The demand for building-integrated photovoltaics and portable energy systems based on flexible photovoltaic technology such as perovskite embedded with exceptional flexibility and a superior power-to-mass ratio is enormous.The photoactive layer,i.e.,the perovskite thin film,as a critical component of flexible perovskite solar cells(F-PSCs),still faces long-term stability issues when deformation occurs due to encountering temperature changes that also affect intrinsic rigidity.This literature investigation summarizes the main factors responsible for the rapid destruction of F-PSCs.We focus on long-term mechanical stability of F-PSCs together with the recent research protocols for improving this performance.Furthermore,we specify the progress in F-PSCs concerning precise design strategies of the functional layer to enhance the flexural endurance of perovskite films,such as internal stress engineering,grain boundary modification,self-healing strategy,and crystallization regulation.The existing challenges of oxygen-moisture stability and advanced encapsulation technologies of F-PSCs are also discussed.As concluding remarks,we propose our viewpoints on the large-scale commercial application of F-PSCs. 展开更多

Inspired by mobile edge computing(MEC),edge learning has gained a momentum by directly performing model training at network edge without sending massive data to a centralized data center.However,the quality of model training will be affected by the limited communication and computing resources of network edge.In this paper,how to improve the training performance of a federated learning system aided by intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)over vehicle platooning networks is studied,where multiple platoons train a shared federated learning model.Multi-platoon cooperation can alleviate the pressure of data processing caused by the limited computing resources of single platoon.Meanwhile,IRS can enhance the inter-platoon communication in a cost-effective and energy-efficient manner.Firstly,the federated learning optimization problem of maximizing the learning accuracy is formulated by jointing platoon scheduling,bandwidth allocation and phase shifts at the IRS to maximize the number of scheduled platoon.Specif-ically,in the proposed learning architecture each platoon updates the learning model with its own data and uploads it to the global model through IRS-based wireless networks.Then,a method based on sequential optimization algorithm(SOA)and a group-based optimization method are analyzed for single IRS aided and large-scale IRS aided commu-nication,respectively.Finally,a platoon scheduling scheme is designed based on the communication reliability and computing reliability of platoons.Simulation results demonstrate that large-scale IRS assisted communication can effectively improve the reliability of multi-user communication networks.The scheduling scheme based on learning reliability balances the communication performance and computing performance of platoons. 展开更多

Edge computing paradigm for 5G architecture has been considered as one of the most effective ways to realize low latency and highly reliable communication,which brings computing tasks and network resources to the edge of network.The deployment of edge computing nodes is a key factor affecting the service performance of edge computing systems.In this paper,we propose a method for deploying edge computing nodes based on user location.Through the combination of Simulation of Urban Mobility(SUMO)and Network Simulator-3(NS-3),a simulation platform is built to generate data of hotspot areas in Io T scenario.By effectively using the data generated by the communication between users in Io T scenario,the location area of the user terminal can be obtained.On this basis,the deployment problem is expressed as a mixed integer linear problem,which can be solved by Simulated Annealing(SA)method.The analysis of the results shows that,compared with the traditional method,the proposed method has faster convergence speed and better performance. 展开更多

The dual frequency Heterogeneous Network(HetNet),including sub-6 GHz networks together with Millimeter Wave(mmWave),achieves the high data rates of user in the networks with hotspots.The cache-enabled HetNets with hotspots are investigated using an analytical framework in which Macro Base Stations(MBSs)and hotspot centers are treated as two independent homogeneous Poisson Point Processes(PPPs),and locations of Small Base Stations(SBSs)and users are modeled as two Poisson Cluster Processes(PCPs).Under the PCP-based modeling method and the Most Popular Caching(MPC)scheme,we propose a cache-enabled association strategy for HetNets with limited storage capacity.The performance of association probability and coverage probability is explicitly derived,and Monte Carlo simulation is utilized to verify that the results are correct.The outcomes of the simulation present the influence of antenna configuration and cache capacities of MBSs and SBSs on network performance.Numerical optimization of the standard deviation ratio of SBSs and users of association probability is enabled by our analysis. 展开更多

[Methods] The ethanol extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method,acid water extraction method,and Soxhlet extraction method were used to extract total alkaloids,and the total alkaloids of Abrus Cantoniensis Hance were measured at 238 nm wavelength. [Results] The extraction rate of ethanol extraction method was 14. 76 mg/100 g; the extraction rate of ultrasonic extraction method was 56. 85 mg/100 g; the extraction rate of acid water extraction method was 56. 63 mg/100 g; the extraction rate of Soxhlet extraction method was 58. 19 mg/100 g.[Conclusions]Results indicate that Soxhlet extraction method can obtain the highest extraction rate. 展开更多

Epidermal hairs are specialized structures on the epidermis of plants that function in crop defense against biotic and abiotic stresses,particularly in warding off herbivores and pests.However,the regulatory mechanism governing epidermal hair formation in rice remains unclear.Here,we report that OsSCR1(SCARECROW1)and OsSCR2 redundantly promote development of three types of rice trichomes(macro hairs,micro hairs,and glandular hairs),as shown through the reduced and increased trichomes in their knockout and overexpression lines.We demonstrate that OsSCR1 acts upstream of Os WOX3B(WUSCHEL-RELATED HOMEOBOX 3B)in that overexpression of OsWOX3B could rescue the macro hair development defects in osscr1 osscr2 double mutants,and that OsSCR1 protein activates OsWOX3B expression using luciferase activity and chromatin immunoprecipitation quantitative PCR(Ch IP-q PCR)assays.In addition,Os SPL10(SQUAMOSA PROMOTER BINDING PROTEIN-LIKE10)acts upstream of OsSCR1 and enhances its expression to promote the development of macro and micro hairs.Additionally,increasing leaf trichome density through overexpressing OsSCR2 could enhance seedling resistance to locust feeding.Collectively,our findings indicate that Os SPL10 facilitates the process of OsSCR1 inducing OsWOX3B activity to promote the formation of macro and micro hairs in rice. 展开更多

金融是实体经济的血脉,它与政府因素(zc)、城镇化水平(cit1)、人力资源(ledu)等息息相关。同时,金融是推动产业创新成果转化的因素之一。本文利用2005—2020年我国30个省份的面板数据,以金融集聚(fin)为核心变量,并且采取余泳泽等(2013... 金融是实体经济的血脉,它与政府因素(zc)、城镇化水平(cit1)、人力资源(ledu)等息息相关。同时,金融是推动产业创新成果转化的因素之一。本文利用2005—2020年我国30个省份的面板数据,以金融集聚(fin)为核心变量,并且采取余泳泽等(2013)、肖利平、洪艳(2017)的测度方式,基于金融业从业人数得到金融业的区位熵对金融集聚进行度量,再以产业结构升级(str)为被解释变量,政府因素(zc)、城镇化水平(cit1)、人力资本(ledu)为控制变量,来搭建实证分析模型,再利用Pool OLS、随机效应和固定效应三种实证结果分析方法对实证结果进行评估和分析。本文通过实证检验了金融集聚与产业结构升级之间具有显著的正向关系,即该地区金融集聚水平的提高有助于促进产业结构的进一步转型升级。 展开更多
