目的 分析2018年1月—2023年12月山东大学章丘区手足口病(hand foot mouth disease,HFMD)疫情,制订科学可行的防控策略。方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统的“传染病监测”子系统收集2018年1月—2023年12月章丘区病例数据和实验室监测结... 目的 分析2018年1月—2023年12月山东大学章丘区手足口病(hand foot mouth disease,HFMD)疫情,制订科学可行的防控策略。方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统的“传染病监测”子系统收集2018年1月—2023年12月章丘区病例数据和实验室监测结果,采用χ^(2)检验和Spearman相关系数进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2018年1月—2023年12月章丘区共报告HFMD 4 316例,发病趋势呈先下降再升高的“V”形,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。2018年1月—2019年12月呈现7—9月季节性高峰,2020年1月—2022年12月高峰期为9—11月;2023年1—12月高峰期为8—9月。中心城区发病率较高,边远地区呈现零星散发和少发。人群分布上男性病例高于女性,性别构成比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。年龄构成0~<5岁组发病率逐渐降低,5~<10岁组逐渐升高,职业分布以散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生为主,年龄、职业分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.001)。2018年1月—2019年12月优势毒株为柯萨奇病毒A组16型(coxsackievirus A16,CoxA16)、其他肠道病毒,2020年1月—20123年12月优势毒株为其他肠道病毒,病毒型别中其他肠道病毒月检出阳性数均与月发病数密切相关(rs=0.85,P <0.001;rs=0.69,P<0.001;rs=0.97,P <0.001)。结论 章丘区HFMD疫情总体流行特征呈“V”形趋势,处于历史较低发病水平,发病具有明显的季节性、地区性、年龄差异,其他肠道病毒及CoxA16交替流行,成为下一步防控重点,体现了《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》丙类传染病管理措施。 展开更多

Objective The study of medicine formulas is a core component of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),yet traditional learning methods often lack interactivity and contextual understanding,making it challenging for beginners to grasp the intricate composition rules of formulas.To address this gap,we introduce Formula-S,a situated visualization method for TCM formula learning in augmented reality(AR)and evaluate its performance.This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Formula-S in enhancing TCM formula learning for beginners by comparing it with traditional text-based formula learning and web-based visualization.Methods Formula-S is an interactive AR tool designed for TCM formula learning,featuring three modes(3D,Web,and Table).The dataset included TCM formulas and herb properties extracted from authoritative references,including textbook and the SymMap database.In Formula-S,the hierarchical visualization of the formulas as herbal medicine compositions,is linked to the multidimensional herb attribute visualization and embedded in the real world,where real herb samples are presented.To evaluate its effectiveness,a controlled study(n=30)was conducted.Participants who had no formal TCM knowledge were tasked with herbal medicine identification,formula composition,and recognition.In the study,participants interacted with the AR tool through HoloLens 2.Data were collected on both task performance(accuracy and response time)and user experience,with a focus on task efficiency,accuracy,and user preference across the different learning modes.Results The situated visualization method of Formula-S had comparable accuracy to other methods but shorter response time for herbal formula learning tasks.Regarding user experience,our new approach demonstrated the highest system usability and lowest task load,effectively reducing cognitive load and allowing users to complete tasks with greater ease and efficiency.Participants reported that Formula-S enhanced their learning experience through its intuitive interface and immersive AR environment,suggesting this approach offers usability advantages for TCM education.Conclusions The situated visualization method in Formula-S offers more efficient and accurate searching capabilities compared to traditional and web-based methods.Additionally,it provides superior contextual understanding of TCM formulas,making it a promising new solution for TCM learning. 展开更多

The family Hepeviridae has seen an explosive expansion in its host range in recent years,yet the evolutionary trajectory of this zoonotic pathogen remains largely unknown.The emergence of rat hepatitis E virus(HEV)has introduced a new public health threat due to its potential for zoonotic transmission.This study investigated2?464 wild small mammals spanning four animal orders,eight families,21 genera,and 37 species in Yunnan Province,China.Using broadly reactive reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),we systematically screened the presence and prevalence of Orthohepevirus and identified 192 positive specimens from10 species,corresponding to an overall detection rate of7.79%.Next-generation sequencing enabled the recovery of 24 full-length genomic sequences from eight host species,including Bandicota bengalensis,Eothenomys eleusis,and Episoriculus caudatus,representing newly reported host species for Orthohepevirus strains.Phylogenetic and sequence analyses revealed extensive genetic diversity within orthohepeviruses infecting rodents and shrews.Notably,among the identified strains,20 were classified as Rocahepevirus ratti C1,two as C3,and one as Rocahepevirus eothenomi,while the remaining strain exhibited significant divergence,precluding classification.Evolutionary analyses highlighted close associations between orthohepeviruses and their respective host taxa,with distinct phylogenetic clustering patterns observed across different host orders.These findings emphasize the critical roles of co-speciation and cross-species transmission in shaping the evolutionary trajectories of the genera Paslahepevirus and Rocahepevirus. 展开更多

The Magnetism of Monolayer FeSe in Multiple Environments

FeSe is an Fe-based paramagnetic superconductor with the simplest structure.The competition between the Néel and stripe magnetic orders is believed to be one of the reasons for the absence of magnetic orders in FeSe.FeSe is recognized as a prototypical platform for competing magnetic interactions,including Néel,stripe,and staggered antiferromagnetic coupling.However,the correlations between these magnetic orders and how they change with varying environmental conditions require further study.Here,we calculated the magnetic order of monolayer FeSe in three diferent environments:pure one,with slight lattice distortion,and on SrTiO_(3) substrate,by frst principles calculations.We fnd that in the calculated dispersion relation E(q)between the spin spiral energy E and spin spiral vector q of the monolayer FeSe structure,the stripe magnetic order M(π/2,π/2)has the lowest energy,and there is a fat E(q)between the wave vector X(π/2,0)and Néel magnetic order 2X(π,0),which are the degenerate E(q)states.The ground state of M and the highest density of states around 2X may be the reason for the competition of two magnetic orders.The slight lattice distortion does not alter the magnetic properties of monolayer FeSe.When monolayer FeSe is attached to the SrTiO_(3)substrate,the degenerate E(q)is still retained;meanwhile,the energy of the 2X(π,0)state is closer to the M state,which may be one of the reasons for the increase of superconducting temperature in FeSe/SrTiO_(3). 展开更多

目的调查中青年群体流感疫苗知信行水平及其影响因素。方法本研究于2023年1—12月,采用多阶段分层抽样法在山东大学章丘区选取3935名常住中青年。采用自制《流感疫苗知信行量表》对调查对象进行知信行水平评估。采用单因素与多元线性回归... 目的调查中青年群体流感疫苗知信行水平及其影响因素。方法本研究于2023年1—12月,采用多阶段分层抽样法在山东大学章丘区选取3935名常住中青年。采用自制《流感疫苗知信行量表》对调查对象进行知信行水平评估。采用单因素与多元线性回归分析,旨在探明影响中青年群体流感疫苗知信行水平的因素。结果3935名中青年《流感疫苗知信行量表》平均得分为(15.31±2.25)分。其中男性、受教育程度为初中及以下、未患基础疾病、个人年收入低于5万元以及非专业技术人员的群体得分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);多元线性回归分析进一步揭示,性别、受教育程度、基础疾病状况、个人年收入和职业是影响中青年群体流感疫苗知信行水平的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论本研究提示中青年群体流感疫苗知信行水平普遍偏低,且与性别、受教育程度、基础疾病、个人年收入、职业等社会人口学特征密切相关。因此,亟需采取针对性干预措施,以强化流感疫苗相关知识普及与健康教育。 展开更多

Influences of synoptic circulations on regional transport,local accumulation and chemical transformation for PM_(2.5)heavy pollution over Twain-Hu Basin,central China

The Twain-Hu Basin(THB),located in Central China,serves as a key juncture where the northerly“polluted”airflows of the East Asian winter monsoon meet the southerly warm and humid airflows.Using the T-PCA(T-mode Principal Component Analysis)objective synoptic pattern classification,Flexible Particle-Weather Research and Forecasting(FLEXPARTWRF)model,and Random Forest model,we investigate the influences of synoptic circulations on regional transport,local accumulation,and chemical transformation of PM_(2.5)during heavy air pollution over the THB in January of 2015-2022.The results show that the transport-type synoptic pattern accounts for 65.16%of heavy PM_(2.5)pollution,indicating that regional transport of PM_(2.5)dominates the THB’s heavy air pollution.The PM_(2.5)/CO ratio is higher in the transport-type pattern and positively correlated with PM_(2.5)concentrations,reflecting a higher efficiency of chemical transformation to secondary PM_(2.5)in transport-type pollution compared with the accumulation-type pollution.Transport-type heavy PM_(2.5)pollution is predominantly influenced by upstream anomalous northerly and easterly airflows at the bottom of the high-pressure system,converging with the southern wind in the receptor area over the THB.Accumulation-type heavy pollution exhibits weak wind anomalies in central and eastern China under the control of a uniform pressure field.Furthermore,thermally-induced vertical circulations with sinking airflows in the middle and lower troposphere suppress the vertical air pollutant dispersions.The relative contributions of atmospheric factors for transport-type PM_(2.5)heavy pollution events are 38.0%for dynamical driver,26.8%for thermal driver,and 35.1%for chemical transformation,while in accumulation-type,the contribution rates are 33.9%,36.3%,and 29.7%,respectively.This study elucidates the influences of synoptic patterns on regional transport,local accumulation,and chemical transformation of PM_(2.5)for heavy air pollution,with implications for understanding changes of air quality in the receptor region of regional transport. 展开更多

BACKGROUND In recent years,endoscopic resection(ER)has been employed for the excision of submucosal tumors(SMTs).Nonetheless,ER in the duodenum is linked to ele-vated risks of both immediate and delayed hemorrhagic complications and perforations.Satisfactory suturing is crucial for reducing the occurrence of complications.AIM To establish a clinical score model for supporting suture decision-making of duodenal SMTs.METHODS This study included 137 individuals diagnosed with duodenal SMTs who under-went ER.Participants were evenly divided into two groups:A training cohort(TC)comprising 95 cases and an internal validation cohort(VC)with 42 cases.Subsequently,a scoring system was formulated utilizing multivariate logistic regression analysis within the TC,which was then subjected to evaluation in the VC.RESULTS The clinical scoring system incorporated two key factors:Extraluminal growth,which was assigned 2 points,and endoscopic full-thickness resection,which was given 3 points.This model demonstrated strong predictive accuracy,as evidenced by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.900(95%confidence interval:0.823-0.976).Additionally,the model’s goodness-of-fit was validated by the Hosmer-Lemeshow test(P=0.404).The probability of purse-string suturing in low(score 0-2)and high(score>3)categories were 3.0%and 64.3%in the TC,and 6.1%and 88.9%in the VC,respectively.CONCLUSION This scoring system may function as a beneficial instrumentality for medical practitioners,facilitating the decision-making process concerning suture techniques in the context of duodenal SMTs. 展开更多

The standing waves existing in radio telescope data are primarily due to reflections among the instruments,which significantly impact the spectral quality of the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).Eliminating these standing waves for FAST is challenging given the constant changes in their phases and amplitudes.Over a ten-second period,the phases shift by 18°while the amplitudes fluctuate by 6 mK.Thus,we developed the fast Fourier transform(FFT)filter method to eliminate these standing waves for every individual spectrum.The FFT filter can decrease the rms from 3.2 to 1.15 times the theoretical estimate.Compared to other methods such as sine fitting and running median,the FFT filter achieves a median rms of approximately 1.2 times the theoretical expectation and the smallest scatter at 12%.Additionally,the FFT filter method avoids the flux loss issue encountered with some other methods.The FFT is also efficient in detecting harmonic radio frequency interference(RFI).In the FAST data,we identified three distinct types of harmonic RFI,each with amplitudes exceeding 100 mK and intrinsic frequency periods of 8.1,0.5,and 0.37 MHz,respectively.The FFT filter,proven as the most effective method,is integrated into the H I data calibration and imaging pipeline for FAST(HiFAST,https://hifast.readthedocs.io). 展开更多

The novel structural reliability methodology presented in this study is especially well suited for multidimensional structural dynamics that are physically measured or numerically simulated over a representative timelapse.The Gaidai multivariate reliability method is applied to an operational offshore Jacket platform that operates in Bohai Bay.This study demonstrates the feasibility of this method to accurately estimate collapse risks in dynamic systems under in situ environmental stressors.Modern reliability approaches do not cope easily with the high dimensionality of real engineering dynamic systems,as well as nonlinear intercorrelations between various structural components.The Jacket offshore platform is chosen as the case study for this reliability analysis because of the presence of various hotspot stresses that synchronously arise in its structural parts.The authors provide a straightforward,precise method for estimating overall risks of operational failure,damage,or hazard for nonlinear multidimensional dynamic systems.The latter tool is important for offshore engineers during the design stage. 展开更多

Depression is a prevalent mental disorder with limited effective treatments,posing a significant global issue.This study explored L-theanine and geniposide,key components in“food-medicine homology”materials,to determine if their combination(TG)could alleviate depression-like behaviors and hippocampal neuronal damage in a chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)mouse model.Male C57BL/6J mice were divided into control,CUMS model,and CUMS+TG groups with varying doses.The CUMS group displayed depressionlike behaviors,including reduced activity and sucrose preference.TG treatment partially reversed these changes,significantly increasing antioxidant enzyme activities,decreasing pro-inflammatory cytokine levels,and improving neuromodulator levels.RNA-seq analysis identified the transthyretin(TTR)gene,upregulated in the model group but downregulated after TG treatment.TG treatment modulated intestinal microbiota composition compared to the CUMS group,including increased Firmicutes,reduced Bacteroidetes and Prevotella,and variable changes in Bifidobacterium abundance.In conclusion,our study indicates that CUMS exposure upregulates stress hormones and TTR expression,associated with neuroinflammation,oxidative stress,monoamine depletion,depression-like behaviors,and intestinal microbiota dysbiosis.TG treatment alleviates these effects and modulates intestinal microbiota,suggesting L-theanine and geniposide's potential as a novel depression therapy. 展开更多

Environmental drivers of herbaceous plant diversity in the understory community of a warm-temperate forest

Herbaceous plants are an essential component of forest diversity and driver of ecosystem processes.However,because the growth forms and life-history strategies of herbaceous plants differ from those of woody plants,it is unclear whether the mechanisms that drive patterns plant diversity and community structure in these two plant groups are the same.In this study,we determined whether herb and woody plant communities have similar patterns and drivers of alpha-and beta-diversity.We compared species richness,distribution,and abundance of herbs to woody seedlings in a 20-ha Donglingshan warmtemperate forest(Donglingshan FDP),China.We also determined whether variation in patterns of species richness and composition are better explained by environmental or spatial variables.Herbaceous plants accounted for 72%of all species(81 herbaceous,31 woody)recorded.Alpha-and beta-diversity were higher in herbs than in woody seedlings.Although alpha-diversity of herbs and woody seedlings was not correlated across the site,the local-site contributions to beta-diversity for herbs and woody seedlings were negatively correlated.Habitat type explained slightly more variation in herb community composition than in woody seedling composition,with the highest diversity in the low-elevation slope.Environmental variables explained the variation in species richness and composition more in herbaceous plants than in woody seedlings.Our results indicate that different mechanisms drive variation in the herb and woody seedling communities,with herbs exhibiting greater environmental sensitivity and habitat dependence.These findings contribute to the better understanding of herbaceous plant diversity and composition in forest communities. 展开更多

A survey was conducted among 616 students from six private undergraduate universities in Hefei City,Anhui Province.Using Likert 5-point scale measurements and SPSS 27.0 for data analysis,the study revealed that students with prior entrepreneurial experience demonstrated lower satisfaction with university entrepreneurship education,and their past entrepreneurial attempts showed a negative correlation with future entrepreneurial intentions.However,high-quality entrepreneurship education exhibited a positive mediating role in this relationship.This study reveals the intrinsic mechanisms through which personal experiences and entrepreneurship education influence college students'entrepreneurial intentions,providing theoretical references for higher education institutions to optimize entrepreneurship education programs and enhance students'entrepreneurial motivations.These findings will contribute to the national strategy of"promoting employment through entrepreneurship". 展开更多

目的:对某地区辖区具有当地特色的食品开展食品安全风险监测,并对其结果进行分析,了解该地区特色食品的食品安全风险情况,为食品卫生监管提供可靠依据。方法:按照相关食品安全国家标准及工作要求,随机抽取当地特色食品芹菜、大葱、韭菜... 目的:对某地区辖区具有当地特色的食品开展食品安全风险监测,并对其结果进行分析,了解该地区特色食品的食品安全风险情况,为食品卫生监管提供可靠依据。方法:按照相关食品安全国家标准及工作要求,随机抽取当地特色食品芹菜、大葱、韭菜、小米以及大米开展检测,综合分析检测结果并进行评价。结果:检测粮食类、蔬菜类、肉制品共计220份,合格率为88.19%(194/220)。粮食类、蔬菜类农药残留指标超标17份,超标率为9.19%(17/185);元素类指标超标6份,超标率为3.24%(6/185)。肉制品中多环芳烃类超标3份,超标率为8.57%(3/35)。结论:该地区特色食品的食品安全总体状况良好,但依然存在一定的食品安全隐患,提示相关部门加强监督管理以保障食品安全。 展开更多

A highly sensitive amperometric sulfadiazine sensor fabricated by electrochemical deposition of poly(cobalt tetraaminophthalocyanine) (poly(Co II TAPc)) on the surface of a multi-walled carbon nanotubes-Nafion (MWCNTs-Nafion) modified electrode is described.This electrode showed a very attractive performance by combining the advantages of Co II TAPc,MWCNTs,and Nafion.Compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and the MWCNTs-Nafion modified electrode,the electrocatalytic activity of poly(Co II TAPc)-coated MWCNTs-Nafion GCE generated greatly improved electrochemical detections toward sulfadiazine including low oxidation potential,high current responses,and good anti-fouling performance.The oxidation peak currents of sulfadiazine obtained on the new modified electrode increased linearly while increasing the concentration of sulfadiazine from 0.5 to 43.5 μmol/L with the detection limit of 0.17 μmol/L. 展开更多

In the present work, a novel analytical method was proposed for the determination of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) in syntheticrubber track by ion chromatography (IC) coupled with an ultraviolet detector setting at 212 nm. TDI can be hydrolyzed to toluene diamine (TDA) which can be separated by cation-exchange IC easily. The optimum IC separation was performed on an IonPac CS12A column (150 mm ×4.0 mm) using 20 mmol L^-1 sodium sulfate, 10 mmol L^-1 sulfuric acid and 10% acetonitrile as eluent. It was found that a higher signal response of TDA could be obtained under alkaline condition. A suppressor was used to change the acidic eluent into alkaline one. 0.8 mol L^-1 potassium hydroxide was chosen as the optimum regeneration eluent. With the added suppressor and regenerant, signal response was magnified by about 16 times and lower limit of detection (LOD, 0.13 μg L^-1) was obtained. Within-day relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) was less than 3.6%. The recoveries of TDI spiked in synthetic-rubber track samoles were 96.4-110.6%. 展开更多

The investigation focused on 11 kinds of safety food produced by 11 agricultural enterprises in Jiaxing, a part of the Yangtze River delta region in China. The economic performances of safety foods were also analyzed. The analysis showed that safety food production input was more than that of normal food and had different cost items compared to normal food. The rate of cost overflow was lower than the rate of comparative returns, resulting in the economic performance of safety food being higher than that of normal food. However, there were some problems, such as high quality without high prices. In the production of safety food, we will mainly pay attention to them. 展开更多
