为了阐明光周期对草地贪夜蛾生长发育和生殖能力的影响,在25℃条件下,设置5个光周期(L∥D=16 h∥8 h、L∥D=14 h∥10 h、L∥D=12 h∥12 h、L∥D=10 h∥14 h和L∥D=8 h∥16 h)测定不同光周期条件下草地贪夜蛾的生长发育参数和生殖参数并... 为了阐明光周期对草地贪夜蛾生长发育和生殖能力的影响,在25℃条件下,设置5个光周期(L∥D=16 h∥8 h、L∥D=14 h∥10 h、L∥D=12 h∥12 h、L∥D=10 h∥14 h和L∥D=8 h∥16 h)测定不同光周期条件下草地贪夜蛾的生长发育参数和生殖参数并建立两性生命表。结果表明,L∥D=12 h∥12 h时草地贪夜蛾的幼虫历期(17.53 d)和产卵前期(5.73 d)最长,L∥D=16 h∥8 h时幼虫历期(15.12 d)和产卵前期(4.18 d)最短。各发育阶段存活率在L∥D=16 h∥8 h时最高,在L∥D=12 h∥12 h和L∥D=10 h∥14 h时最低。产卵整齐度(PFO)在L∥D=10 h∥14 h时最大(2.82 d),在L∥D=14 h∥10 h最小(1.42 d)。L∥D=14 h∥10 h时成虫的产卵量(1950.64粒)、产卵历期(7.48 d)以及交配次数(3.55次)和交配率(95.25%)均高于其余光周期。L∥D=16 h∥8 h和L∥D=14 h∥10 h时净增殖率、内禀增长率和周限增长率均高于其余光周期。本文的结果表明,长光照条件下草地贪夜蛾的生殖能力和发育速度均高于短光照。 展开更多

Pectin contributes greatly to cell wall phosphorus(P)remobilization.However,it is currently unclear whether the methylesterification degree of the pectin,which is related to the activity of pectin methylesterases(PMEs),is also involved in this process.Here,we demonstrated that elevated PME activity can facilitate the remobilization of P deposited in the cell wall.P-deficient conditions resulted in the reduction of root cell wall P content.This reduction was more pronounced in Nipponbare than in Kasalath,in company with a significant increment of the PME activity,indicating a possible relationship between elevated PME activity and cell wall P remobilization.This hypothesis was supported by in vitro experiments,as pectin with lower methylesterification degree had higher ability to release inorganic P(Pi)from insoluble FePO_(4).Furthermore,among the 35 OsPME members in rice,only the expression of OsPME14 showed a relationship with PME activity.In addition,transgenic rice lines overexpressing OsPME14 had increased PME activity,released more P from the root cell wall,and more resistant to P deficiency.In conclusion,PMEs enhance P remobilization in P-starved rice by increasing PME activity in Nipponbare,which in turn helps to remobilize P from the cell wall,and thus makes more available P. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of row needling at the Governor Vessel on the head for poststroke insomnia,analyze the changes of sleep structure,serum amino acid neurotransmitters,vascular endothelial cell... Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of row needling at the Governor Vessel on the head for poststroke insomnia,analyze the changes of sleep structure,serum amino acid neurotransmitters,vascular endothelial cell function and cognitive function,in order to explore the mechanism of this therapy.Methods:A total of 41 patients with poststroke insomnia were included in an observation group and treated with row needing at the Governor Vessel on the head;33 patients with poststroke insomnia were included in a control group and given routine acupuncture treatment.The patients in both groups were treated consecutively for one month.The efficacy was observed and the changes of related indicators were compared.Results:After treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep latency in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total sleep duration,deep sleep duration,light sleep duration and rapid eye movement sleep duration in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total waking duration and the waking times over 5 min were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum glutamic acid,γ-aminobutyric acid,calcitonin gene-related peptide,brain-derived neurotrophic factor,nerve growth factor and nitric oxide levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,bradykinin,and endothelin-1 levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the mini-mental state examination score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Row needling at the Governor Vessel on the head can effectively improve the sleep structure,cognitive function,and sleep quality of patients with poststroke insomnia.The possible mechanisms are regulating serum amino acid neurotransmitters and improving the function of vascular endothelial cells. 展开更多
