Combined with the random...Objective: to analyze the clinical value of choosing systematic nursing plan for patients during postoperative nursing. Methods: we selected 80 patients admitted during Feb., 2021- Feb., 2022. Combined with the randomization method, it was divided into two groups, namely, the observation group (systematic care service, n40 cases) and the control group (routine care service, n40 cases), comparing the changes of pain degree and negative emotions at 72h after surgery, and the postoperative recovery effect of the patients in the two groups was needed. Results: after comparing the clinical indicators of patients in 2 groups, the observation group in 72h postoperative VAS score, anxiety and depression score are less than the control group. At the same time, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, free exercise time, length of stay are significantly less than the control group;the above index contrast difference, there are statistical advantage (P 0.05). Conclusion: systematic nursing intervention for patients undergoing uterine fibroids is beneficial to reduce the pain threshold, reduce the pain feeling significantly, drive away the patients negative emotions, improve their psychological state, and play a positive role in promoting their rapid recovery and improving their health status.展开更多
