Methods: a total of 120 women with induced abortion who received intervention in our maternal and child health hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected to conduct a retrospective study. 60 women who received routine follow-up were set as the control group and 60 women who received intervention from family planning services as the study group. The health knowledge mastery score, anxiety score, depression score, correct contraceptive use rate, correct condom use rate, second unwanted pregnancy rate and intervention satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: there was no significant difference in health knowledge mastery score, anxiety score and depression score between the two groups before the intervention (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the above indexes of the two groups were compared. In terms of anxiety score and depression score, the study group was lower than that of the control group, and in terms of health knowledge mastery score, the study group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). The correct rate of contraceptive use (80%) and condom use (93.33%) in the study group were higher than those in the control group (58.33%, 80.00%), and the second unwanted pregnancy rate (6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%), with statistical differences (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of intervention in the study group (98.33%) is higher than that in the control group (83.33%), and there is a statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: carrying out family planning service intervention for women after induced abortion can improve their health knowledge level, improve their negative emotions, ensure their correct use of contraceptives or condoms and avoid unwanted pregnancy again.展开更多
