Methods: from January 2020 to January 2022, 256 patients with headache in neurology department were randomly divided into two groups, 128 patients in each group. The reference group received routine treatment and the research group received targeted treatment. The effective rate measurement items of the two groups were measured and compared, as well as SAS measurement items, SDS measurement items, SF-36 measurement items and PSQI measurement items before and after treatment. Results: the measurement items of treatment efficiency in the research group were higher than those in the reference group (p < 0.05). Before treatment, SAS measurement items and SDS measurement items of the study group were approximately equal to those of the reference group (P > 0.05). After treatment, the SAS measurement items and SDS measurement items of the study group were lower than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, the SF-36 measurement items of the study group were approximately equal to those of the reference group (P > 0.05). After treatment, the SF-36 measurement items in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, the PSQI measurement items of the study group were approximately equal to those of the reference group (P > 0.05). After treatment, the PSQI measurement items of the research group were lower than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: targeted therapy for headache patients in neurology department is effective and worthy of promotion.展开更多
