Landslide susceptibility evaluation plays an important role in disaster prevention and reduction.Feature-based transfer learning(TL)is an effective method for solving landslide susceptibility mapping(LSM)in target regions with no available samples.However,as the study area expands,the distribution of land-slide types and triggering mechanisms becomes more diverse,leading to performance degradation in models relying on landslide evaluation knowledge from a single source domain due to domain feature shift.To address this,this study proposes a Multi-source Domain Adaptation Convolutional Neural Network(MDACNN),which combines the landslide prediction knowledge learned from two source domains to perform cross-regional LSM in complex large-scale areas.The method is validated through case studies in three regions located in southeastern coastal China and compared with single-source domain TL models(TCA-based models).The results demonstrate that MDACNN effectively integrates transfer knowledge from multiple source domains to learn diverse landslide-triggering mechanisms,thereby significantly reducing prediction bias inherent to single-source domain TL models,achieving an average improvement of 16.58%across all metrics.Moreover,the landslide susceptibility maps gener-ated by MDACNN accurately quantify the spatial distribution of landslide risks in the target area,provid-ing a powerful scientific and technological tool for landslide disaster management and prevention. 展开更多

Efficient siRNA delivery is highly desirable for disease treatment.However,the application of conventional nanoparticles is limited by the inability to escape from endo-lysosomes.Herein,we report a strategy using small-molecule drugs to enhance siRNA endo-lysosomal release,addressing this challenge.We encapsulated gentamicin(GM)into the marketed Onpattro■ formulation to establish LNP-siRNA/GM nanoparticles that promote siRNA endo-lysosomal escape through endosomal disruption,mechanistically exhibiting unique functionality and synergistic effects of LNP-siRNA/GM to improve cancer therapy.Besides,GM induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)and phospholipids accumulation in endolysosomes,as well as the physical characteristics of lipid nanoparticles(LNPs)were preserved.We also revealed that GM causes endo-lysosomal swelling and disrupts the endosomal membrane to enable siRNA release,as confirmed by Galectin 3 recruitment and acridine orange release.This approach achieved∼81%mRNA-EGFR silencing,which is more than LNP-siEGFR(∼56.23%)by enhancing siRNA endo-lysosomal escape efficiency.Meanwhile,LNP-siEGFR/GM exhibited significant biological activities in HepG2 cells,driven by the synergistic effects of siEGFR and GM with the VEGF and CXCL12 downregulation of,and ROS and phospholipids upregulation.Furthermore,tumor growth was notably suppressed after intravenous injection of LNP-siEGFR/GM in tumor-bearing nude mice.The combination of EGFR-siRNA and GM could also greatly inhibit angiogenesis,be antiproliferative,and induce tumor cells apoptosis.Therefore,this GM and siRNA co-delivery system would provide an efficient strategy for siRNA endosomal escape,significantly improving knockdown in various LNPs based siRNA delivery systems and efficiently enhancing cancer therapy. 展开更多

To improve our understanding of the formation and evolution of the Moon, one of the payloads onboard the Chang'e-3 (CE-3) rover is Lunar Penetrating Radar (LPR). This investigation is the first attempt to explore the lunar subsurface structure by using ground penetrating radar with high resolution. We have probed the subsur- face to a depth of several hundred meters using LPR. In-orbit testing, data processing and the preliminary results are presented. These observations have revealed the con- figuration of regolith where the thickness of regolith varies from about 4 m to 6 m. In addition, one layer of lunar rock, which is about 330 m deep and might have been accumulated during the depositional hiatus of mare basalts, was detected. 展开更多

The Moon-based Ultraviolet Telescope (MUVT) is one of the payloads on the Chang'e-3 (CE-3) lunar lander. Because of the advantages of having no at- mospheric disturbances and the slow rotation of the Moon, we can make long-term continuous observations of a series of important celestial objects in the near ultra- violet band (245-340 nm), and perform a sky survey of selected areas, which can- not be completed on Earth. We can find characteristic changes in celestial brightness with time by analyzing image data from the MUVT, and deduce the radiation mech- anism and physical properties of these celestial objects after comparing with a phys- ical model. In order to explain the scientific purposes of MUVT, this article analyzes the preprocessing of MUVT image data and makes a preliminary evaluation of data quality. The results demonstrate that the methods used for data collection and prepro- cessing are effective, and the Level 2A and 2B image data satisfy the requirements of follow-up scientific researches. 展开更多

Lunar Penetrating Radar (LPR) onboard the rover that is part of the Chang'e-3 (CE-3) mission was firstly utilized to obtain in situ measurements about geological structure on the lunar surface and the thickness of the lunar regolith, which are key elements for studying the evolutional history of lunar crust. Because penetra- tion depth and resolution of LPR are related to the scientific objectives of this mission, a series of ground-based experiments using LPR was carried out, and results of the experimental data were obtained in a glacial area located in the northwest region of China. The results show that the penetration depth of the first channel antenna used for LPR is over 79 m with a resolution of 2.8 m, and that for the second channel antenna is over 50.8 m with a resolution of 17.1 cm. 展开更多

The new Wuqing 70 m radio telescope is first used for the downlink data reception in the first Mars exploration mission of China,and will be used for the other deep space communications and radio astronomical observations in the future.The main specifications and measurement results of some properties in the X-band are introduced in this paper,such as pointing calibration,gain and efficiency,system noise temperature,system equivalent flux density,and variations with elevation.The 23 parameters pointing calibration model considering the atmospheric refraction correction in real time is presented in the telescope,and the pointing accuracy reaches 570 in azimuth direction and 607 in elevation direction for different weather conditions.More than 62%efficiencies are achieved at full elevation range,and more than 70%in the mid-elevation.The system equivalent flux density of the X-band in the mid-elevation reaches 26 Jy. 展开更多

The Extreme Ultraviolet Camera (EUVC) onboard the Chang'e-3 (CE-3) lander is used to observe the structure and dynamics of Earth's plasmasphere from the Moon. By detecting the resonance line emission of helium ions (He+) at 30.4 nm, the EUVC images the entire plasmasphere with a time resolution of 10 min and a spatial resolution of about 0.1 Earth radius (RE) in a single frame. We first present details about the data processing from EUVC and the data acquisition in the commissioning phase, and then report some initial results, which reflect the basic features of the plas- masphere well. The photon count and emission intensity of EUVC are consistent with previous observations and models, which indicate that the EUVC works normally and can provide high quality data for future studies. 展开更多

Antibiotic abuse now poses a grave threat to global ecology and bestirs public concerns about the residue issue in daily necessities.The traceability measurements along supply chain or logistic circulation have become increasingly essential given the labile nature of diverse synthetic residuals on site.In an attempt to answer this urgency,here a miniaturized fluorometric aptasensor prototype was contrived that catered to the point-of-care screening norm for two typical additives:chloramphenicol and enrofloxacin.The key target-indicating module worked in vitro based on the competitive binding-induced fluorescence recovery of fluorescein-labeled aptamers,which were photobleached beforehand in the format of double helix on burlike nanogold carriers.The“prickly”geometry of the latter not just enriched the capture probes at preferentially substrate-accessible spires;but also contributed to a tip-enhanced surface plasmon effect,sensitizing the signal-on during the duplex dissociation even at nanomolar threshold of the analytes.On the other hand,to encompass a full portable,a set of optical devices were mounted within a 3D-printed cartridge(adaptor)to converge the light beam and route it towards the detector,for which the smartphone camera came up in handy with a home-developed App for calibrating the emissive brightness.Enlightened by the high-dynamic-range compression,an imaging diagnostic algorithm was built in to grid and digitize each slide in the album for augmented detection performance.Thus,a novel bio-to-silico integration was invented that capable of in situ rapid reporting on the antibiotic presence with high sensitivity and selectivity.Further field practices in spiked milk on sales proved the precision and rudimentary feasibility of the well-assembled model of appliance,thus holding nice prospects in nonexpert(e.g.,family and local community)utilities for foodborne antibiotic identification. 展开更多

The radio-occultation observations taken by Tianwen-1 are aiming to study the properties of solar wind.A new method of frequency fluctuation(FF)estimation is presented for processing the down-link signals of Tianwen-1 during the occultation period to study the properties of the coronal plasma at the heliocentric distances of 4.48–19 R_(⊙).Because of low S/N as well as the phase fluctuation phenomena caused by solar activity,a Kalman based on polynomial prediction methods is proposed to avoid the phase locked loop loss lock.A new detrend method based on multi-level iteration correction is proposed to estimate Doppler shift to get more accurate power density spectra of FF in the low frequency region.The data analyze procedure is used to get the properties of the solar corona during the occultation.The method was finally verified at the point when the solar offset is 5.7 R_(⊙),frequency tracking was successfully performed on data with a carrier-to-noise ratio of about 28 dBHz.The density spectra obtained by the improved method are basically the same when the frequency is greater than 2 mHz,the uncertainty in the result of the rms of the FF obtained by removing the trend term with different order polynomials is less than 3.3%.The data without eliminating interference show a large error for different detrending orders,which justifies the need for an improved approach.Finally,the frequency fluctuation results combined with the information on intensity fluctuation obtained by the new method are compared with the results of the integrated Space Weather Analysis system and theoretical formula,which verifies that the processing results in this paper have a certain degree of credibility. 展开更多

To solve the problem of time-consuming measurement and correction of large antennas’reflector deformation,a new microwave holography methodology based on a Phased Array Feed(PAF)is proposed.Starting from the known expression of receiving signals in microwave holography,the theory of PAF holography is derived through Geometrical Optics.Reflector deformation,as well as pointing deviation and subreflector offset,can be calculated out by applying the derived equations.A measurement and correction system based on PAF holography is depicted,and two kinds of measurement methods are illustrated.The proposed measurement methodology is verified by numerical simulation,and its measurement error is analyzed.The results indicate that our proposed methodology is feasible,especially for Cassegrain antennas. 展开更多

采用双因素随机区组设计,研究每667 m^(2)秸秆还田量[0(A0)、200(A1)、400(A2)、800 kg(A3)]和生石灰量[0(B0)、25(B1)、50(B2)、75 kg(B3)]对六妹羊肚菌(Morchella sextelata)感官品质(色泽、质地)与营养品质(游离氨基酸、总酚、粗多... 采用双因素随机区组设计,研究每667 m^(2)秸秆还田量[0(A0)、200(A1)、400(A2)、800 kg(A3)]和生石灰量[0(B0)、25(B1)、50(B2)、75 kg(B3)]对六妹羊肚菌(Morchella sextelata)感官品质(色泽、质地)与营养品质(游离氨基酸、总酚、粗多糖和营养元素)的影响,使用电子鼻和电子舌检测不同处理羊肚菌风味和滋味的差异,探明秸秆还田量、生石灰量及其互作对羊肚菌营养品质的效应。结果表明:在实验范围内,与对照(A0B0)相比,A3B1的菌盖和菌柄的脆度、鲜味、咸味较高(P<0.05),苦味较低(P<0.05);A3B2的氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸、苦味氨基酸和甜味氨基酸含量分别比A0B0高51.2%、51.2%、50.7%、60.9%、40%和45.4%,A0B1的总酚含量较高(P<0.05),A1B1的四种营养元素K、Ca、Fe、Se含量较高(P<0.05);主成分分析结果显示不同秸秆还田量和生石灰量处理的羊肚菌风味和滋味可被有效区分。秸秆还田量和生石灰量均可调控羊肚菌的营养品质,以秸秆还田量和生石灰量互作效应最大,秸秆还田量次之。研究结果为稻菌轮作模式下羊肚菌栽培提供参考。 展开更多

目的研究胃癌根治术后手术部位感染的危险因素及病原菌分布。方法通过医院感染监测和病原菌分离鉴定技术,对某医院行胃癌根治术患者术后切口感染及病原菌分布情况进行观察和分析。结果在纳入研究的1451例胃癌根治术患者中,发生手术部位... 目的研究胃癌根治术后手术部位感染的危险因素及病原菌分布。方法通过医院感染监测和病原菌分离鉴定技术,对某医院行胃癌根治术患者术后切口感染及病原菌分布情况进行观察和分析。结果在纳入研究的1451例胃癌根治术患者中,发生手术部位感染202例,感染率为13.92%。多因素分析结果显示,患者年龄、脉管侵犯、手术时间、全胃切除和引流管数等构成术后切口感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。从202例术后切口感染患者送检标本中,共检出病原菌135株,革兰阴性菌占54.06%,主要为肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌,构成比依次为8.15%、7.41%和23.70%。结论该医院胃癌根治术患者手术部位感染率较高,危险因素为高龄、脉管侵犯、较长手术时间、放置较多引流管,感染的病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主。 展开更多

钢筋锈蚀造成的钢筋与混凝土间的黏结力下降、混凝土开裂和构件承载力退化严重影响着钢筋混凝土结构的安全性与耐久性。而钢筋锈蚀层的力学特性与化学成分不仅直接决定了锈胀力的大小,还影响后期腐蚀电化学反应的速率,是钢筋混凝土结构... 钢筋锈蚀造成的钢筋与混凝土间的黏结力下降、混凝土开裂和构件承载力退化严重影响着钢筋混凝土结构的安全性与耐久性。而钢筋锈蚀层的力学特性与化学成分不仅直接决定了锈胀力的大小,还影响后期腐蚀电化学反应的速率,是钢筋混凝土结构锈蚀损伤演化过程的关键影响因素。通过系统地综述锈层力学与化学特性对锈蚀损伤的影响,能更精确地预测锈蚀结构的寿命并评估其安全性。首先,梳理了锈胀损伤分析中锈层分布模型的适用性与局限性,明确了非均匀腐蚀模型能更准确地表征实际锈层形态;其次,总结了铁锈弹性模量的测定方法,厘清了自然锈蚀产物与电解锈蚀产物在力学性能方面存在的显著差异;然后,分析了铁锈化学成分的环境依赖性,揭示了在高氯环境下β-FeO(OH)的加速腐蚀效应及干湿循环下Fe_(3)O_(4)的生成机制;最后,参考多孔介质水分传输理论,探讨了锈层孔隙结构与压力荷载对水分扩散的影响。通过对相关研究进行梳理,可以看出国内外学者在相关领域已取得了丰富的研究成果,但仍存在以下不足:测试方法缺乏统一标准,且忽略了锈层动态演变特性;针对水分在锈层中传输机制的研究相对较少,无法有效地评估锈层内钢筋后续腐蚀的电化学反应速率;三维锈胀损伤模拟多基于理想化假设,在跨尺度关联方面存在不足;化学成分与力学性能的定量映射关系尚不明晰。 展开更多

2011—2022年河南省发热伴血小板减少综合征流行特征及时空演变分析

目的探讨2011—2022年河南省发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)流行特征和时空演变规律,为防控工作提供参考依据。方法2011—2022年河南省SFTS数据从传染病报告信息管理系统中收集,以区县为单位,采用空间自相关分析、标准差椭圆分析和空间... 目的探讨2011—2022年河南省发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)流行特征和时空演变规律,为防控工作提供参考依据。方法2011—2022年河南省SFTS数据从传染病报告信息管理系统中收集,以区县为单位,采用空间自相关分析、标准差椭圆分析和空间中心传递曲线研究其时空演变规律。结果2011—2022年河南省共报告5471例SFTS病例,81人死亡。发病率呈增长趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=23.24,P<0.001),年均发病率0.4677/10万;病死率在2011—2019年呈下降趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=8.86,P=0.003),但2020—2022年呈上升趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=12.93,P<0.001),年均病死率1.48%。5—7月为发病高峰,占发病总数58.75%。女性(59.39%)、60~80岁(55.40%)、农民(96.64%)为高发人群。该病主要分布在信阳市,其中商城县发病率最高(27.4118/10万)。在东南部地区存在空间聚集性(Moran′s I>0,P<0.001),疾病中心均在信阳市光山县,且12年间从东南-西北-东南-西北-东南-东北-西南方向移动。结论2011—2022年河南省SFTS 5—7月高发,女性、老年人和农民是高危人群,东南部地区存在空间聚集性和向周边扩散的趋势,其中信阳市是防控重点。 展开更多

为全面掌握我国新能源汽车动力电池热失控领域的研究现状并科学预测其未来趋势,本文基于文献计量学方法,以中国知网(CNKI)2014年1月—2025年4月的877篇有效文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace软件从发文态势、学者合作、研究机构、关键词共... 为全面掌握我国新能源汽车动力电池热失控领域的研究现状并科学预测其未来趋势,本文基于文献计量学方法,以中国知网(CNKI)2014年1月—2025年4月的877篇有效文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace软件从发文态势、学者合作、研究机构、关键词共现和聚类及时间线图谱等多维度开展可视化分析。结果表明:该领域年发文量经历初期探索(2014—2018年)、蓬勃发展(2019—2022年)、深化提质(2023—2025年)3个阶段;形成以冯旭宁、王震坡等为核心的研究团队,核心机构包括中国科学技术大学等,但跨机构合作不足;研究热点聚焦热失控、动力电池、电动汽车等,呈现“管理防控-机理研究-优化设计”三位一体格局,且向主动安全转型,同时存在应急处置、安全标准、乘客逃生设计等研究空白。研究明确了当前研究特征与空白,为未来聚焦应急处置策略完善、安全标准制定、AI技术应用及固态电池等方向提供科学依据。 展开更多

m^(6)A修饰在果蔬成熟软化及采后保鲜中具有重要作用,其生物学功能主要依赖YTH结构域蛋白,但目前‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄中的VvYTH鲜有报道。本研究通过生物信息学手段,共鉴定到了‘阳光玫瑰’中的10个VvYTHs,发现其多数为稳定性较差的亲水酸... m^(6)A修饰在果蔬成熟软化及采后保鲜中具有重要作用,其生物学功能主要依赖YTH结构域蛋白,但目前‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄中的VvYTH鲜有报道。本研究通过生物信息学手段,共鉴定到了‘阳光玫瑰’中的10个VvYTHs,发现其多数为稳定性较差的亲水酸性蛋白。同时,通过保守基序、保守结构域、基因结构、染色体定位和家族共线性分析发现VvYTHs家族基因的保守性较高。此外,通过转录组及qRT-PCR结果分析发现,VvYTHs参与‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄采后软化进程,其中VvYTH1可能是ClO_(2)处理延缓采后‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄软化进程的关键基因之一。本研究结果不仅可为‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄VvYTHs基因功能的研究奠定基础,同时也为果蔬保鲜剂的研发提供新的思路。 展开更多

水热碳化法强化印染污泥脱水及碳化产物高值化利用的研究 被引量:1

本文以水热碳化法处理印染污泥以提高其脱水性能,并在此基础上采用KOH活化联合高温热解法将水热碳化产物制备成污泥活性碳,探究其对碘的吸附性能。结果表明,经过水热碳化处理后(温度180℃,反应时间4 h),预酸化污泥(pH=5.0)的结构破坏、... 本文以水热碳化法处理印染污泥以提高其脱水性能,并在此基础上采用KOH活化联合高温热解法将水热碳化产物制备成污泥活性碳,探究其对碘的吸附性能。结果表明,经过水热碳化处理后(温度180℃,反应时间4 h),预酸化污泥(pH=5.0)的结构破坏、细胞破碎、固体颗粒和水分结合形态改变,含水率从~85%降至<45%,脱水性显著提高。基于正交实验,污泥活性炭最优制备条件为:热解温度550℃、KOH浓度0.5 mol/L、KOH活化时间2 h。该条件下,污泥活性炭比表面及其对碘离子吸附值分别达到626.36 m^(2)/g和547.8 mg/g,比未经水热碳化预处理污泥分别提升了55.51%和43.85%。总之,本文研究为剩余污泥高值化利用提供了新思路。 展开更多
