目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV) E6/E7 mRNA联合P16/KI-67抗原(ki67)免疫细胞化学双染色检测对意义不明确的不典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)分流诊断的价值。方法选取272例患者,回顾性分析剩余的细胞学标本中HPV E6/E7 mRNA及P16/ki67免疫细胞化学双... 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV) E6/E7 mRNA联合P16/KI-67抗原(ki67)免疫细胞化学双染色检测对意义不明确的不典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)分流诊断的价值。方法选取272例患者,回顾性分析剩余的细胞学标本中HPV E6/E7 mRNA及P16/ki67免疫细胞化学双染色检测结果。HPV E6/E7 mRNA检测采用HPV E6/E7 mRNA检测试剂盒利用Panther分子诊断仪进行检测、P16/ki67采用免疫细胞化学染色利用Ventana Benchmark Ultra免疫组织化学染色仪进行。分析两种检测法在同级别宫颈上皮病变中阳性率的差异,探讨两种检测法及二者联合检测在诊断高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)的效能的差异,综合评估不同检测方法分流诊断ASCUS中的作用。结果宫颈细胞学ASCUS对应的组织病理学结果包括慢性宫颈炎、低级别鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)、HSIL到宫颈癌等。单纯分子诊断或免疫细胞化学染色检测阳性率随宫颈病变严重程度的加重而增加。在宫颈炎和LSIL病变组中,两种检测法阳性率之间的差异明显,在HSIL和宫颈癌病变组中,两种检测法阳性率之间无显著差异。联合检测法诊断HSIL以上病变的综合性能最佳,其灵敏度、特异度、约登指数、符合率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为95. 65%、85. 40%、0. 81、87. 13%、57. 14%、98. 97%。结论 HPV E6/E7 mRNA和P16/ki67免疫细胞化学染色检测均在ASCUS分流诊断中有一定的意义,联合检测HPV E6/E7 mRNA和P16/ki67明显提高分流诊断的灵敏度,保持了较好的特异度。 展开更多

目的:应用循证的方法制订骨科全身麻醉术后病人氧气驱动雾化吸入循证规范,并应用于临床实践中检验其应用效果。方法:检索PubMed、Wiley Online Library、The Cochrane Library、Springer Link、Elsevier Science Direct(SDOS)、中国期... 目的:应用循证的方法制订骨科全身麻醉术后病人氧气驱动雾化吸入循证规范,并应用于临床实践中检验其应用效果。方法:检索PubMed、Wiley Online Library、The Cochrane Library、Springer Link、Elsevier Science Direct(SDOS)、中国期刊全文数据库(CJFD)、维普信息资源系统、万方数据库中与氧气驱动雾化吸入主题相关的文献,总结最佳证据,并结合临床情景和专业判断,制订基于证据的质量审查标准,并在我院骨科病房开展质量审查。结果:共纳入3篇专家共识、3篇综述和1篇系统评价,总结出9条最佳证据。经临床实践后,护士对基于循证的氧气驱动雾化吸入9条指标的达标率均为100%;证据应用后,病人的咽喉部疼痛、声音嘶哑、咳嗽、咳痰症状以及病人舒适度得到改善(P<0.05)。结论:与传统雾化方案相比,基于循证的氧气驱动雾化吸入方案可提高骨科全身麻醉术后病人的雾化效果,减少咽喉部疼痛、声音嘶哑等相关并发症的发生,增加病人舒适度。 展开更多

目的探讨Chemerin/ChemR23与糖尿病肾病肾小球血管内皮细胞内皮-间质转分化(EndMT)的相关性。方法糖尿病无肾病患者(DM组)20例,糖尿病肾病患者(DN组)60例,分为3组,A组:尿白蛋白/尿肌酐(UACR)为30~300 mg/g,eGFR≥60 ml/(min·1.73 m... 目的探讨Chemerin/ChemR23与糖尿病肾病肾小球血管内皮细胞内皮-间质转分化(EndMT)的相关性。方法糖尿病无肾病患者(DM组)20例,糖尿病肾病患者(DN组)60例,分为3组,A组:尿白蛋白/尿肌酐(UACR)为30~300 mg/g,eGFR≥60 ml/(min·1.73 m^2)的患者20例;B组:UACR>300 mg/g,eGFR≥60 ml/(min·1.73 m^2)的患者20例;C组:UACR>300 mg/g,eGFR<60 ml/(min·1.73 m^2)的患者20例,以同期健康体检者(20例)为对照(NC组),ELISA法检测血清中Chemerin、TGF-β1的分泌量;DN患者中行肾活检术的共8例,以10例正常肾组织标本作对照,免疫组化检测肾组织Chemerin、ChemR23、α-SMA及CD31的表达。结果与NC组相比,DM组及DN组患者血清中Chemerin、TGF-β1的含量增加,且DN组升高更为明显,二者具有正相关性并随病情进展而逐渐增加;肾组织中Chemerin、ChemR23含量随糖尿病肾病病情进展而增加,α-SMA表达增多,CD31表达则减少。结论 Chemerin/ChemR23参与了DN中的EndMT过程。 展开更多

Through the dancer's body movements and the wonderful music rhythm, the dance can let the audience have a strong visual experience and fully appreciate the beauty contained therein. Music, on the other hand, enables the audience to have a sense of beauty through sound. There is a deep correlation between the two. Dance needs music to help it control the rhythm, and at the same time, the use of music melody can make the dance performance richer. Music performance is often monotonous. If it can be combined with dance, it will certainly increase the appeal of music, make music works more expressive, and fully express the emotion and theme in music works. Therefore, in high school teaching, the organic combination of music and dance can enable students to deepen their understanding of music and dance, enable students to learn better, and thus further improve students' learning effect.
