Methods: 60 cases of premature birth with reproductive tract infection were divided into A (n=30) and B (n=30) and studied from September 2020 to September 2021 to give routine clinical treatment, group B added antibiotics according to the results of bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test to compare the treatment effects and differences between the two groups. Results The incidence of neonatal pneumonia and adverse maternal pregnancy outcomes were lower in group B than in group A, which were both statis significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: using antibiotics to the treatment of premature pre-mature birth combined with reproductive tract infection can improve the quality of delivery and reduce the adverse effects on mother and baby.展开更多
