Human factors, material factors, contract factors and management factors are the main factors affecting the project cost at the present stage. In order to continuously improve the quality, effect and efficiency of construction engineering, the dynamic control of construction engineering cost, that is, refers to the specific activities of the cost of scientific planning, and the project costs are always controlled within a reasonable range, and meet the requirements of construction quality and progress. Based on the characteristics of construction engineering cost management, this paper will focus on exploring the dynamic control method of construction engineering cost in order to promote the healthy development of Chinas construction industry.展开更多
