With the advance of agricultural informatization, using software to carry out operation, sale, and inventory management on fruit and vegetable agricultural products is imperative. Through a lot of market surveys and researches combined with data collection and sorting, I develop the distribution management system of fruit and vegetable agricultural products. The system uses the development tools of C++6.0 and SQL Server 2005, to realize system maintenance, data maintenance, purchase control, sales management, inventory management, expense management, container management, statistical reports and other functional modules. The system can meet informatization management of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Shanghai farmers' market, improve work efficiency, and accelerate the process of agricultural informatization.展开更多

However, limited by the low efficiency of traditional low-throughput experimental methods, investigation and optimization of the combinational density remain daunting challenges. Herein, we report a high-throughput screening set-up to study biomaterial surface functionalization by integrating photo-controlled thiol-ene surface chemistry and machine learning-based label-free cell identification and statistics. Through such a strategy, a specific surface combinational density of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and arginine-glutamic acid-aspartic acid-valine peptide (REDV) leads to high endothelial cell (EC) selectivity against smooth muscle cell (SMC) was identified. The composition was translated as a coating formula to modify medical nickel-titanium alloy surfaces, which was then proved to improve EC competitiveness and induce endothelialization. This work provided a high-throughput method to investigate behaviors of co-cultured cells on biomaterial surfaces modified with combinatorial functional molecules.展开更多

However, the realization of high performance 2D semiconductorbased field-effect transistors(FETs) has been a longstanding challenge in 2D electronics, which is mainly ascribing to the presence of significant Schottky barrier(SB) at metal-semiconductor interfaces. Here, an additional contact gate is induced in 2D ambipolar FET to realize near ideal reconfigurable FET(RFET)devices without restrictions of SB. Benefitting from the consistently high doping of contact region, the effective SB height can be maintained at ultra-small value during all operation conditions, resulting in the near ideal subthreshold swing(SS) values(132 mV/decade for MoTe2 RFET and 67 mV/decade for WSe2 RFET) and the relatively high mobility(28.6 cm2/(Vs) for MoTe2 RFET and 89.8 cm2/(V s) for WSe2 RFET). Moreover, the flexible control on the doping polarity of contact region enables the remodeling and switching of the achieved unipolar FETs between p-type mode and n-type mode. Based on such reconfigurable behaviors, high gain complementary MoTe2 inverters are further realized. The findings in this work push forward the development of high-performance 2D semiconductor integrated devices and circuits.展开更多

The content of IMF is directly associated with the taste and flavor of pork. As a complex trait, there could be multiple genes affecting IMF content in pork. Genomewide association study is a powerful tool to detect genomic regions associated with phenotypic variations. The objectives of the present study were to identify or refine the positions of genomic regions affecting IMF, and to characterize candidate genes and pathways that may influence this trait. Of note, we identified a significant region in longissium dorsi muscle in a Duroc pig population for IMF content with Porcine SNP60 v2 Bead Chip. This region spans 1.24 Mb on chromosome 8 and had been identified as a quantitative trait locus for IMF in Pietrain, Large White, Landrace, and Leicoma pigs. In this region, eight SNPs were significantly associated with IMF content. Three genes proximal to these significant SNPs were considered candidate genes, including ZDHHC16, LOC102162218 and PCDH7. Our results confirm several previous findings and highlight several genes that may contribute to IMF variation in Duroc pigs.展开更多

Based on CBAM-DBNet, this study proposed a threshold-adaptive joint framework for identifying the RPF on farmland surfaces and estimating its coverage rate. UAV imaging was used to gather images of the RPF from several locations with various soil backgrounds. RPFs were manually labeled, and the degree of RPF pollution was defined based on the RPF coverage rate. Combining differentiable binarization network (DBNet) with the convolutional block attention module (CBAM), whose feature extraction module was improved. A dynamic adaptive binarization threshold formula was defined for segmenting the RPF’s approximate binary map. Regarding the RPF image detection branch, the CBAM-DBNet exhibited a precision (P) value of 85.81%, a recall (R) value of 82.69%, and an F1-score (F1) value of 84.22%, which was 1.09 percentage points higher than the DBNet in the comprehensive index F1 value. For the RPF image segmentation branch, using CBAM-DBNet to segment the RPF image combined with an adaptive binarization threshold formula. Subsequently, the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), root mean square error (RMSE), and mean absolute error (MAE) of the prediction of RPF’s coverage rate were 0.276, 0.366, and 0.605, respectively, outperforming the DBNet and the Iterative Threshold method. This study provides a theoretical reference for the further development of evaluation technology for RPF pollution based on UAV imaging.展开更多
