Methods: 69 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension from November 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 35) and control group (n = 34). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given responsibility nursing. The self-management level and recovery of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results: after the intervention, the scores of self-efficacy ability, daily living ability, mental state, enthusiasm for life and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of angina pectoris attack, stable angina pectoris, disease cognition level, activity restriction score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: applying the responsibility nursing measures to patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the quality of nursing, enhance the enthusiasm of medical staff, promote the recovery of the disease, relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and strengthen the level of disease cognition.展开更多
