According to the major scientific and technological changes in Chinas modern economic society and the needs of new industries, it is obviously crucial to further improve the quality of personnel training. The 19th National Congress put forward that development and innovation are the first force to promote development and an important strategic basis for building a modern socialist market economy. Therefore, under this brand-new environment, the construction of new engineering has taken the limited thinking adapted to the social development, shouldered the responsibility of benefiting the world and reshaping the future, and formed the revolutionary ability to promote the economic and social development. Therefore, this paper will attempt to achieve this overall goal of engineering education by exploring the collaborative education management model among regional colleges under the background of new engineering construction.展开更多
