Methods: a total of 80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee with cold and wet paralysis were selected and randomly divided into a control group (ordinary acupuncture Method therapy) and treatment group (giant acupuncture acupuncture treatment), 40 cases each, compared clinical efficacy. Results: after treatment, the clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the improvement of pain and functional recovery were significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of giant acupuncture treatment for patients with cold and wet paralysis-resistant knee osteoarthritis can better improve the patients disease status, promote the recovery of patients knee joint function, and enable patients to obtain a relatively high-quality prognosis, with high treatment safety, which can be further popularized.展开更多
