In this work,Eu^(3+)-doped CsPbCl_(2)Br_(1) in borosilicate glass was successfully synthesized by the melt quenching annealing technique and crystallization method.This work reports a novel Eu^(3+)-doped CsPbCl_(2)Br_...In this work,Eu^(3+)-doped CsPbCl_(2)Br_(1) in borosilicate glass was successfully synthesized by the melt quenching annealing technique and crystallization method.This work reports a novel Eu^(3+)-doped CsPbCl_(2)Br_(1) perovskite quantum dots(QDs)glass with high sensitivity for optical temperature sensing.The relation of fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)with the temperature was studied in the temperature range of 80-440 K.Notably,the maximum absolute temperature sensitivity(Sa)and relative temperature sensitivity(Sr)of Eu^(3+)-doped CsPbCl_(2)Br_(1) perovskite QDs glass can reach as high as 0.0315 K-1 and3.097%/K,respectively.Meanwhile,Eu^(3+)-doped CsPbCl_(2)Br_(1) QDs glass demonstrates good water resistance,excellent thermal and cold cycling stability performance,The Eu^(3+)-doped QDs glass materials can bring inspiration to the future exploration of rare earth ion-doped QDs glass material on the application of optical temperature sensing in the future.展开更多
At present,solid-state laser-driven lighting fabricated with blue laser diode(LD)and phosphor has been greatly developed in high-power lighting applications.The major obstacle is the luminescence saturation threshold ...At present,solid-state laser-driven lighting fabricated with blue laser diode(LD)and phosphor has been greatly developed in high-power lighting applications.The major obstacle is the luminescence saturation threshold of the fluorescence conversion material(YAG:Ce).In this work,we successfully prepared a series of high-quality and robust YAG:Ce single crystals.With high quantum efficiency(QE=92%),regular crystal structure and high thermal conductivity,the single-crystal has excellent ability to deal with high radiation flux and thermal accumulation generated by high power.Matching the single-crystal with the laser,the luminous efficiency up to 274 lm/W and saturation threshold of 12 W/mm^(2) were obtained.In addition,the influence of Ce doping concentration and sample processing conditions on the indicators in laser-driven white lighting was systematically studied.The results are of great significance and are believed to promote the development of solid-state laser-driven lighting.展开更多

Stibium(Sb)metal with high theoretic capacity,suitable negative working window and inexpensive nature are promising anode material for advanced aqueous alkaline batteries(AABs).However,the further development of Sb an...Stibium(Sb)metal with high theoretic capacity,suitable negative working window and inexpensive nature are promising anode material for advanced aqueous alkaline batteries(AABs).However,the further development of Sb anode is severely hindered by the low capacity and poor rate capability which is originated from deficient adsorption of[Sb(OH)_(4)]^(-)and its sluggish desolvation kinetics.Herein,a nitrogen doped carbon cages(NCCs)substrate is constructed as high capacity and rate capability anode by promoting the adsorption and following desolvation process of[Sb(OH)_(4)]^(-)via the enhanced attraction toward(OH)-in the solvated[Sb(OH)_(4)]^(-).Consequently,the designed Sb/NCCs anode delivers a high capacity of 627 m Ah g^(-1)with an average 95%Sb utilization,an outstanding coulombic efficiency(CE)of 95%and an impressive lifespan(>110 h).Meanwhile,the Ni_(3)Se_(2)//Sb/NCCs batteries show great capacity retention of 86.7%after 2000 cycles with an areal capacity of 0.52 m Ah cm^(-2).Implementation of the designed anode allows for the construction of Sb-based AABs with enhanced rate capability,energy density and cycling performance.展开更多
Interferon regulatory factor 4(IRF4)is a critical transcription factor that governs the differentiation of cluster of differentiation 4^(+)(CD4^(+))T cells.The pathogenesis and progression of psoriasis are primarily a...Interferon regulatory factor 4(IRF4)is a critical transcription factor that governs the differentiation of cluster of differentiation 4^(+)(CD4^(+))T cells.The pathogenesis and progression of psoriasis are primarily attributed to an immune imbalance stemming from the overproduction of interleukin-17A(IL-17A)by T lymphocytes.However,the role of IRF4 in psoriasis remains unexplored.In this study,we found that IRF4 activity is increased in the cutaneous lesions of patients with psoriasis in response to stimulation by IL-23A and IL-1β.This IRF4 elevation heightens its binding to the E1A binding protein p300(EP300)promoter,triggering the transcription of downstream retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor-γt(RORγt)and increasing the secretion of IL-17A,thereby establishing the IL-1β/IL-23A–IRF4–EP300–RORC–IL-17A inflammatory cascade in psoriasis.The alleviation of imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriatic-like symptoms was achieved through the creation of a Irf4−/−gene deletion mouse model and pharmacological inhibition using antisense oligonucleotides targeted for Irf4.This amelioration was accompanied by a decreased number of IL-17A-producing CD4^(+)T cells in the skin.The findings of this study suggest that IRF4 plays a crucial role in the promotion of inflammation and exacerbation of IMQ-induced psoriasiform dermatitis.Consequently,IRF4 targeting could be a promising therapeutic strategy.展开更多

To improve the robustness and discrimination power of the triangle-area representation,a novel shape matching method based on multi-scale angle representation is proposed in this study.By analysing the configurations ...To improve the robustness and discrimination power of the triangle-area representation,a novel shape matching method based on multi-scale angle representation is proposed in this study.By analysing the configurations of different sample points from each shape contour,shape descriptors are constructed by using space angles at different scale levels.With the proposed shape representation,the multi-scale information of shape contours is efficiently described,and the dynamic programming is further used to determine the correspondence between samples from different shapes and calculate the shape distance in the feature matching step.Moreover,to improve the shape retrieval results based on pairwise shape distances,the dynamic label propagation is introduced as the post-processing step.Unlike previous distance learning methods learning the database manifold implicitly,the authors method retrieves relative objects on the shortest paths from near to far explicitly,and the underlying structure can be effectively captured.The proposed method tested on different shape databases provides the performances superior to many other methods,and it can be applied to visual data processing and understanding of the internet of things.展开更多
