目的 探讨胃肠起搏联合早期进食治疗轻、中重症急性胰腺炎(AP)患者对康复效果的影响。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年1月金湖县人民医院消化内科收治的80例轻、中重症AP患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组... 目的 探讨胃肠起搏联合早期进食治疗轻、中重症急性胰腺炎(AP)患者对康复效果的影响。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年1月金湖县人民医院消化内科收治的80例轻、中重症AP患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上实施胃肠起搏联合早期进食治疗。比较两组疗效差异。结果 治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组临床指标恢复时间更短,血淀粉酶、CRP、PCT水平、HAMD、HAMA评分均更低,P<0.05。结论 对急性轻、中重症AP患者采用胃肠起搏联合早期进食治疗可加速其康复,降低其血淀粉酶水平和炎症指标,改善患者心理状态。 展开更多

The nanoscale zinc oxide(n-ZnO)was used in food packages due to its superior antibac terial activity,resulting in potential intake of n-ZnO through the digestive system,wherein n-ZnO interacted with saliva.In recent,facet engineering,a technique for controlling the exposed facets,was applied to n-ZnO,whereas risk of n-ZnO with specific exposed facets in saliva was ignored.ZnO nanoflakes(ZnO-0001)and nanoneedles(ZnO-1010)with the pri mary exposed facets of{0001}and{1010}respectively were prepared in this study,investigat ing stability and toxicity of ZnO-0001 and ZnO-1010 in synthetic saliva.Both ZnO-0001 and ZnO-1010 partially transformed into amorphous Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)within 1 hr in the saliva even containing orgnaic components,forming a ZnO-Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)core-shell structure.Neverthe less,ZnO-1010 relative to ZnO-0001 would likely transform into Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2),being attributed to superior dissolution of{1010}facet due to its lower vacancy formation energy(1.15 eV than{0001}facet(3.90 eV)).The toxicity of n-ZnO to Caco-2 cells was also dependent on the primary exposed facet;ZnO-0001 caused cell toxicity through oxidative stress,whereas ZnO-1010 resulted in lower cells viability than ZnO-0001 through oxidative stress and mem brane damage.Density functional theory calculations illustrated that·O_(2)^(-)was formed and released on{1010}facet,yet O_(2)^(2-)instead of·O_(2)^(-)was generated on{0001}facet,leading to low oxidative stress from ZnO-0001.All findings demonstrated that stability and toxicity of n-ZnO were dependent on the primary exposed facet,improving our understanding o health risk of nanomaterials. 展开更多

湖北省农村小学生性侵犯发生情况及影响因素分析

目的了解农村小学生性侵犯发生状况并分析其影响因素,为预防农村儿童性侵犯提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽取湖北省汉川市和郧西县各1所农村小学3~6年级各3个班级的所有学生为研究对象。结果共调查1089名小学生,性侵犯的总发生... 目的了解农村小学生性侵犯发生状况并分析其影响因素,为预防农村儿童性侵犯提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽取湖北省汉川市和郧西县各1所农村小学3~6年级各3个班级的所有学生为研究对象。结果共调查1089名小学生,性侵犯的总发生率为19.5%,男生150人,发生率为25.3%,女生62人,发生率为12.5%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=28.514,P<0.01);留守儿童的性侵犯发生比例为19.1%,非留守儿童的性侵犯发生比例为20.6%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.295,P>0.05)。非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示:女生(OR=0.418,95%CI:0.301~0.581)、高年级(OR=0.694,95%CI:0.603~0.798)、与主要看护人关系好(OR=0.596,95%CI:0.408~0.870)是农村小学生性侵犯发生的保护因素。结论我国农村儿童性侵发生率相对较高,且男童、低年级、与看护人关系差的小学生发生率较高。 展开更多

目的:建立红花、西红花中13个非法添加红色色素的薄层色谱(TLC)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。方法:采用TLC法,μL乙酸乙酯-正丁醇-乙醇-氨水-水(1∶3∶3∶1∶1);检测:日光下检视。采用HPLC-DAD梯度洗脱技术。色谱柱:Welch Ultimate^■... 目的:建立红花、西红花中13个非法添加红色色素的薄层色谱(TLC)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。方法:采用TLC法,μL乙酸乙酯-正丁醇-乙醇-氨水-水(1∶3∶3∶1∶1);检测:日光下检视。采用HPLC-DAD梯度洗脱技术。色谱柱:Welch Ultimate^■XB-C18反相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液为流动相流速:1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温35℃;检测波长:508 nm。并进行TLC和HPLC检测方法的检测下限、专属性及耐用性研究。通过比对对照品的比移值、保留时间与光谱图,确定红花样品与西红花样品中非法添加的色素。结果:已建立的13个红色色素的TLC与HPLC分析法灵敏度较高,专属性强,耐用性好。在TLC与HPLC佐证一致的情况下,22批红花药材中有10批检出胭脂红,有11批检出酸性红73;5批西红花药材中1批检出胭脂红、酸性红73、新品红、罗丹明B,1批检出胭脂红、新品红,1批检出胭脂红。结论:建立的TLC及HPLC检测方法经方法学验证,可用于红花、西红花药材中13个红色色素的检查。市售红花与西红花药材严重存在色素非法添加问题,应加大对中药材、中药饮片市场的监管力度。 展开更多

Oral English is an important part in higher vocational English teaching. The 2021 edition of "English Curriculum Standard for Higher Vocational Education" puts forward new requirements for higher vocational students oral English ability. The document proposes that "students can use English language knowledge and skills to accurately understand and express information, views and feelings, and communicate effectively orally and in writing." Under such requirements, the traditional final examination evaluation method cannot meet the challenges of the new era. The new evaluation method is intervention dynamic evaluation, which pays attention to the communication between teachers and students and interactive feedback, and continuously adjusts the dynamic form of teaching methods through feedback. Through the intervention dynamic evaluation experiment of oral courses, the author observes whether the new evaluation method can reduce students learning anxiety and improve learning efficiency. 展开更多

With the development of economy and society, the number of automobiles in our country is increasing day by day. As the population base of our country is large, the number of automobiles increases gradually after the national income increases. More and more automobiles result in more and more air pollution caused by the increase of exhaust emissions. Nowadays, automobile exhaust pollution has become a concern of governments and people in various countries, and the importance of environmental protection has been recognized. In order to survive better, we must take the road of sustainable development. The pollution problem caused by automobile emissions is very serious in our country. Severe smog weather has emerged, which is caused by various unfavorable factors. Analysis of sources of fine particulate matter in 15 cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai shows that mobile sources account for 13.5%~41.0% of the local pollution sources. Facing the severe situation of air pollution control, it is imperative to control automobile exhaust emissions. We can now control the vehicle emissions for a certain period of time, and carry out scientific control through a large amount of data, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling air pollution. At present, China's air pollution problem is serious. How to reduce the exhaust pollution caused by vehicle exhaust emissions is a problem that needs to be studied, discussed and solved. Based on the mechanism and case studies, this paper studies the formation of vehicle exhaust and how to effectively reduce it, providing scientific and practical suggestions for effective reduction and prevention. 展开更多
