Shadong deposit is the first large-scale tungsten deposit found in the East Tianshan orogenic belt, and the geologic characteristics of the deposit indicate that the deeply concealed granite body is ge- netically rela...Shadong deposit is the first large-scale tungsten deposit found in the East Tianshan orogenic belt, and the geologic characteristics of the deposit indicate that the deeply concealed granite body is ge- netically related with the mineralization. The LA-ICPMS U-Pb age of zircons from the Shadong concealed granite obtained in this research is 239±2.0 Ma, belonging to the Middle Triassic. The whole rock samples are metaiuminous to slightly peraluminous (A/CNK=0.95-1.02) with low contents of SiO2 (64.0 wt.%-68.5 wt.%) and low K2O/Na2O ratios (0.73-0.96). The samples reveal enrichment of K, Rb, Th and depletion of Nb, Ta, P, Ti and have a negative slope from La to Lu (LaN/YbN=16.29-36.8) with weak negative Eu anom- aly (Eu/Eu*= 0.71-0.82). Initial ^87Sr/^86Sr ratios of whole rock range of 0.706 59-0.707 75, eNd(t) values range from -1.77 to -2.53 and εnf(t) values of zircon are between 2.54 and 4.90. The lithogeochemistry and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopic characteristics revealed that the concealed granite in Shadong tungsten deposit is I-type granite, and occurs in an intraplate tectonic setting. The magma mixing during intraplating of mantle de- rived magma intruding into the crust in Indosinian Period is the major formation mechanism of the granite. Of which, the proportion of mantle derived magma ranges from 58% to 60%, and the crustal materials are mainly the metamorphic basement of Xingxingxia Group of Mesoproterozoic Changcheng System, which may orovide the main source of ore forming metals of Shadong tungsten deposit.展开更多

There is limited research reported on the multiple loss mechanism of electromagnetic waves(EMW)and the development of interface models.Dielectric loss and magnetic loss,as the two primary attenuation mechanisms in EMW...There is limited research reported on the multiple loss mechanism of electromagnetic waves(EMW)and the development of interface models.Dielectric loss and magnetic loss,as the two primary attenuation mechanisms in EMW absorbers,still pose challenges,especially in elucidating the correlation between composition,morphology,interface,and performance.Here,we construct 3D hierarchical porous conducting network structures and Schottky heterojunctions(MoNi_(4)@NC-NiFe_(2)O_(4)@NC)with a high density of defects,using trimetallic NiMoFe-MOFs.Synergistic enhancement of the dielectric and magnetic losses is realized through manipulation of the defects,interfaces,phase engineering,and magnetic resonance.In particular,the even dispersion of magnetic MoNi_(4) and NiFe_(2)O_(4)nanoparticles(NPs)within the carbon matrix triggers the creation of multiple heterogeneous interfaces.These inseparable interfaces,along with oxygen vacancies,play a role in enhancing dielectric polarization,while the closely spaced interactions among magnetic units contribute to magnetic loss.After optimizing the interfacial structure,NiFe_(2)O_(4)/MoNi_(4)-NC exhibits remarkable EMW absorption properties.A reflection loss(RL)value of-67.91 dB can be achieved at an ultra-thin thickness of 1.95 mm,and the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB,RL≤-10 dB)is as high as 5.76 GHz.Furthermore,we conducted radar scattering cross-section(RCS)simulations using computer simulation technology(CST)software,which revealed that NiFe_(2)O_(4)/MoNi_(4)-NC exhibits an RCS reduction value of 39.1 dB m^(2).Hence,this work provides comprehensive guidance for the construction of Schottky heterojunctions for lightweight EMW absorbers from a mechanistic point of view.展开更多
To reduce the computation cost of a combined probabilistic graphical model and a deep neural network in semantic segmentation, the local region condition random field (LRCRF) model is investigated which selectively ap...To reduce the computation cost of a combined probabilistic graphical model and a deep neural network in semantic segmentation, the local region condition random field (LRCRF) model is investigated which selectively applies the condition random field (CRF) to the most active region in the image. The full convolutional network structure is optimized with the ResNet-18 structure and dilated convolution to expand the receptive field. The tracking networks are also improved based on SiameseFC by considering the frame relations in consecutive-frame traffic scene maps. Moreover, the segmentation results of the greyscale input data sets are more stable and effective than using the RGB images for deep neural network feature extraction. The experimental results show that the proposed method takes advantage of the image features directly and achieves good real-time performance and high segmentation accuracy.展开更多
Late leaf spot disease(LLS)is one of the most important diseases that cause severe yield losses in peanut.Peanut has various sources of resistance to LLS,so the identification of resistant quantitative trait loci(QTLs...Late leaf spot disease(LLS)is one of the most important diseases that cause severe yield losses in peanut.Peanut has various sources of resistance to LLS,so the identification of resistant quantitative trait loci(QTLs)and the development of related molecular markers are of great importance for the breeding of LLS-resistant peanut.In this study,173 individual lines of a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population and the 48K SNP array for genotyping were used to construct a high-density genetic map with 1,475 bin markers and 20 linkage groups.A total of 11 QTLs were obtained through QTL analysis using the constructed genetic map.Among them,the stable major QTL qLLS.LG02 was identified on linkage group 2 in all six environments,with the phenotypic variation explained(PVE)ranging from 15.57 to 31.09%.QTL-seq technology was also employed for a QTL analysis of LLS resistance.As a result,14 QTL loci related to LLS resistance were identified using the G prime algorithm.Notably,the physical positions of qLLS02 and qLLS03 coincided with those of qLLS.LG02 and qLLS.LG03,respectively.Gene annotation analysis within the 14 QTL intervals from QTL-seq revealed a total of 163 nucleotide-binding site-leucine-rich repeat(NBS-LRR)disease resistance genes,accounting for 22.86%of all resistance(R)genes in the peanut genome and showing a 4.26-fold enrichment with a P-value of 5.19e-57.Within the QTL region qLLS02 of the resistant parent Mi-2,there was a 5 Mb structural variation(SV)interval containing 81 NBS-LRR genes.A PCR diagnostic marker was developed,and validation data suggested that this SV might lead to gene deletion or replacement with other genes.This SV has the potential to enhance peanut resistance to LLS.The results of this study have significant implications for improving peanut breeding for LLS resistance through the development of associated molecular markers.展开更多
BACKGROUND The hospice care system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)provides a reference for relieving depression,anxiety,and sleep disorders in patients with advanced cancer.AIM To explore the effects of TCM hospi...BACKGROUND The hospice care system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)provides a reference for relieving depression,anxiety,and sleep disorders in patients with advanced cancer.AIM To explore the effects of TCM hospice care on depression,anxiety,and sleep disorders in patients with advanced cancer.METHODS This prospective study was conducted between July 2023 and June 2024.Patients with advanced cancer were selected and divided into observation and control groups(n=34 per group).The observation group received TCM hospice care,with a 4-week treatment cycle.The control group received routine hospice care.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,Hamilton Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were used to assess depression,anxiety,and sleep quality changes,and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 26.0 was used for data analysis.RESULTS No significant differences were found in age,sex,cancer type,disease course,or baseline mental symptom scores between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed significantly greater improvements in depression,anxiety,and sleep quality(P<0.05).The depression,anxiety,and sleep scores in the observation group decreased to 7.21±2.48,6.12±2.39,and 4.53±1.89,respectively.In the control group,these scores decreased to 11.42±3.12,10.14±3.21,and 6.21±1.79.The observation group demonstrated superior efficacy(P<0.05).Depression,anxiety,and sleep quality were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis identified the TCM hospice care system as an independent factor improving patients'health.CONCLUSION The TCM hospice care system effectively improves depression,anxiety,and sleep disorders in patients with advanced cancer,offering comprehensive care suitable for clinical promotion and application.展开更多
Desulfurization technology is rather difficult and urgently needed for carbon dioxide(CO_(2))utilization in industry.A new Cu(I)-based adsorbent was synthesized and examined for the capacity of removing carbonyl sulfi...Desulfurization technology is rather difficult and urgently needed for carbon dioxide(CO_(2))utilization in industry.A new Cu(I)-based adsorbent was synthesized and examined for the capacity of removing carbonyl sulfide(COS)from a CO_(2)stream in an effort to solve the competitive adsorption between CO_(2)and COS and to seek opportunity to advance adsorption capacity.A wide range of character-ization techniques were used to investigate the physicochemical properties of the synthesized Cu(I)adsorbent featuringπ-complexation and their correlations with the adsorption performance.Meanwhile,the first principal calculation software CP2K was used to develop an understanding of the adsorption mechanism,which can offer useful guidance for the adsorbent regeneration.The synthesized Cu(I)adsorbent,prepared by using copper citrate and citric acid on the ZSM-5(SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)=25)carrier,outperformed other adsorbents with varying formulations and carriers in adsorption capacities.Through optimization of the preparation and adsorption conditions for various adsorbents,the breakthrough adsorption capacity(Qb)for COS was further enhanced from 2.19 mg/g to 15.36 mg/g.The formed stableπ-complex bonds between COS and Cu(I),as confirmed by density func-tional theory calculations,were verified by the significant improvement in the adsorption capacity after regeneration at 600°C.The above advantages render the novel synthesized Cu(I)adsorbent a promising candidate featuring cost-effectiveness,high efficacy and good regenerability for desulfurization from a CO_(2)stream.展开更多
