The present study used cultures of primary astrocytes, isolated from neonatal rats, to verify the hypothesis that arsenite-induced neurotoxicity can influence neuronal function by altering glutamate-induced gliotransmitter release. Primary astrocytes were exposed to 0, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 or 30 μM arsenite for 24 hours. Cell viability and morphological observations revealed that 5 μM arsenic exposure could induce cytotoxicity. Cells were then cultured in the presence of 0, 2.5, 5, or 10 μM arsenite for 24 hours and stimulated with 25 μM glutamate for 10 minutes. Results showed that [Ca2+]i in astrocytes exposed to 5 and 10 μM arsenite was significantly increased and levels of D-serine, γ-aminobutyric acid and glycine in cultures exposed to 2.5-10 μM arsenite were also increased. However, glutamate levels in the media were significantly increased only after treatment with 10 μM arsenite. In conclusion, our findings suggest that arsenic exposure may affect glutamate-induced gliotransmitter release from astrocytes and further disturb neuronal function. 展开更多

This review aimed to summarize the relationship between rumen bacteria and production performance in dairy cows.The composition and metabolic functions of rumen bacteria significantly influenced production performance.However,previous studies lacked a systematic review of how variations in rumen bacterial composition correlate with production performance.This review described the differences in rumen bacterial composition among dairy cows with varying production performance,focusing on milk yield and composition,feed efficiency(FE),average daily gain(ADG)and methane production.Additionally,we explored the differences in rumen bacteria across different parities and testing time points.Through this systematic summary,we discussed the impact of rumen bacterial composition on dairy cow production performance and provided new insights and guidelines for devising targeted microbiome adjustment strategies. 展开更多

戒毒人员从强制隔离戒毒所进入社区是一个从封闭空间走向开放空间的过程,这个过程会因为两个场所内部设置截然不同而产生冲突。在强制隔离戒毒所中,戒毒人员处在一个封闭的空间中,在这个环境中的空间设置和制度设置都具备一定的封闭性,... 戒毒人员从强制隔离戒毒所进入社区是一个从封闭空间走向开放空间的过程,这个过程会因为两个场所内部设置截然不同而产生冲突。在强制隔离戒毒所中,戒毒人员处在一个封闭的空间中,在这个环境中的空间设置和制度设置都具备一定的封闭性,并且形成了封闭空间的规训模式。在社区中,戒毒人员处在一个相对开放的空间中,社区内部形成的空间设置和制度设置具有一定的开放性,与封闭空间中的规训方式截然相反。由此,从封闭到开放的空间转换下容易产生冲突,形成制度衔接的困境。本研究以制度空间理论为分析框架,首先分析从封闭的强制隔离戒毒所到开放的社区康复过程中呈现出的断隔与冲突的衔接困境,然后将强制隔离戒毒到社区康复无缝衔接制度的制度空间化与空间制度化进行分析,最后提出无缝衔接的制度构建。 展开更多
