为在工业园区尺度上对企业VOCs排放源强进行定量估计,建立了以小尺度空气质量模式(ADMS)和走航观测数据为基础的VOCs溯源方法 .首先通过逐小时气象数据确定走航路线上风向的企业,利用ADMS叠加计算企业排放对走航观测点浓度的影响,将模... 为在工业园区尺度上对企业VOCs排放源强进行定量估计,建立了以小尺度空气质量模式(ADMS)和走航观测数据为基础的VOCs溯源方法 .首先通过逐小时气象数据确定走航路线上风向的企业,利用ADMS叠加计算企业排放对走航观测点浓度的影响,将模拟值与观测值进行比较,以此为基础确定不同企业的VOCs排放源强.进一步基于7月28日至8月10日沈阳市经开区的走航观测数据开展了反演试验,得到了逐小时排放前10位的企业源强.其中,7月28日10:00~11:00与7月29日10:00~11:00这两个时段企业排放较高,以家具制造相关企业为主,并有3家企业的VOCs排放超过100 g·s^(-1).基于观测数据对模型溯源结果进行了验证,验证结果表明模拟值与观测值呈现出较好的相关性.研究所建立的溯源方法为工业园区VOCs排放源强量化提供了新的思路,可为工业园区大气污染排放的精准管控提供一定的科学依据. 展开更多

目的分析影响消化道出血行内镜治疗后发生早期再出血的危险因素。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月在该院接受内镜治疗的消化道出血患者167例,按内镜治疗后是否发生早期再出血分为再出血组(n=33)及对照组(n=134),查阅病历资料统计相关影响... 目的分析影响消化道出血行内镜治疗后发生早期再出血的危险因素。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月在该院接受内镜治疗的消化道出血患者167例,按内镜治疗后是否发生早期再出血分为再出血组(n=33)及对照组(n=134),查阅病历资料统计相关影响因素,多因素Logtisic回归分析影响消化道出血行内镜治疗后发生早期再出血的危险因素。结果Glasgow-Blatchford危险评分(GBS)、Rockall危险评分(RS)、急性上消化道出血AMIS65评分、入院时血红蛋白值及血小板指数是消化道出血行内镜治疗后发生早期再出血的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论消化道出血行内镜治疗的患者,应重视术前GBS、RS、AMIS65评分、入院时血红蛋白和血小板指数水平,严密监测,积极预防早期再出血。 展开更多

南京市溧水区大气挥发性有机物污染特征及来源解析 被引量:15

为了解南京市溧水区大气挥发性有机物(VOCs)的组分、来源及其对臭氧的贡献,2021年对区域内VOCs开展了为期1 a的走航监测,进行数据分析.结果表明,溧水区ρ(TVOC)年均值为223.45μg·m^(-3),其中ρ(烷烃)为49.45μg·m^(-3)(占比2... 为了解南京市溧水区大气挥发性有机物(VOCs)的组分、来源及其对臭氧的贡献,2021年对区域内VOCs开展了为期1 a的走航监测,进行数据分析.结果表明,溧水区ρ(TVOC)年均值为223.45μg·m^(-3),其中ρ(烷烃)为49.45μg·m^(-3)(占比22.13%),ρ[含氧(氮)VOCs]为50.63μg·m^(-3)(占比22.66%),ρ(卤代烃)为64.73μg·m^(-3)(占比28.95%),ρ(芳香烃)为35.46μg·m^(-3)(占比15.87%),ρ(烯烃)为18.26μg·m^(-3)(占比8.19%),其他为4.9μg·m^(-3)(占比2.2%).夏季的ρ(TVOC)平均值较高,为263.75μg·m^(-3),冬季较低,为187.2μg·m^(-3),春季为246.11μg·m^(-3),秋季为204.77μg·m^(-3).日均TVOC浓度,在09:00~10:00和14:00~15:00出现峰值.2021年溧水区的TVOC臭氧生成潜势(OFP)为278.92μg·m^(-3),其中烯烃114.47μg·m^(-3)(41.1%),芳香烃113.39μg·m^(-3)(40.8%),二者贡献率总和超过80%,是臭氧重要的前体物质.特征物甲苯/苯(T/B)为4.13,反映出其受溶剂使用的影响较大.基于正定矩阵因子分解(PMF)模型的源解析结果表明,溧水区的VOCs主要来源于溶剂使用、有机合成及道路移动源.溧水区大气挥发性有机物污染对臭氧的影响较大,应加大对工业排放源、溶剂使用源及道路移动源的治理. 展开更多

为认识沈阳市经济技术开发区大气挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)和恶臭污染物的浓度水平与组分特征,评估VOCs对臭氧的贡献以及识别VOCs的污染来源,本文基于车载PTR-MS质子转移反应质谱仪和便携式恶臭在线检测系统,于2021年7月28日—8月10日,在... 为认识沈阳市经济技术开发区大气挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)和恶臭污染物的浓度水平与组分特征,评估VOCs对臭氧的贡献以及识别VOCs的污染来源,本文基于车载PTR-MS质子转移反应质谱仪和便携式恶臭在线检测系统,于2021年7月28日—8月10日,在沈阳市经济技术开发区开展了VOCs和恶臭走航观测.结果表明,走航期间共观测到56种VOCs和8种恶臭污染物,总挥发性有机物(TVOCs)平均浓度为108.0μg·m^(-3),主要由含氧(氮)VOCs(60.28%)和芳香烃(34.37%)组成,甲硫醇、三甲胺和甲硫醚为最主要的恶臭污染物.大气VOCs臭氧生成潜势(OFP)均值为319.7μg·m^(-3),其中二甲苯、甲苯、三甲胺总体积分数占30.2%,对OFP贡献占比达到66.3%.进一步运用正定矩阵因子模型PMF,对VOCs的来源进行解析,发现不同源的贡献比例为:化学工艺排放源(38.73%)、石油化工排放源(18.11%)、交通排放源(13.15%)、生物质燃烧源(10.15%)、其他工业排放源(8.59%)、溶剂使用源(6.97%)和天然排放源(4.29%),而溶剂使用排放源对两次VOCs浓度异常时段有较大贡献.可见,沈阳市经济技术开发区VOCs对臭氧的潜在贡献较大,应重点加强对化学工艺排放源、石油化工排放源和溶剂使用排放源的治理. 展开更多

濮阳市暖季大气O_(3)污染特征及影响因素分析 被引量:2

O_(3)污染危害人体健康、影响气候变化,已成为中国城市大气中的重要环境问题.近年来,河南省濮阳市石化产业规模发展扩大,大气O_(3)污染严重.本文利用统计分析的手段,基于2021年5—9月逐时污染物、气象数据,研究了濮阳市O_(3)污染特征及O... O_(3)污染危害人体健康、影响气候变化,已成为中国城市大气中的重要环境问题.近年来,河南省濮阳市石化产业规模发展扩大,大气O_(3)污染严重.本文利用统计分析的手段,基于2021年5—9月逐时污染物、气象数据,研究了濮阳市O_(3)污染特征及O_(3)生成的影响因素(前体物、细颗粒物、气象条件).结果表明,濮阳市O_(3)污染最严重的时间出现在6月,小时浓度最大值达到483μg·m^(-3),各站点浓度最大值基本上大于250μg·m^(-3).O_(3)浓度日变化单峰型特征明显,在13:00—16:00达到峰值.O_(3)与氮氧化物(NOx)呈显著负相关(相关系数为-0.45~-0.3),与挥发性有机物(VOCs)呈显著正相关(相关系数为0.23~0.31),其中,己烯、异戊二烯、乙醛的O_(3)生成潜势最大;O_(3)与细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))呈负相关,但不同站点相关显著性存在差异;O_(3)污染随着温度上升、相对湿度下降而加剧,与偏南风风速之间呈显著正相关.进一步选取两段重污染个例分析O_(3)与气象条件的关系,发现高温低湿的天气条件会明显加剧O_(3)污染.可见,濮阳市O_(3)污染情况严重,主要受VOCs控制,可能存在来自南方的污染物输送. 展开更多

Effects of octreotide on glucose transporter type 2expression in obese rat small intestine 被引量:4

AIM: TO investigate the effects of the somatostatin analogue, octreotide, on maltose and sucrase activities and expression of glucose transporter type 2 (GLUT2) in obese rat intestinal mucosa. METHODS: We divided 49 Sprague-Dawley rats into a group of 31 high fat diet-induced obese rats and a group of 18 normal controls. The obese rats were separated into an octreotide treated group 9f 16 rats and an obese group of 15. The intervention (:jroup was injected with octreotide at 40 ±g/kg body weight every 12 h for 8 d. Rat body weight was measured weekly to calculate Lee's index. After euthanization, maltase and sucrase activities in the small intestine were measured by activity assays, and the fasting plasma glucose level was measured. The expression of GLUT2 in small intestinal mucosa was analyzed by immunohistochemistry, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting assays. RESULTS: Body weight, Lee's index, fasting plasma glucose level, maltase activity in small intestinal mucosa, mucosa and apical GLUT2, GLUT2 mRNA and protein expression levels were all significantly higher in the obese group than in the normal control group (605.61 ± 141.00 vs 378.54 ±111.75, 337.61 ± 10.82 vs 318.73 ± 20.10, 8.60± 1.38 vs 7.33 ± 0.70, 156.01 ± 58.81 vs 50.43 ± 30.49, 390 744.2± 62 469.21 vs 170 546.50 ± 50 646.14, 26 740.18 ±3809.60 vs 354.98± 57.19, 0.26± 0.11 vs 0.07± 0.02, and 2.08 ± 0.59 vs 1.27 ± 0.38, respectively, all P 〈 0.01). Sucrase activity did not differ between the two groups. Octreotide intervention significantly decreased the body weight and fasting plasma glucose level of obese rats (508.27 ± 94.39 vs 605.61 ± 141.00, 7.58 ± 1.51 vs 8.60±1.38, respectively, all P 〈 0.05). The intestinal mucosa and apical GLUT2, expression of GLUT2 mRNA and protein were also significantly lower in the octreotide intervention group than in the obese group (269 975.2 ± 53 730.94 vs 390 744.2 ± 62 469.21, 3758.06 ± 364.51 vs 26 740.18 ± 3809.60, 0.08 ± 0.02 vs 0.26 ±0.11, and 1.31 ± 0.27 vs 2.08 ±0.59, respectively, all P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION: High fat dietinduced obesity is associated with elevated intestinal maltase activity, GLUT2 expression, and permanent apical GLUT2 in the small intestinal mucosa of rats. Effects of n-butanol extract of Rumex gmelini Turcz on the endotoxin-induced acute lung injury in mice

Objective: To study the effects of n-butanol extract of Rumex gmelini Turcz on the endotoxin-induced acute lung injury (ALI) in mice. Methods: Kunming mice were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into normal control group (NC group), acute lung injury group (ALI group) and n-butanol extract of Rumex gmelini Turcz group (Rum group). ALI group and Rum group were established into ALI models by intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin, and Rum group were given intragastric administration of n-butanol extract of Rumex gmelini Turcz for intervention before model establishment. 12 h after endotoxin injection, the superior lobe of right lung was taken to determine the water content, and the inferior lobe of right lung was taken to determine the contents of AQPs molecules, inflammatory response molecules and oxidative stress molecules. Results: 12 h after endotoxin injection, the water content of lung tissue in Rum group was (6.82±0.97)%. After variance analysis, the water content of lung tissue in ALI group was significantly higher than that in NC group, AQP1 and AQP5 protein levels in lung tissue were significantly lower than those of NC group, AQP3 and AQP4 protein levels were not different from those of NC group, and MPO, NF-kB, TNF-α, HMGB1, IL-8, ROS, ATP, MDA, Bax and Caspase-3 protein levels were significantly higher than those of NC group;the water content of lung tissue in Rum group was significantly lower than that in ALI group, AQP1 and AQP5 protein levels in lung tissue were significantly higher than those of ALI group, AQP3 and AQP4 protein levels were not different from those of ALI group, and MPO, NF-kB, TNF-α, HMGB1, IL-8, ROS, ATP, MDA, Bax and Caspase-3 protein levels were significantly lower than those of ALI group. Conclusion:The n-butanol extract of Rumex gmelini Turcz reduce the pulmonary edema, inflammatory response, oxidative stress and apoptosis during the endotoxin-induced ALI in mice. 展开更多

Objective:To study the regulating effect of Shiquandabu mixture combined with cisplatin on the tumor growth in colon cancer-bearing mice.Methods: SPF C57BL/6 males mice were selected as the experimental animals, made into tumor-bearing models through subcutaneous injection of colon cancer cells and then randomly divided into model group (normal saline intervention), cisplatin intervention group (10 mg/kg cisplatin intervention) and combined intervention group (10 mg/kg cisplatin + 3.9 mL Shiquandabu mixture intervention). 5 d, 10 d and 15 d after intervention, the tumor tissue mass as well as the expression of proliferation-related molecules and invasion-related molecules was determined.Results:5 d, 10 d and 15 d after intervention, the tumor mass of cisplatin intervention group and combined intervention group were significantly lower than that of model group, and the tumor mass of combined intervention group was significantly lower than that of cisplatin group;TPX2, Rac1, cyclinD1, SLP-2, CHD1L, LSD1 and N-cadherin expression in tumor tissue of cisplatin intervention group and combined intervention group were significantly lower than those of model group while RNF181 and E-cadherin expression were significantly higher than those of model group;TPX2, Rac1, cyclinD1, SLP-2, CHD1L, LSD1 and N-cadherin expression in tumor tissue of combined intervention group were significantly lower than those of cisplatin intervention group while RNF181 and E-cadherin expression were significantly higher than those of cisplatin intervention group.Conclusion:Shiquandabu mixture combined with cisplatin can more effectively inhibit the tumor growth in colon cancer-bearing mice than cisplatin monotherapy. 展开更多

Stimulus-driven color-change films are a basic optical component for the fabrication of a stimulus-driven color-change optical device.The practical application of this device is greatly affected by the performance of the stimulus-driven color-change film.Herein,we present the W_(18)O_(49)honeycomb mesoporous pattern(HMP)film with excellent electrochromic performance.The W_(18)O_(49)HMP film is prepared on a flexible substrate(indium tin oxide-coated polyethylene terephthalate polyester film,ITO-PET)by integrating the polymer-like ultrathin W_(18)O_(49)nanowires(NWs)through the classical static breath figure method.By altering the concentration of the W_(18)O_(49)NW dispersion,the pore size of the obtained W_(18)O_(49)HMP film can be facilely tuned;this results in tunable optical modulation.The obtained W_(18)O_(49)HMP film exhibits improved electrochromic properties with an optimized optical modulation of 73%,fast switching time,high coloration efficiency,and high stability even under deformation.The presented method for the fabrication of size-tunable flexible electrochromic films from ultrathin polymer-like NWs can be further extended to the fabrication of various NW-based flexible devices in the future. 展开更多
