建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中苯扎氯铵及苄索氯铵含量的方法。选用C_(8)色谱柱对测定结果以苯扎氯铵计的3种二甲基苄基氯化铵的同系物及苄索氯铵进行分离,以甲醇∶0.1 mol/L醋酸铵缓冲溶液(pH=5)为流动相进行等度洗脱,在260 n... 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中苯扎氯铵及苄索氯铵含量的方法。选用C_(8)色谱柱对测定结果以苯扎氯铵计的3种二甲基苄基氯化铵的同系物及苄索氯铵进行分离,以甲醇∶0.1 mol/L醋酸铵缓冲溶液(pH=5)为流动相进行等度洗脱,在260 nm波长下经高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器同时测定,将《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中苯扎氯铵的检测方法及劳拉氯铵、苄索氯铵和西他氯铵的检测方法进行优化合并,选用使用范围较广的C_(8)色谱柱实现4种组分同时分离;以苯扎氯铵计的3种二甲基苄基氯化铵的同系物、苄索氯铵在一定质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9999,4种不同类型基质低、中、高3个质量浓度梯度下加样回收率为90%~110%,RSD为0.3%~4.4%(n=9)。该方法操作简单、分析时间短,灵敏度和重现性良好,可运用于化妆品中同时快速检测苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵。 展开更多

Recently,single-cell RNA-seq technologies have been rapidly updated,leading to a revolution in biology.We previously developed Microwell-seq,a cost-effective and high-throughput single cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)method with a very simple device.Most cDNA libraries are sequenced using an expensive Illumina platform.Here,we present the first report showing combined Microwell-seq and BGI MGISEQ2000,a less expensive sequencing platform,to profile the whole transcriptome of 11,883 individual mouse adult adrenal gland cells and identify 18 transcriptionally distinct clusters.Moreover,we performed a single-cell comparative analysis of human and mouse adult adrenal glands to reveal the conserved genetic networks in these mammalian systems.These results provide new insights into the sophisticated adrenal gland hierarchy and provide a benchmark,low-cost strategy for highthroughput single-cell RNA study. 展开更多

Detection navigation baseline is primary for the automation of maize weeder in seedling.In the navigation technology based on machine vision,maize seeding or weed near the camera is photographed as a discrete area,while a plant far away from the camera is photographed as a strip area along with other plants in the same row.The two problems cannot be solved by one method.However,in this paper,an algorithm of detection navigation baseline in the row-following operation of maize weeder based on axis extraction was proposed to solve the both problems.Firstly,plants are distinguished from the background based on color feature,and the binary image is acquired.Secondly,plants are described as a set of connected components with numbers after connected components labeling and noise clearing.Thirdly,the axes of all connected components are extracted according to the calculation method of rotary inertia in physics.Next,the abnormal connected components with axes are deleted because the angles between the axes and X-axis are above angle threshold.Then,the judgment model is built based on angle tolerance and distance tolerance,the connected components in a same row based on this model through two-step traversal are merged,and a new axis is re-extracted as the axis of the plant row.Finally,the navigation baselines are detected based on the axes of the plant row.The experimental results show that the accuracy of this algorithm is more than 93%,and the computing time is less than 1.6 s,which can meet the accuracy and real-time performance requirements of maize weeder. 展开更多
