Methods: 60 patients with meniscus injury who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. The course of disease was more than 6 months. The patients were treated with intra-articular injection of PRP, once a week, 2.0ml/ time. According to the actual situation of the patients, 3-6 injections were given. The patients were followed up within 6 months after treatment, and the early efficacy of PRP injection was evaluated according to Lysholm score, VAS score and stolller graduation. Results: compared with 6 months after treatment, the Lysholm score of patients was significantly improved, which was (65.2 ± 4.7) points before treatment and (72.6 ± 4.8) points after 6 months of treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The VAS score decreased significantly, which was (4.4 ± 0.8) points before treatment and (2.3 ± 0.6) points after 6 months of treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Stollers graduation: After 6 months of treatment, 8 patients reached 0 degree, the number of patients with grade I increased significantly, and the number of patients with grade II decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant, P 0.05. Conclusion: platelet rich plasma has a significant effect on patients with chronic meniscus injury, which can effectively improve the knee function and relieve the pain of patients, and has high clinical promotion value.展开更多
