概述了国外分层采油技术的发展状况,基于中国油田开发进程、生产需求、技术特点和适应性等条件,梳理了国内分层采油技术的发展历程,将其分为自喷分层配产、机采井找堵水、液压可调层、智能分层采油4个发展阶段,详细介绍了技术原理、施... 概述了国外分层采油技术的发展状况,基于中国油田开发进程、生产需求、技术特点和适应性等条件,梳理了国内分层采油技术的发展历程,将其分为自喷分层配产、机采井找堵水、液压可调层、智能分层采油4个发展阶段,详细介绍了技术原理、施工工艺、技术适应性和优缺点。基于现阶段油田实际生产情况,提出未来分层采油技术的3个发展方向:从油井适用的井下传感器技术、地面和井下双向通讯技术、全生命周期服役能力、水平井适应性等方面提高分层采油技术的实时监测与调整水平;结合数字化人工举升系统构建分层采油技术与管理综合平台;通过分层采油、分层注水规模化应用实现注采一体化,提高注入端和采出端参数匹配调整水平,使得开发调整由"滞后调控"向"实时优化"转变,提高开发效果。 展开更多

目的比较自体血胸腔注射和香菇多糖胸腔注射促进胸膜粘连对肺部术后气胸的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取合肥市第三人民医院(安徽医科大学合肥第三临床学院)2019年1月至2022年8月共46例肺部术后气胸病人,按照抛硬币法分组为观察组(自体... 目的比较自体血胸腔注射和香菇多糖胸腔注射促进胸膜粘连对肺部术后气胸的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取合肥市第三人民医院(安徽医科大学合肥第三临床学院)2019年1月至2022年8月共46例肺部术后气胸病人,按照抛硬币法分组为观察组(自体血胸腔注射)22例和对照组(香菇多糖胸腔注射)24例;两组病人先行1000 mL生理盐水冲洗胸腔,使肺表面纤维条索粘连带冲洗干净;观察组以自体血80 mL,自胸管注入胸腔;对照组以香菇多糖4 mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液50 mL,自胸管注入胸腔。比较两组治疗效果、手术后住院时间及不良反应。结果观察组有效率为95.5%(21/22),对照组有效率为66.7%(16/24),两组之间差异有统计学意义。观察组和对照组手术后住院时间分别为(4.95±0.84)d和(7.96±1.85)d,差异有统计学意义。观察组不良反应也明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论自体血胸腔注射促进肺部手术术后气胸胸膜粘连治疗,效果明显,具有住院时间短和不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

This article outlines the development of separated zone oil production in foreign countries,and details its development in China.According to the development process,production needs,technical characteristics and adaptability of oilfields in China,the development of separate zone oil production technology is divided into four stages:flowing well zonal oil production,mechanical recovery and water blocking,hydraulically adjustable zonal oil production,and intelligent zonal production.The principles,construction processes,adaptability,advantages and disadvantages of the technology are introduced in detail.Based on the actual production situation of the oilfields in China at present,three development directions of the technology are proposed.First,the real-time monitoring and adjustment level of separated zone oil production needs to be improved by developing downhole sensor technology and two-way communication technology between ground and downhole and enhancing full life cycle service capability and adaptability to horizontal wells.Second,an integrated platform of zonal oil production and management should be built using a digital artificial lifting system.Third,integration of injection and production should be implemented through large-scale application of zonal oil production and zonal water injection to improve matching and adjustment level between the injection and production parameters,thus making the development adjustment from"lag control"to"real-time optimization"and improving the development effect. 展开更多

Modular zonal fluid sampling and pressure testing technology for production well

To accurately obtain development dynamic data such as zonal pressure and fluid parameters of each oil layer in the late development stage of a high water-cut old oilfield, a modular zonal sampling and testing technology with the characteristics of modularization, full electronic control and rapidity was proposed and developed. Lab testing and on-site testing was carried out. The modular zonal sampling and testing system is composed of 10 functional modules, namely ground control system, downhole power supply module, drainage pump, electronically controlled anchor, electronically controlled packer, electronically controlled sampler, magnetic positioning sub, terminal sub, adapter cable, and quick connector. Indoor tests have confirmed that the performance parameters of each module meet the design requirements. The downhole function modules of the system can withstand pressures up to 35 MPa and temperatures up to 85 ℃. The rubber cylinder of the electronically controlled packer can withstand a pressure difference of more than 10 MPa. The electronically controlled anchor has an anchoring force of greater than 6.9 t, and can be forcibly detached in the event of an accident. The discharge pump has a displacement of 0.8 m;/d and a head of 500 m. The electronically controlled sampler can meet the requirement of taking 500 mL of sample in each of the 3 chambers. Field tests in Jilin Oilfield show that the system can realize rapid isolation and self-check of isolation of a certain production interval downhole, as well as layer-by layer pressure build-up test. The drainage pump can be used to discharge the mixed liquid between the upper and lower packers and near the wellbore to obtain real fluid samples of the tested formation interval. The data obtained give us better understanding on the pay zones in old oilfields, and provide important basis for development plan adjustment, reservoir stimulation, and EOR measures. 展开更多

Thermosensitivity experiments and simulation calculations were conducted on typical oil sand core samples from Kinosis,Canada to predict the steam chamber development with time-lapse seismic data during the steam-assisted gravity drain-age(SAGD).Using an ultrasonic base made of polyether ether ketone resin instead of titanium alloy can improve the signal en-ergy and signal-to-noise ratio and get clear first arrival;with the rise of temperature,heavy oil changes from glass state(at-34.4℃),to quasi-solid state,and to liquid state(at 49.0℃)gradually;the quasi-solid heavy oil has significant frequency dis-persion.For the sand sample with high oil saturation,its elastic property depends mainly on the nature of the heavy oil,while for the sand sample with low oil saturation,the elastic property depends on the stiffness of the rock matrix.The elastic property of the oil sand is sensitive to temperature noticeably,when the temperature increases from 10℃ to 175℃,the oil sand samples decrease in compressional and shear wave velocities significantly.Based on the experimental data,the quantita-tive relationship between the compressional wave impedance of the oil sand and temperature was worked out,and the tem-perature variation of the steam chamber in the study area was predicted by time-lapse seismic inversion. 展开更多

目的 探讨解聚素-金属蛋白酶17(ADAM17)与表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在人食管鳞状细胞癌(ESC)组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系.方法 选择2013年1月至2017年12月合肥市第三人民医院66例ESC患者术后病理组织石蜡标本,采用免... 目的 探讨解聚素-金属蛋白酶17(ADAM17)与表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在人食管鳞状细胞癌(ESC)组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系.方法 选择2013年1月至2017年12月合肥市第三人民医院66例ESC患者术后病理组织石蜡标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测66例ESC组织及33例癌旁组织中ADAM17与EGFR蛋白的表达,分析二者与临床病理特征的关系,采用Kendall法分析二者表达的相关性.结果 ESC组织中ADAM17与EGFR蛋白的阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织[68.2%(45/66)比33.3%(11/33),χ^2=10.874,P=0.001;66.7 %(44/66)比39.4%(13/33),χ^2=6.699,P=0.01].ADAM17蛋白、EGFR蛋白的表达与ESC病理TNM分期、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移有关(χ^2值分别为4.797、4.890、6.089;8.790、8.766、10.154,均P<0.05).ADAM17蛋白的表达与EGFR蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.368,P< 0.05).结论 ADAM17和EGFR在人ESC组织中呈高表达,且二者在肿瘤发生、发展中存在相互作用.二者联合检测可能有助于ESC转移程度的判断及预后评价. 展开更多
