Sustained inflammatory responses are closely related to various severe diseases,and inhibiting the excessive activation of inflammasomes and pyroptosis has significant implications for clinical treatment.Natural products have garnered considerable concern for the treatment of inflammation.Huanglian-Wumei decoction(HLWMD)is a classic prescription used for treating inflammatory diseases,but the necessity of their combination and the exact underlying anti-inflammatory mechanism have not yet been elucidated.Inspired by the supramolecular self-assembly strategy and natural drug compatibility theory,we successfully obtained berberine(BBR)-chlorogenic acid(CGA)supramolecular(BCS),which is an herbal pair from HLWMD.Using a series of characterization methods,we confirmed the self-assembly mechanism of BCS.BBR and CGA were self-assembled and stacked into amphiphilic spherical supramolecules in a 2:1 molar ratio,driven by electrostatic interactions,hydrophobic interactions,andπ–πstacking;the hydrophilic fragments of CGA were outside,and the hydrophobic fragments of BBR were inside.This stacking pattern significantly improved the anti-inflammatory performance of BCS compared with that of single free molecules.Compared with free molecules,BCS significantly attenuated the release of multiple inflammatory mediators and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced pyroptosis.Its anti-inflammatory mechanism is closely related to the inhibition of intracellular nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-κB)p65 phosphorylation and the noncanonical pyroptosis signalling pathway mediated by caspase-11. 展开更多

This study proposes a learner profile framework based on multi-feature fusion,aiming to enhance the precision of personalized learning recommendations by integrating learners’static attributes(e.g.,demographic data and historical academic performance)with dynamic behavioral patterns(e.g.,real-time interactions and evolving interests over time).The research employs Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency(TF-IDF)for semantic feature extraction,integrates the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)for feature weighting,and introduces a time decay function inspired by Newton’s law of cooling to dynamically model changes in learners’interests.Empirical results demonstrate that this framework effectively captures the dynamic evolution of learners’behaviors and provides context-aware learning resource recommendations.The study introduces a novel paradigm for learner modeling in educational technology,combining methodological innovation with a scalable technical architecture,thereby laying a foundation for the development of adaptive learning systems. 展开更多

大气细颗粒物PM_(2. 5)污染引起的雾霾天气既与本地污染物排放密切有关,也受局地特殊的风场影响.本文以武汉城市区域为研究对象,分别研究了长江沿岸的江陆风环流、东湖沿岸湖陆风环流的形成与转化特征,发现江风、湖风开始时间均为07:00... 大气细颗粒物PM_(2. 5)污染引起的雾霾天气既与本地污染物排放密切有关,也受局地特殊的风场影响.本文以武汉城市区域为研究对象,分别研究了长江沿岸的江陆风环流、东湖沿岸湖陆风环流的形成与转化特征,发现江风、湖风开始时间均为07:00—08:00,一年中最大风速均能达到2 m/s左右,而春夏季江风的持续时间高于秋冬季,夏季湖风的持续时间高于春季.同时发现区域附近温度和相对湿度之间有明显的相关性,湿度变化趋势大体上跟温度变化趋势相反,且温度对相对湿度的影响存在一定的滞后性,延迟时间大约为1 h. 展开更多

半导体光催化技术能利用太阳能有效去除大气低浓度NOx,因而具有广泛应用前景。半导体光催化净化效率依赖于材料的表界面结构,而在氧空位参与的光催化分子氧活化过程中,缺陷氧化物光催化剂会面临氧填充而失活的问题。本文通过溶液-凝胶... 半导体光催化技术能利用太阳能有效去除大气低浓度NOx,因而具有广泛应用前景。半导体光催化净化效率依赖于材料的表界面结构,而在氧空位参与的光催化分子氧活化过程中,缺陷氧化物光催化剂会面临氧填充而失活的问题。本文通过溶液-凝胶法合成了氮掺杂缺陷二氧化钛光催化剂(TiO_(2-x-y)N_(y)),TiO_(2-x-y)N_(y)可见光光催化净化低浓度(600×10^(-9))NO的效率高达72%(20 min),而TiO_(2)-x去除NO的效率仅为55%,且TiO_(2-x-y)N_(y)循环后仍能保持70%的NO去除率。光电流和交流阻抗测试结果表明氮的掺杂能够有效提高材料的载流子动力学分离效率。活性物种捕获实验表明能够产生更多的超氧自由基(·O_(2)^(–)),氮掺杂显著增强催化剂活化分子氧的能力。NO-程序升温脱附(NO-TPD),O_(2)^(-)程序升温脱附(O_(2)-TPD),原位电子顺磁共振(in-situ EPR)和差分电荷计算等结果表明TiO_(2-x-y)N_(y)催化剂表面的氧空位位点优先吸附活化O_(2),多电子中心的N能够传递电子修复氧空位,氧空位位点能持续活化分子氧,并捕获空穴促进载流子分离,从而提高TiO_(2)-x-yNy光催化净化NO效率。 展开更多

目的探讨术中体位护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后患者肩膀疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年8月浙江中医药大学附属第一医院就诊且接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的120例患者,按照就诊的时间顺序将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例;试验组给... 目的探讨术中体位护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后患者肩膀疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年8月浙江中医药大学附属第一医院就诊且接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的120例患者,按照就诊的时间顺序将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例;试验组给予体位护理+止痛药治疗,对照组则仅使用止痛药治疗;使用视觉模拟量表测量患者的疼痛水平(定位前后10 min),通过脉搏血氧仪监测患者的外周血氧饱和度(SPO_(2))水平(定位前后1、5和10 min,总区6次),对两组间的疼痛程度、SpO_(2)及止痛药的使用进行比较分析。结果干预10 min后试验组的VAS分为(1.83±1.10)分,显著低于对照组的(4.11±0.62)分(P<0.001);体位护理干预后试验组患者的SpO_(2)值在三个时间点均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的止痛药使用率显著低于对照组(P=0.012);试验组患者的总镇痛剂剂量(术后24 h)为(90.6±13.3)mg,显著低于对照组的(170.5±20.6)mg(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胆囊切除术中给予体位护理能够显著缓解患者术后的肩膀疼痛,减少阿片类及其他止痛药的使用剂量,亦有助于改善患者的呼吸功能,值得临床实践中应用和借鉴。 展开更多

The uncertainty analysis is an effective sensitivity analysis method for system model analysis and optimization. However,the existing single-factor uncertainty analysis methods are not well used in the logistic support systems with multiple decision-making factors. The multiple transfer parameters graphical evaluation and review technique(MTP-GERT) is used to model the logistic support process in consideration of two important factors, support activity time and support activity resources, which are two primary causes for the logistic support process uncertainty. On this basis,a global sensitivity analysis(GSA) method based on covariance is designed to analyze the logistic support process uncertainty. The aircraft support process is selected as a case application which illustrates the validity of the proposed method to analyze the support process uncertainty, and some feasible recommendations are proposed for aircraft support decision making on carrier. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is one of the most common cancers and has a poor prognosis.Treatment of GC has remained unchanged over the past few years.AIM To investigate the potential therapeutic targets and related regulatory biomarkers of GC.METHODS We obtained the public GC transcriptome sequencing dataset from the Gene Expression Omnibus database.The datasets contained 348 GC tissues and 141 healthy tissues.In total,251 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified,including 187 down-regulated genes and 64 up-regulated genes.The DEGs’enriched functions and pathways include Progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation,cell cycle,and oocyte meiosis,Hepatitis B,and the Hippo signaling pathway.Survival analysis showed that BUB1,MAD2L1,CCNA2,CCNB1,and BIRC5 may be associated with regulation of the cell cycle phase mitotic spindle checkpoint pathway.We selected 26 regulated genes with the aid of the protein-protein interaction network analyzed by Molecular Complex Detection.RESULTS We focused on three critical genes,which were highly expressed in GC,but negatively related to patient survival.Furthermore,we found that knockdown of Yu K et al.Biochemical analysis in GC WJCC https://www.wjgnet.com 5024 July 26,2023 Volume 11 Issue 21 BIRC5,TRIP13 or UBE2C significantly inhibited cell proliferation and induced cell apoptosis.In addition,knockdown of BIRC5,TRIP13 or UBE2C increased cellular sensitivity to cisplatin.CONCLUSION Our study identified significantly upregulated genes in GC with a poor prognosis using integrated bioinformatics methods. 展开更多

This paper presents a methodology for automatically generating risk scenarios for dynamic reliability applications in which some dynamic characteristics(e.g.,the order,timing and magnitude of events,the value of relevant process parameters and initial conditions) have a significant influence on the evolution of the system.The main idea of the methodology is:(i) making the system model "express itself" through simulation by having the model driven by an elaborated simulation engine;(ii) exploiting uniform design to pick out a small subset of representative design points from the space of relevant dynamic characteristics;(iii) for each selected design point,employing a depth-first systematic exploration strategy to cover all possible scenario branches at each branch point.A highly dynamic example adapted from the literature(a chemical batch reactor) is studied to test the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. 展开更多

A methodology for automatically generating risk scenarios is presented.Its main idea is to let the system model "express itself" through simulation.This is achieved by having the simulation model driven by an elaborated simulation engine,which:(i) manipulates the generation of branch points,i.e.event occurrence times;(ii) employs a depth-first systematic exploration strategy to cover all possible branch paths at each branch point.In addition,a backtracking technique,as an extension,is implemented to recover some missed risk scenarios.A widely discussed dynamic reliability example(a holdup tank) is used to aid in the explanation of and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. 展开更多

目的研究节点控制法在新院区临床复用器械回收管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年2月-11月我院新院区消毒供应中心接收来自13个病区及3个临床科室批量回收的复用物品。采用阶段实施分组法,2023年2月-6月各部门批量回收系统中的污染包作... 目的研究节点控制法在新院区临床复用器械回收管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年2月-11月我院新院区消毒供应中心接收来自13个病区及3个临床科室批量回收的复用物品。采用阶段实施分组法,2023年2月-6月各部门批量回收系统中的污染包作为对照组;2023年7月-11月的各部门批量回收系统中的污染包作为观察组。对照组采用常规模式,观察组采取节点控制方法,运用“结构-过程-结果”质量评价指标,通过时间节点结构图分析复用物品批量回收流程中的问题环节,通过控制节点来影响整体回收管理。结果观察组复用物品追溯系统录入规范率、回收袋使用规范率、回收效率以及质控查检符合率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论节点控制法能提升消毒供应中心回收管理质量并有效提高工作效率,值得应用。 展开更多

In response, this study examines the requirements for measurement, evaluation, and design/testing of SoS reliability. Drawing on research practice in aerospace engineering, it outlines the concept of equipment SoS and proposes a corresponding research framework for equipment SoS reliability. By analyzing both the reliability demands of SoSE and the current research practice in aerospace equipment SoS, this study identifies several key challenges: Modeling of SoS and its reliability, network reliability in SoS, propagation and recovery of disturbances in SoS, reliability design and simulation methods, and reliability management in SoSE. 展开更多

Lack of trust has been an ongoing issue for decades in construction quality management,hindering the improvement of quality performance.The development of mutual trust depends on immutable,traceable,and transparent construction quality information records.However,current information technologies cannot meet the requirements.To address the challenge,this study explores a blockchain-based framework for construction quality information management,which extends applications of blockchain in the domain of construction quality management.A consortium blockchain system is designed to support construction quality management in which participants’information permissions and lifecycle are discussed.Additionally,this study presents in detail the consensus process that aims to address the problem of information fraud.The automated compliance checking based on smart contracts is presented as well,aiming to assure that construction products meet regulation requirements.Finally,an example of the consortium blockchain network is visualized to validate the feasibility of blockchain-based construction quality information management.The research shows that blockchain can facilitate mutual trust in construction quality management by providing distributed,encrypted,and secure information records and supporting automated compliance checking of construction quality. 展开更多
