生物航煤中微生物污染及其对理化指标影响研究

云南白药联合雷贝拉唑对上消化道出血患者血清炎症介质和胃肠激素的影响 被引量:2

目的观察并探讨上消化道出血患者联合应用云南白药、雷贝拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年9月就诊于分宜县人民医院80例上消化道出血患者作为临床治疗对象,根据红蓝双色球法,随机设为参照组(n=40)和联合组(n=40)。参照组... 目的观察并探讨上消化道出血患者联合应用云南白药、雷贝拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年9月就诊于分宜县人民医院80例上消化道出血患者作为临床治疗对象,根据红蓝双色球法,随机设为参照组(n=40)和联合组(n=40)。参照组应用雷贝拉唑治疗,联合组应用雷贝拉唑治疗同时加用云南白药。观察比较两组用药效果、症状缓解时间、凝血功能、胃肠激素、炎性标志物和不良反应。结果联合组用药效果为97.50%,较参照组更高(P<0.05)。联合组止血时间、呕血停止时间、黑便停止时间、住院时间较参照组更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组与参照组D-二聚体、血小板计数、胃泌素、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞均显著改善,且联合组改善程度较参照组更优(P<0.05)。联合组头晕、腹部不适、恶心等不良反应与参照组无差异(P>0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者应用雷贝拉唑治疗的同时加用云南白药、能够显著地改善凝血功能,调节胃肠激素,改善胃肠功能,抑制炎性标志物表达,促使症状迅速缓解,疗效确切。 展开更多

子宫肉瘤是一类恶性间叶组织源性肿瘤,约占所有女性生殖道恶性肿瘤的1%,主要包括子宫平滑肌肉瘤、子宫内膜间质肉瘤、未分化子宫肉瘤及其他罕见的类型[包括子宫腺肉瘤(uterine adenosarcoma,UA)、血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤以及横纹肌肉瘤等... 子宫肉瘤是一类恶性间叶组织源性肿瘤,约占所有女性生殖道恶性肿瘤的1%,主要包括子宫平滑肌肉瘤、子宫内膜间质肉瘤、未分化子宫肉瘤及其他罕见的类型[包括子宫腺肉瘤(uterine adenosarcoma,UA)、血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤以及横纹肌肉瘤等]。其中UA占所有子宫肉瘤的5%~10%,好发于绝经后女性(平均58岁),但绝经前甚至青少年时期也可发病(占30%)[1]。 展开更多

Study on Application of Lumbar Hard Combined Block in Labor Analgesia

Objective: to study the value of lumbar combined block in labor analgesia. Methods: choose our hospital from February 2019 to September 2022 admitted natural delivery maternal 30 cases as the research object, using random digital table is divided into research group, control group, each 15 cases, all natural birth routine intervention, group also implement the waist hard combined block, two groups of maternal childbirth blood pressure and heart rate, pain, two groups of neonatal blood gas index, two groups of maternal and infant outcomes, etc. Results: after fetal delivery study group maternal systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate levels are lower than the control group, the end of the second stage, postpartum 2h, 24h, NRS score lower than the control group (P < 0.05), the difference between neonatal arterial blood oxygen pressure, arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure, pH blood gas index contrast no statistical difference, the two groups of adverse maternal and infant outcomes contrast no statistical difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: back hard combined block in labor analgesia is helpful to reduce maternal blood pressure and heart rate level, stabilize maternal vital signs, and significantly relieve maternal pain response. The combination block has no obvious effect on neonatal blood gas index and maternal and infant outcome, and the application safety is prominent. 展开更多
