目的:回顾性分析中国西北地区非高发区N2~3期鼻咽癌根治性放化疗后序贯卡培他滨维持化疗的疗效,以明确卡培他滨维持化疗在局部晚期鼻咽癌治疗中的价值。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月空军军医大学第一附属医院初诊初治、经病理确诊为... 目的:回顾性分析中国西北地区非高发区N2~3期鼻咽癌根治性放化疗后序贯卡培他滨维持化疗的疗效,以明确卡培他滨维持化疗在局部晚期鼻咽癌治疗中的价值。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月空军军医大学第一附属医院初诊初治、经病理确诊为鼻咽癌N2~3期的患者,给予诱导化疗2~3个周期后联合同期放化疗,研究组(维持化疗组)在根治性放化疗后继续予以卡培他滨维持化疗4个周期,对照组(未维持化疗组)观察随访。比较两组患者的生存差异,评价两种方案的不良反应及顺应性。结果:共179例患者纳入本研究,研究组84例,对照组95例。两组病例一般临床资料均衡。全组中位随访时间44.4(5.97~70.26)个月,研究组与对照组3年无远处转移生存率(distant metastasis-free survival,DMFS)分别为79.3%、68.1%(χ~2=3.898,P=0.048),3年无病生存率(disease-free survival,DFS)分别为75.6%、64.2%(χ~2=5.428,P=0.020),差异具有统计学意义。急性不良反应及晚期不良反应两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),卡培他滨特异性药物不良反应均为2级以下。结论:在中国西北地区非高发区N2~3期鼻咽癌患者中,根治性放化疗后序贯卡培他滨维持治疗后3年DMFS和3年DFS获益,患者治疗耐受性、依从性良好,未增加明显的不良反应。 展开更多

Correlation Analysis between Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin and Mean Corpuscular Volume for Thalassemia Screening in Large Population

Correlation analysis between the hematological parameters mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) and mean corpuscular volume (MCV) for thalassemia screening in large population was discussed. A total of 4920 peripheral blood samples of reproductive age persons were collected from Guangdong province of China. The hematological parameters MCH and MCV values of samples were first measured, and then the DNA analyses for thalassemia were conducted. All samples were composed by 4463 non-thalassemia and 457 thalassemia, and among 457 thalassemia samples, 311 were α-thalassemia, 133 were β-thalassemia, and 13 were α & β-thalassemia. In accordance with non-thalassemia, thalassemia, α-thalassemia, β-thalassemia, α & β-thalassemia and the entire group itself, a total of six sample groups were divided. The corresponding correlation coefficients between the measured MCH and MCV values for the six sample groups were 0.880, 0.968, 0.966, 0.962, 0.980 and 0.965 respectively. For the thalassemia carriers, highly significant correlation between MCH and MCV were observed. The fitting equations between MCH and MCV values were also obtained. The results indicated that the feasibility for thalassemia screening using MCV or MCH independently as parameter, and provided suitable strategy to select parameters and models for thalassemia screening in large population. 展开更多

Gardenia blue is a natural blue pigment that is environmentally friendly,non-toxic,and stable.The hydrolysis of geniposide,catalyzed byβ-glucosidase,is a critical step in the production process of gardenia blue.However,β-glucosidase is not resistant to high temperatures,limiting the production of gardenia blue.In this study,we investigated the effectiveness of a heat-resistant glucosidase obtained from Thermotoga maritima in the production of gardenia blue.The enzyme exhibited a maximum activity of 10.60 U/mL at 90℃.Single-factor and orthogonal analyses showed that exogenously expressed heat-resistant glucosidase reacted with 470.3μg/mL geniposide and 13.5μg/mL glycine at 94.2℃,producing a maximum yield of 26.2857μg/mL of gardenia blue after 156.6 min.When applied to the dyeing of denim,gardenia blue produced by this method yielded excellent results;the best color-fastness was achieved when an iron ion mordant was used.This study revealed the feasibility and application potential of microbial production of gardenia blue. 展开更多
