors of future work self-clarity for intern nursing students(t=-3.230,2.92,4.68;all P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of future work self-clarity among nursing students requires further improvement.Nursing managers should provide comprehensive attention and encouragement to nursing students to enhance their future work self-clarity and facilitate the construction and development of the nursing team. 展开更多

目的:分析公立医院医务人员职业倦怠现状及危险因素。方法:选取2018年6月—2021年6月德阳地区市属公立医院的100名医务人员作为研究对象,统计一般资料及职业倦怠评分,分析公立医院医务人员职业倦怠现状及危险因素。结果:100名医务人员中... 目的:分析公立医院医务人员职业倦怠现状及危险因素。方法:选取2018年6月—2021年6月德阳地区市属公立医院的100名医务人员作为研究对象,统计一般资料及职业倦怠评分,分析公立医院医务人员职业倦怠现状及危险因素。结果:100名医务人员中,无职业倦怠18.0%(18/100),轻度职业倦怠36.0%(36/100),中度职业倦怠26.0%(26/100),重度职业倦怠20.0%(20/100)。年龄、工作年限、婚姻状况、职业及日工作时间是医务人员职业倦怠的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄21~40岁、工作年限≥10年、未婚、护士职业、日工作时间>8 h是医务人员职业倦怠的危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:针对医务人员职业倦怠的危险因素,医院管理者应加以重视,采取相应干预措施,改善医务人员的职业倦怠情况。 展开更多

信息通信技术高速发展的第四次工业革命,对当前全球所有国家网络空间治理能力,提出了某种无差别的挑战:如果能够吸纳相关冲击,治理能力和治理体系实现有弹性、韧性和可持续性的自主演化,则国家的治理能力会形成跃升;反之,则会导致某种... 信息通信技术高速发展的第四次工业革命,对当前全球所有国家网络空间治理能力,提出了某种无差别的挑战:如果能够吸纳相关冲击,治理能力和治理体系实现有弹性、韧性和可持续性的自主演化,则国家的治理能力会形成跃升;反之,则会导致某种自洽且难以制止的迭代式循环,并最终诱发治理危机。应对这种危机,需要实现威胁认知重构与战略互信重建,二者的基础是实现网络主权的理论与实践创新。当下,网络主权事实上已经成为各方共同接受的基准,只是存在不同的理解。相较美国的"互联网自由",中国倡导的网络空间命运共同体,是一项具有深远意义的战略倡议,在此基础上进行务实路径探索,是迈向未来的关键。 展开更多

文中简要介绍中国政府和中国科学院在基因技术研究领域的科技战略框架,以及在此指导下,中国研究人员取得的卓越进展,并通过文献计量和专利分析的方法揭示中国基因技术研发现状。无论在论文数量和质量,还是专利申请数量方面,中国都有了... 文中简要介绍中国政府和中国科学院在基因技术研究领域的科技战略框架,以及在此指导下,中国研究人员取得的卓越进展,并通过文献计量和专利分析的方法揭示中国基因技术研发现状。无论在论文数量和质量,还是专利申请数量方面,中国都有了显著提升,但在国际合作和产学研结合方面仍有待加强。未来中国还需要抓好顶层设计,加强政府引导和监管,引入企业和社会的多方投资,加大科普宣传力度,预防生物安全和生物安保风险等。基因技术领域的创新和突破将为现代化产业的可持续发展提供主要的技术推动力,为中国生物经济发展注入新的活力。 展开更多

Gibberellin (GA) 2-oxidase plays a key role in the GA catabolic pathway through 2β-hydroxylation.In the present study,we isolated a CaMV 35S-enhancer activation tagged mutant,H032.This mutant exhibited a dominant dwarf and GA-deficient phenotype,with a final stature that was less than half of its wild-type counterpart.The endogenous bioactive GAs are markedly decreased in the H032 mutant,and application of bioactive GAs (GA3 or GA4) can reverse the dwarf phenotype.The integrated T-DNA was detected 12.8 kb upstream of the OsGA2ox6 in the H032 genome by TAIL-PCR.An increased level of OsGA2ox6 mRNA was detected at a high level in the H032 mutant,which might be due to the enhancer role of the CaMV 35S promoter.RNAi and ectopic expression analysis of OsGA2ox6 indicated that the dwarf trait and the decreased levels of bioactive GAs in the H032 mutant were a result of the up-regulation of the OsGA2ox6 gene.BLASTP analysis revealed that OsGA2ox6 belongs to the class III of GA 2-oxidases,which is a novel type of GA2ox that uses C20-GAs (GA12 and/or GA53) as the substrates.Interestingly,we found that a GA biosynthesis inhibitor,paclobutrazol,positively regulated the OsGA2ox6 gene.Unlike the over-expression of OsGA2ox1,which led to a high rate of seed abortion,the H032 mutant retained normal flowering and seed production.These results indicate that OsGA2ox6 mainly affects plant stature,and the dominant dwarf trait of the H032 mutant can be used as an efficient dwarf resource in rice breeding. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the association of alcohol dose, duration of drinking and obesity with abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators, the prevalence of alcohol-related liver injury in the island population of China.METHODS:Randomized multistage stratified cluster sampling from the island population of China was used in the population-based case-control study. Then interview, physical examination, laboratory assessments and ultrasonography were done. RESULTS:Daily alcohol intake ≥ 20 g, duration of drinking ≥ 5 years and obesity were closely related to alcohol-related liver injury (P < 0.05). The odds-ratio (OR) (95% CI) was 1.965 (1.122-3.442), 3.412 (1.789-6.507) and 1.887 (1.261-2.824), respectively. The prevalence rate of alcohol-related liver injury in ≥ 20 g daily alcohol intake group and < 20 g daily alcohol intake group was 37.14% and 12.06%, respectively. The prevalence rate of alcohol-related liver injury in ≥ 5 years drinking group and < 5 years drinking group was 34.44% and 8.53%, respectively. No significant dose-response relation was found between daily alcohol intake and abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators as well as between duration of drinking and abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of alcohol-related liver injury between beer drinking group and yellow rice wine drinking group, hard liquor drinking group, multiple drinking group.CONCLUSION:The risk threshold of daily alcohol intake is 20 g and duration of drinking inducing alcohol-related liver injury 5 years in the island population of China. Liver injury induced by obesity should be concerned. 展开更多

To solve the multi-class fault diagnosis tasks,decision tree support vector machine(DTSVM),which combines SVM and decision tree using the concept of dichotomy,is proposed.Since the classification performance of DTSVM highly depends on its structure,to cluster the multi-classes with maximum distance between the clustering centers of the two sub-classes,genetic algorithm is introduced into the formation of decision tree,so that the most separable classes would be separated at each node of decisions tree.Numerical simulations conducted on three datasets compared with"one-against-all"and"one-against-one"demonstrate the proposed method has better performance and higher generalization ability than the two conventional methods. 展开更多

A novel p‐n heterostructure photocatalyst m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl was successfully synthetized through a facile ion‐etching method.Via adjusting the added volume of HCl solution,a series of different ratios of composite photocatalysts were obtained.The as‐prepared samples of physical,chemical and optical characteristics were examined by X‐ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy,selected‐area electron diffraction,Fourier transform infrared absorption,Raman microscope,N2 adsorption‐desorption,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV‐vis spectrum technologies.The photocatalysts showed high degradation rate and complete mineralization ability for methyl orange and tetracycline solution under visible light.The reaction rate constant of m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl for methyl orange was 52.28 times higher than that of BiOCl.The characterization presented a good stability of materials.Furthermore,the photocurrent response test certified that the heterostructure effectively accelerated the separation and migration of photo‐generated carries.The scavenger experiments evidenced that hole(h+)and superoxide radical(?O2?)were the primary active radicals.A possible photocatalytic mechanism was proposed.This work provided an alternative photocatalyst applied to water environmental remediation. 展开更多
