Methods: from January 2020 to January 2021, 110 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the research group was treated with Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction. The therapeutic effects of the patients were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the study group was higher;After treatment, the TCM symptom score of the study group was lower;After treatment, the improvement of angina attack in the study group was greater than that in the control group. After the treatment, the improvement of cardiac function in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the smoking group was more satisfied with the treatment content, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: during the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris, Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction can help patients to further achieve the relief of clinical symptoms. It has positive value for the improvement of patients' cardiac function and health protection, and is worthy of popularization and application.展开更多
