Objective: to explore and study the effect of bedside comprehensive ability assessment combined with mini CEX feedback to improve core competence in nursing students. Methods: 40 nursing students practicing in our hospital from July 2020 to may 2021 were selected as the teaching reform experimental group. The training, guidance, assessment, evaluation and feedback were carried out with the teaching reform practice manual, and the improvement effect, excellence rate and satisfaction of the core competence of the teaching reform experimental group were counted. Results: the core competence of the experimental intervention group was significantly improved (P < 0.01), and the excellent rate was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching control group. Conclusion: the combination of bedside comprehensive ability assessment and mini CEX feedback in nursing students can improve the core ability of nursing, which is conducive to the cultivation of nursing students ability, and provide more and better teaching ideas and methods for medical colleges. 展开更多
