新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)传染性强,湖北为疫情爆发最严重的地区,尤其武汉处于疫情的中心,疫情防控不到位,极易引起COVID-19扩散,甚至导致医护感染。胸腰椎骨折(thoracolumbar fracture,TLF)是一种常见急性严重的脊柱损伤,如果不能够... 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)传染性强,湖北为疫情爆发最严重的地区,尤其武汉处于疫情的中心,疫情防控不到位,极易引起COVID-19扩散,甚至导致医护感染。胸腰椎骨折(thoracolumbar fracture,TLF)是一种常见急性严重的脊柱损伤,如果不能够及时规范救治,往往会遗留肌力、感觉及大小便等功能障碍,甚至截瘫。在这种疫情与病情混杂的局面,如何解决疫情防控和TLF及时规范救治是一个巨大挑战。本院处于COVID-19的中心疫区,为武汉市COVID-19定点医院,同时也为武汉市非COVID-19特殊患者医疗救治单位,收治了一批合并COV ID-19的TLF患者及非COVID-19的TLF患者。本文作者从脊柱外科医师的角度出发,总结疫情爆发以来对TLF相关诊疗经验体会,归纳TLF的诊疗流程,为骨科一线医务人员在接诊、治疗和防护等方面提供参考,以期在疫情期间减少医患COVID-19感染风险,提高TLF治愈率,降低并发症与后遗症。 展开更多

A mathematical model, surface-particle-emulsion heat transfer model, ispresented by considering voidage variance in emulsion in the vicinity of an immersed surface. Heattransfer near the surface is treated by dispersed particles touching the surface and through theemulsion when the distance from the surface is greater than the diameter of a particle. A film withan adjustable thickness which separates particles from the surface is not introduced in this model.The coverage ratio of particles on the surface is calculated by a stochastic model of particlepacking density on a surface. By comparison of theoretical solutions with experimental data fromsome references, the mathematical model shows better qualitative and quantitative prediction forlocal heat transfer coefficients around a horizontal immersed tube in a fluidized bed. 展开更多

Objective: To study the efficacy and mechanism of AT-1 a new compound (an aqueous agent extracted from a Traditional Chinese herb with antiplatelet efficacy) on antitumor metastases in mice. Methods:AT-1, a compound extracted from a Traditional Chinese herb, was prepared by our lab. C57BL/6 female mice, which were transplanted H 22 liver cancer cells, received the agent. The tumor nodules, the pulmonary metastasis rate and tumor cell proliferation activity were tested. The tumor cells were exposed to different concentrations of AT-1, and then the condition of the tumor proliferations were tested. Results: High and middle dosages of AT-1 inhibited both the lymphatic and blood systemic tumor pulmonary metastases significantly, but had no effect on inhibition of the tumor cell proliferation in vitro. Conclusion:The major antitumor actions of AT-1 may be on antitumor metastases, and the compounnd may be a new candidate for antitumor metastases agent. More study of the mechanism and action of AT-1 on antitumor metastases and the actions are still being done deeply. 展开更多

将小生境技术和适应度共享思想引入DE算法中,用于改进种群替代中子代选择的优化问题,具体做法是:首先根据DE算法中的变异、交叉及选择操作得到子代种群,其次将这些子代种群通过小生境技术划分为若干个小种群,并在每个小种群中利用适应... 将小生境技术和适应度共享思想引入DE算法中,用于改进种群替代中子代选择的优化问题,具体做法是:首先根据DE算法中的变异、交叉及选择操作得到子代种群,其次将这些子代种群通过小生境技术划分为若干个小种群,并在每个小种群中利用适应度共享方法选择或剔除个体,最后将得到的子代和原父代合并作为下轮算法的父代种群。通过测试函数对改进算法进行了数值试验与性能测试,并与其他算法进行了比较。结果显示,改进算法可在一定程度上提高最优解的分布性。 展开更多
