12例藏族侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染患者的纤支镜下特征分析

目的探讨纤支镜下藏族侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的特征分析,并提高其认识。方法我院2014年10月~2018年3月收住的侵袭性肺曲霉菌患者12例,回顾性分析肺曲霉菌感染后CT与纤支镜检查特征。结果纤支镜下表现为:气管内坏死物3例;支气管粘膜肿胀、充... 目的探讨纤支镜下藏族侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的特征分析,并提高其认识。方法我院2014年10月~2018年3月收住的侵袭性肺曲霉菌患者12例,回顾性分析肺曲霉菌感染后CT与纤支镜检查特征。结果纤支镜下表现为:气管内坏死物3例;支气管粘膜肿胀、充血3例;支气管腔狭窄1例;支气管内息肉样新生物1例;无异常表现4例;CT表现:均未见肺曲菌球等特征性表现。7例为肺部多发结节状、团片状影;1例为软组织影;1例为肺不张,1例厚壁空洞(空洞内见结节);2例支气管狭窄。本组给予抗真菌治疗,均好转。结论纤支镜下侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染形态学表现多样,且相对特异性表现较少,但通过刷检、活检、灌洗液、液基细胞学检查可以得到明确诊断同时可以配合抗真菌药行介入治疗,从而提高诊断率及治愈率。 展开更多

Novel bulk ZnO porous nanosolids were pre- pared by a unique solvothermal hot-press method, using ZnO nanoparticles and several kinds of solvents as the start- ing materials. It was found from the experiments that ZnO nanoparticles underwent a “self-assembly process” under some specific hydrothermal hot-press conditions. As a result, some “nanoflowers” formed. The results showed that porous nanosolids with uniform pore diameters could be obtained when water distributed uniformly among the ZnO nanopar- ticles. On the contrary, if the uniformity of the distribution of water was poor, “nanoflowers” would appear in the wa- ter-rich region. It was also found that the photoluminescence of ZnO porous nanosolids was affected by the self-assembly phenomenon. In addition, the results also showed that, both the volume and diameters of the pores could be adjusted by changing either the hot-press temperature, pressure or the kinds of solvents. 展开更多
