Electrolytic copper foil has gained significant attention as an essential component in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),printed circuit boards(PCBs),and chip packaging substrates(CPSs)applications.With the advancement of L...Electrolytic copper foil has gained significant attention as an essential component in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),printed circuit boards(PCBs),and chip packaging substrates(CPSs)applications.With the advancement of LIBs towards higher energy densities and the increasing density of electronic components on circuits,copper foil is required to have demanding properties,such as extremely thin thickness and extremely high tensile strength.This comprehensive review firstly summarizes recent progress on the fabrication of electrolytic copper foil,and the effects of process parameters,cathode substrate,and additives on the electrodeposition behavior,microstructure,and properties of copper foil are discussed in detail.Then the regulation strategies of mechanical properties of electrolytic copper foil are also summarized,including the formation of nanotwins and texture.Furthermore,the recent advances in novel electrolytic copper foils,such as composite foils and extra-thin copper foils,are also overviewed.Lastly,the remaining challenges and perspectives on the further development of electrolytic copper foils are presented.展开更多
The effects of trace cerium(Ce)addition on the microstructural and textural evolution and the dynamic recrystallization(DRX)of the ultrahigh-purity copper(Cu)containing small amounts of sulfur(S)were investigated usin...The effects of trace cerium(Ce)addition on the microstructural and textural evolution and the dynamic recrystallization(DRX)of the ultrahigh-purity copper(Cu)containing small amounts of sulfur(S)were investigated using a Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation tester at 600℃.The results show that with increasing Ce content,the grain size of the Cu-S(S2)alloy gradually decreases and the grain boundary embrittlement induced by S impurities is considerably inhibited.The addition of Ce promotes the DRX process of the S2 alloy and changes its DRX mechanism from discontinuous to continuous and twinning-induced DRX mechanisms.The texture component and intensity of the S2 alloy vary with the increase of Ce content.The addition of 120×10^(-6) Ce(mass fraction)is favorable for the grain orientation randomization,which is attributed to the promoted DRX.展开更多
BACKGROUND Current evidence suggests that commonly used antidiabetic drugs have varying effects on cancer risk.Some antidiabetics offer protective effects against cancer,whereas others may increase risk in specific po...BACKGROUND Current evidence suggests that commonly used antidiabetic drugs have varying effects on cancer risk.Some antidiabetics offer protective effects against cancer,whereas others may increase risk in specific populations.AIM To comprehensively compare the effects of different antidiabetic drugs on the risk of various cancers in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)through a systematic review and network meta-analysis.METHODS Four databases(PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,and Web of Science)were searched from their inception until April 11,2025.Published randomized controlled trials that enrolled at least 100 participants and had an intervention duration of at least 1 year were included.The inclusion criteria were studies involving adult patients with T2DM and interventions that compared different classes of antidiabetic drugs with a placebo or another antidiabetic drug.Network meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 17.0 software.Confidence in network meta-analysis was used to assess the quality of evidence regarding the risk of cancer associated with different antidiabetic drugs.RESULTS A total of 13535 articles were identified.After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria,87 high-quality studies involving 216106 patients and 26 different drugs across seven classes were included in this study.Indirect evidence from network meta-analysis revealed some heterogeneity;however,this did not affect the reliability of the results.The results indicated that antidiabetic drugs did not increase the overall risk of cancer compared with placebo.In contrast,some antidiabetic medications demonstrated a more pronounced advantage in reducing cancer risk,such as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors for thyroid and rectal cancers;sodium-glucose co-transporter type 2 inhibitors for lung and bronchial cancers;sulfonylureas for gastric and colon cancers;biguanides for pancreatic cancer;insulin for bladder cancer;glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists for prostate,uterine,hepatocellular,renal,and hematologic cancers;and thiazolidinediones for breast cancer.CONCLUSION Antidiabetic drugs reduce cancer risk in patients with T2DM.However,given the limitations in the number and quality of the included studies,our conclusions should be interpreted with caution.More large-scale,high-quality clinical trials are required to validate our findings towards the optimization of comprehensive cancer management strategies for patients with T2DM.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of microecological preparation combined with bicyclol on nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) and its effect on liver fibrosis, serum inflammatory factors and transforming grow...Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of microecological preparation combined with bicyclol on nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) and its effect on liver fibrosis, serum inflammatory factors and transforming growth factorβ1 (TGF-β1).Methods:106 patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into control group (53 cases) and case group (53 cases). The control group was given routine liver protection and bicyclol, and the case group was given Bifidobacterium triple viable probiotics based on the treatment of the control group. The two groups were treated for 6 weeks. The clinical effect, liver fibrosis, serum inflammatory factors, TGF-β1 and other changes were observed in the two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the case group was significantly higher than that of the control group (96.22% vs 83.02%), (χ2=4.970,P=0.026). After treatment, the ALB and HDL levels of the two groups of patients were higher than before. ALT, AST, and TBIL, LN, HA, PCIII, CIV, TC, TG, LDL, IL-6, TNF-a, hs-CRP, TGF-β1 were lower, compared with before and after treatment;and the improvement of liver function, liver fibrosis, blood lipid levels, serum inflammatory factors, and TGF-β1 in the case group was better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the case group was lower than that in the control group (5.66% vs 11.32%). The difference was not statistically significant (χ2=1.093,P=0.296).Conclusion: Microecological preparations combined with bicyclol in the treatment of NAFLD have exact clinical effects, can significantly improve liver function, regulate blood lipid levels, reduce inflammation and liver fibrosis, and have good safety, which deserves further clinical research and promotion.展开更多

Currently, adjuvant therapy like chemotherapeutics arise...Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains a challenging disease with a high recurrence rate after surgery and there is an imminent need to identify new treatments. Currently, adjuvant therapy like chemotherapeutics arises to counteract the malignant trait escaping from apoptosis of tumors induced by overexpressed anti-apoptotic factors in HCC. Myeloid cell leukaemia-1 (Mcl-1) as an anti-apoptotic member of Bcl-2 is highly expressed in diverse human cancers, which contributes to cancer cell survival and the resistance to diverse chemotherapeutic agents. It is confirmed that Mcl-1 protein expression is quite enhanced in human HCC tissue compared to adjacent non-tumor tissue. Correspondingly, forced Mcl-1 down-regulation leads to prominent apoptosis of HCC cells and a sensitization towards chemotherapeutic drug-induced apoptosis, which indicates Mcl-1 is indeed a crucial regulatory factor of HCC. Hence, this review highlights the function of Mcl-1 on HCC progression, how it is regulated in HCC and the recent anti-hepatoma drug research and development down-regulation of Mcl-1 or targeting on Mcl-1. Meanwhile, the authors discuss Mcl-1 as an essential regulatory factor in HCC can be designed as target for drugs to improve the survival of HCC patients.展开更多

It is confirmed that Mcl-1 protein expression is quite enhanced in human HCC tissue compared to adjacent non-tumor tissue. Correspondingly, forced Mcl-1 down-regulation leads to prominent apoptosis of HCC cells and a sensitization towards chemotherapeutic drug-induced apoptosis, which indicates Mcl-1 is indeed a crucial regulatory factor of HCC. Hence, this review highlights the function of Mcl-1 on HCC progression, how it is regulated in HCC and the recent anti-hepatoma drug research and development down-regulation of Mcl-1 or targeting on Mcl-1. Meanwhile, the authors discuss Mcl-1 as an essential regulatory factor in HCC can be designed as target for drugs to improve the survival of HCC patients.
文摘Telomerase is a special reverse transcriptase,which adds telomeric DNA repeats to the ends of chromosome to offset loss.A vast majority of cancer cells have been shown that their telomerase was up-regulated and sustain proliferation and growth.Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most commonly occurring cancers worldwide.It is also one of the leading causes of cancer death,and is connected with abnormal telomerase function.However,reports about the telomerase mutations and HCC are still insufficient.In this review,the structure and mechanism of action of telomerase,inherited disorders caused by its mutations,hepatocarcinoma,and drug development targeting telomerase are reviewed.However,further investigations are needed to elucidate human telomerase RNA gene regulation for initiation and progression of the liver cancer.
