Developing an accurate and visual sensing strategy for trace levels of fluoroquinolone residues that pose threat to food safety and human health is highly desired but remains challenging.Herein,a target selfcalibratio...Developing an accurate and visual sensing strategy for trace levels of fluoroquinolone residues that pose threat to food safety and human health is highly desired but remains challenging.Herein,a target selfcalibration ratiometric fluorescent sensing platform has been designed for sensitive visual detection of levofloxacin(LEV)based on fluorescent europium metal-organic framework(Eu-MOF)probe.Specifically,the Eu-MOF was facilely synthesized via directly mixing Eu^(3+)with 1,10-phenanthroline-2,9-dicarboxylic acid(PDA)ligand at room temperature,which exhibited well-stable red fluorescence at 612 nm.Upon the addition of target LEV,the significant fluorescence quenching from Eu^(3+)was observed owing to the inner filter effect between the Eu-MOF and LEV.While the intrinsic fluorescence for LEV at 462nm was gradually enhanced,thereby realizing the self-calibration ratiometric fluorescence responses to LEV.Through this strategy,LEV can be detected down to 27 nmol/L.Furthermore,a test paper-based Eu-MOF integrated with the smartphone assisted RGB color analysis was exploited for the quantitative monitoring of LEV through the multi-color changes from red to blue,thus achieved portable,convenient and visual detection of LEV in honey and milk samples.Therefore,the developed strategy could provide a useful tool for supporting the practical on-site test in food samples.展开更多

To understand the subjective well-being of the elderly in Xianning City, explore the mental health of the elderly for our aging society to develop guidelines and policies to help the elderly to finish the happiness of the last journey of life. Method. Uses method which the questionnaire, the interview unify, selects New Foundland commemoration university happiness meter (MUNSH), carries on the investigation to the Xianning city 426 senior citizen. Result. 1) the Xianning city senior citizen to oneself present life felt as a whole, the overall subjective happy heart level is very satisfiedly high; 2) the Xianning city senior citizen’s subjective happy heart in the years of schooling, the marital status, relates with the children on has the remarkable difference; 3) the different life style senior citizen in emotion PA, negative emotion NA, experience PE, in negative experience NE these four dimensions the difference is remarkable. Conclusion. The subjective well-being of seniors in Xianning City is in good condition. Their happiness is obviously affected by education level, marital status the relationship with children, life style and other factors.展开更多
Development of a titanium silicalite-1(TS-1)catalyst with good crystallinity and a four-coordinate Ti framework is critical for efficient catalytic oxidation reaction under mild conditions.Herein,a size-controlled TS-...Development of a titanium silicalite-1(TS-1)catalyst with good crystallinity and a four-coordinate Ti framework is critical for efficient catalytic oxidation reaction under mild conditions.Herein,a size-controlled TS-1 zeolite(TS-10.1ACh(acetylcholine))was synthesized via steam-assisted crystallization by introducing acetylcholine as a crystal growth modifier in the preparation process,and TS-10.1ACh was also employed in epoxidations of different substrates containing C=C double bonds.The crystalline sizes of the as-synthesized TS-10.1ACh catalysts were controlled with the acetylcholine content,and characterization results showed that the particle sizes of highly crystalline TS-10.1ACh zeolite reached 3.0μm with a good Ti framework.Throughout the synthetic process,the growth rate of the crystals was accelerated by electrostatic interactions between the connected hydroxyl groups of the acetylcholine modifier and the negatively charged skeleton of the pre-zeolites.Furthermore,the TS-10.1ACh catalyst demonstrated maximum catalytic activity,good selectivity and high stability during epoxidation of allyl chloride.Importantly,the TS-10.1ACh catalyst was also highly versatile and effective with different unsaturated substrates.These findings may provide novel,easily separable and large TS-1 catalysts for efficient and clean industrial epoxidations of C=C double bonds.展开更多
