Methods: 100 parturients hospitalized in the obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the traditional group of 50 cases and the painless group of 50 cases. The traditional group of parturients used traditional delivery techniques, and the painless group of parturients used painless delivery techniques. The improvement of labor pain, natural delivery rate, satisfaction with delivery, SDS and SAS levels of the traditional group and the habitual AZU maternal were compared. Results: the improvement of labor pain in the traditional group entered the painless group, and the parameters of the random experiment were 0.05, which was significant;The natural delivery rate of the control group was lower than that of the painless group, and the parameter of the random experiment was 0.05, which was significant;The delivery satisfaction of the traditional group was lower than that of the painless group, and the parameters of the random experiment were 0.05, which was significant;The SDS score of the parturients in the traditional group was higher than that in the painless group, and the parameter of the random experiment was 0.05, which was significant;The SAS score of the traditional group was higher than that of the painless group, and the parameter of the random experiment was 0.05, which was significant. Conclusion: the painless delivery technology for the parturient who needs to deliver can effectively help the parturient reduce labor pain, improve the probability of natural delivery, and also help to improve the satisfaction of the parturient with the hospital delivery technology.
