Methods: from October 2018 to July 2021, 98 patients with high risk of orthopedic stress injury in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=49) and control group (n=49) according to different nursing methods. There was no significant difference between control group and observation group in compliance rate, anxiety and depression before and after nursing (P<0.05), with comparability. Results: the complete coincidence rate of observation group was 96.88%, which was significantly higher than that of control group 94.38%. The anxiety and depression of the observation group were better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference (P<0.05). It is comparable. Conclusion: targeted nursing measures for patients with high-risk orthopedic pressure injury can effectively improve patients' compliance with prevention and treatment of disease problems, which is conducive to promoting the improvement of the condition.展开更多
