A 32-year-old man who complained of recurrent nauseat and vomiting was admitted to our hospital.The contrast-enhanced computed tomography revealed a cystic mass located behind the duodenum which was suggestive of lymphangioma.Laparoscopic resection of the retroperitoneal mass was successfully performed.The postoperatively pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of cavernous lymphangioma.Ultrasound and enhanced CT can be used for making a preoperative diagnosis.Once symptoms of the disease develop,complete surgical resection should be performed. 展开更多

Herein, the dynamics and flow fields of an inverted flag are studied using hydrogen bubble flow visualization and particle image velocimetry technologies at different height-to-length ratios and flow velocities in a water tunnel. Results show that the heightto-length ratio of the inverted flag at which the critical flow velocity remains nearly constant is approximately 1.4. Moreover, a nonperiodic flapping phenomenon is observed under various height-to-length ratios. This phenomenon may be attributed to the existence of multiple equilibrium solutions to the self-excited vibration system, thus engendering chaos in the system comprising an inverted flag and surrounding fluid. Other indications that the system has entered chaos include multiple frequencies, nonoverlapping phase diagram, and positive Lyapunov exponent. Further discussion of the flow fields around the inverted flag reveals that the large-amplitude oscillation is due to the flow separation, while the flapping instability is a static divergence instability. In the large flapping mode, the starting leading-edge vortex(LEV) is wrapped by Kelvin-Helmholtz instabilities,which are arranged at almost uniform spacing along a circular path. The sorption-enhanced method can change the thermodynamic equilibrium by absorbing CO_(2).However,it also brings about the problems of high regeneration temperature of adsorbent and large regeneration energy consumption.In order to study the impact of enhanced adsorption methods on the overall energy cost of the system in the hydrogen production process,this paper analyzes and compares steam methane reforming and reactive adsorption-enhanced steam methane reforming with the energy consumption of hydrogen production products as the evaluation index.The results showed that the energy consumption per unit hydrogen production decreased from 276.21 MJ/kmol to 131.51 MJ/kmol,and the decomposition rate of H2O increased by more than 20%after the addition of adsorption enhancement method.It is proved that the advantage of sorption enhanced method on pre-separation of CO_(2)in the product makes up for the disadvantage of energy consumption of adsorbent regeneration.In addition,the ability of the process to obtain H element is improved by the high decomposition rate of H2O,which realizes a more rational distribution of the element. 展开更多
