[ Method] Control effect of sex pheromone of different matrix lures and Jiaduo trapping lamp against Spodoptern litura, Helicoverpa assulta and Helicoverpa armigera in tobacco in Teng- chong of Yunnan were determined and compared, and the control cast was evaluated. [Result] The use of insect sex pheromones and insecticidal light traps had certain effect against S. litura and H. armiger. The trapping effect of sex pheromone traps was better than that of Jiaduo trapping lamp, and the PVC matrix lure had better performance than rubber matrix lure, which had strongest capturing capacity, continuous control effect and significant effort against S. litura. The traps with different settled densities and hanging heights also had different trapping effect against S. litura and H. armiger, and the hanging height of 100 - 150 cm from ground was the best; as the cost was considered, the cast of the area with low density of traps was the lowest, which was reduced by over 44% than conventional chemical control area. [ Conclusion] It is safe and effective to use sex pheromone and insecticidal light traps to control S. litura and H. armigera, and it is a green environmental protection biological physical control technology, having extended application prospect in large area.展开更多
Promethazine(PHZ)is used as a sedative in veterinary medicine,and its residue can threaten the health of human.The electrochemical detection of PHZ is suitable method for application in the field.However,the tradition...Promethazine(PHZ)is used as a sedative in veterinary medicine,and its residue can threaten the health of human.The electrochemical detection of PHZ is suitable method for application in the field.However,the traditional electroanalysis is difficult to perform directly in meat samples due to matrix interference.This work integrates magnetic solid-phase extraction and differential pulse voltammetry for highly sensitive and selective determination of PHZ in beef and beef liver for the first time.CoFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene coated with C_(18)-functionalized mesoporous silica(MG@mSiO_(2)-C_(18))is synthesized as dispersed magnetic adsorbent to extract PHZ.Magnetic glassy carbon electrode modified with nitrogen-doped hollow carbon microspheres(HCM)attracts the MG@mSiO_(2)-C_(18)with PHZ,and directly detects the PHZ without elution procedure.MG@mSiO_(2)-C_(18)can separate PHZ to avoid the interference of impurities on following detection,and also concentrate PHZ on magnetic electrode.Additionally,the electrode modification with HCM can amplify the electrochemical signal of PHZ.Finally,the integrated PHZ determination method exhibits a wide linear range from 0.08μmol/L to 300μmol/L with a low limit of detection of 9.8 nmol/L.The beef sample analysis presents excellent recovery,demonstrating that this protocol is promising for the rapid and onsite detection of PHZ in real meat samples。展开更多
Hydrogels loaded with microRNA(miRNA)have shown promise in bone-defect repair.Here,we present the first report of miRNA-loaded hydrogels containing bioactivities to treat steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral h...Hydrogels loaded with microRNA(miRNA)have shown promise in bone-defect repair.Here,we present the first report of miRNA-loaded hydrogels containing bioactivities to treat steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head(SONFH),based on the mechanism of competing endogenous RNAs.Transcriptome sequencing of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(HBMSCs)extracted from the proximal femoral bone marrow and subsequent functional assays revealed that the circSRPK1/miR-320a axis promotes HBMSCs osteogenic differentiation.By incorporating antagomir-320a(a miR-320a inhibitor)encapsulated in liposomes into injectable hyaluronic acid(HA)hydrogels,we constructed an injectable hydrogel,HA@antagomir-320a.This hydrogel demonstrated exceptional osteogenic properties,targeting multiple osteogenic pathways via CDH2 and Osterix and exhibited excellent in vitro biocompatibility.In vivo,it substantially enhanced bone formation in the osteonecrotic area of the femoral head.This injectable HA@antagomir-320a hydrogel,which exhibited exceptional biocompatibility and osteogenic properties in vivo and in vitro,offers a promising and minimally invasive solution for the treatment of SONFH.展开更多
