目的:通过系统综述和Meta分析,评估专项运动者身体姿势异常及脊柱曲度紊乱与运动训练之间的关系,为专项运动者脊柱健康管理提供科学依据。方法:系统检索了CNKI、维普、万方、CBM、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library和Web of Science数...目的:通过系统综述和Meta分析,评估专项运动者身体姿势异常及脊柱曲度紊乱与运动训练之间的关系,为专项运动者脊柱健康管理提供科学依据。方法:系统检索了CNKI、维普、万方、CBM、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library和Web of Science数据库自2000年至今有关专项运动者脊柱健康与运动训练相关的中英文文献。3名独立研究者根据预先设定的纳入和排除标准,对文献进行筛选、数据提取和质量评估。采用Review Manager 5.4软件进行数据分析,评估脊柱侧弯发生率、胸椎后凸角度、腰椎前凸角度等结局指标的差异。结果:共纳入17篇文献,涵盖18项研究,总计48234名参与者。研究发现,专项运动者群体中脊柱侧弯发生率的比值比为3.52(95%CI:2.18-5.69)。专项运动者的胸椎后凸角度平均升高0.93°(95%CI:0.23-1.62),而腰椎前凸角度平均降低1.95°(95%CI:-2.71至-1.18);此外,躯干倾角平均增加1.57°(95%CI:0.96-2.17),躯干倾斜偏移距离增加10.64 mm(95%CI:3.21-18.06)。结论:长期专项训练运动者可能面临更高的脊柱疾病风险。应重视不同运动项目、训练方式和个体差异对脊柱健康的影响,制定针对性的预防和干预策略,以降低脊柱疾病的发生率,提高运动者的运动表现和生活质量。展开更多

In this ...Endothelial PAS domain protein 1(EPAS1), also called hypoxia-inducible factor-2, is a key regulatory factor of hypoxic responses and plays an essential role in high-altitude adaptation in mammalian species. In this study, polymorphisms of EPAS1 were detected in 217 individuals from 2 Tibetan pig populations and 3 low-altitude pig breeds by DNA pooling, PCR-SSCP, PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing methods. A total of 14 synonymous polymorphisms were identified in the coding region. The analysis suggested that SNP1(G963A), SNP7(C1632T), SNP10(G1929A) and SNP11(G1947A) showed potential association with high-altitude environment because of their particular variation patterns in Tibetan pigs. Linkage disequilibrium(LD) of these SNPs was analyzed. One common LD block including 5 SNPs clustering in exon 12 was identified in all studied pig populations. Haplotype H1(AGGTC) in LD block was dominant in Tibetan pigs(76.6 and 74.2% in Linzhi(LZ) and Chayu(CY) pigs, respectively) and segregated at higher frequency than that in low-altitude pig breeds(52.3, 58.7 and 56.2% in Wuzhishan(WZS), Min(M) and Laiwu(LW) pigs, respectively), indicating that H1 may relate to adaptation to high altitude in Tibetan pigs. These findings raise hope that EPAS1 gene can be a candidate gene that involved in adaptation of high altitude in Tibetan pigs.展开更多

The influence of sinh modulation parameter, coherence length and ocean parameters on intensity evolution, beam width and kurtosis parameter is mainly discussed. The results show that a non-zero sinh modulation parameter presents not only the insensitivity to oceanic turbulence, but a smaller beam width. Furthermore, it also improves kurtosis parameter. These findings bring advantages in signal reception for long distance. In addition, a larger relative intensity of temperature or salinity fluctuations, mean square temperature dissipation rate, or a smaller dissipation rate of turbulence kinetic energy is more liable to increase beam width, or decrease intensity and kurtosis parameter of partially coherent sinh-Airy beams. The results provide an opportunity for improving signal reception of underwater communication or target detection by Airy beams or their groups.展开更多

The system adopts Web network architecture design, mainly it is divided into MUC main control module, database module, data management module and man-machine interaction module, Network management and online scheduling of English teaching resources are obtained based on C/S framework, data exchange of English teaching resources is realized on client side and server side, the control component of the English teaching resource distribution database uses MBM29LV400BC as the logic decoding controller. The intelligent algorithm is used to analyze the big data to realize the scheduling and access control of the English teaching management system resources. The test results show that the design of the English teaching management system has good resource scheduling and database construction ability, and the overall intelligence of the system is better.展开更多
