自发性脑出血是指非外伤情况下各种原因导致脑血管破裂而引起的脑实质出血,具有高发病率、高致死率、高致残率的特点。针对出血所致原发性脑损伤的治疗效果并不理想,越来越多的研究将重点放在了继发性脑损伤的治疗。脑水肿是脑出血后必... 自发性脑出血是指非外伤情况下各种原因导致脑血管破裂而引起的脑实质出血,具有高发病率、高致死率、高致残率的特点。针对出血所致原发性脑损伤的治疗效果并不理想,越来越多的研究将重点放在了继发性脑损伤的治疗。脑水肿是脑出血后必然出现的病理生理过程,是最重要的继发性脑损伤之一,与患者预后直接相关。近年来对脑出血后脑水肿的临床前试验提供了许多新的药物治疗潜在靶点,但由于研究设计、样本量等多方面的不足,这些药物尚未有效转化到临床试验中,需要更多大规模、设计严谨的前瞻性临床试验的探索与验证。目前尚无明确改善脑出血预后的脑水肿治疗药物。本文总结了脑出血后脑水肿的病理生理学机制及目前具有转化潜力的治疗脑出血后脑水肿的药物供研究者参考。 展开更多

And the research emphatically studiesvarious technologic factors to improve customer satisfaction and their corresponding implementmethods in operating assembly line. In addition, the models are proposed for operating assembly lineunder dynamic process environment in mass customization. A genetic approach is developed to providethe optimal solution to the models. An interaction dynamics model based on motion synchronization is first established. Considering the mobility of mobile robot networks, we propose a relay switched, distributed topology control for the scalable network to drive neMy added robots to the most suitable positions with more neighbors as well as self-heal the blank positions of failed robots, and give a metric of the topology structure for evaluating the performance of network topologies. Then, we prove the stability of motion synchronization with the individual control based on Lyapunov exponent. Finally, the results of simulations have demonstrated the validity of the proposed modeling and control methods. 展开更多

The parameter uncertainties are described by real time-varying norm-bounded form. A methodology is developed for designing linear filters such that the filtering process remains robustly stable and the transfer function from the disturbance inputs to error state outputs meets the prescribed H∞-norm upper-bound constraints. The filter can be obtained and parameterized by solving two Riccati equations based on the lemma of robust stability for control system with delay. In operating process, electro-chemical reaction and the humidity of proton exchange membrane vary sensibly with it, the variation of operating temperature has a significant influence on the output performance and lifespan of fuel cells. The most existing PEMFC mathematical models are too complicated to apply in on-line control process, so it is necessary to find a simple accurate stable control method. In this paper, a novel genetic algorithm (NGA) is presented, which possesses stronger global searching and local optimizing capacities than SGA. NGA is applied to optimize rapidly the weights of neural network according to the population of excellent individuals, neural networks technique is used to establish a self-adjusted control model for PEMFC system. The corona-like spikes or peplomers on the surface of the virion under electronic microscope are the most striking features of coronaviruses. The S (spike) protein is the largest structural protein, with 1,255 amino acids, in the viral genome. Its structure can be divided into three regions: a long N-terminal region in the exterior, a characteristic transmembrane (TM) region, and a short C-terminus in the interior of a virion. We detected fifteen substitutions of nucleotides by comparisons with the seventeen published SARS-CoV genome sequences, eight (53.3%) of which are non-synonymous mutations leading to amino acid alternations with predicted physiochemical changes. The possible antigenic determinants of the S protein are predicted, and the result is confirmed by ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) with synthesized peptides. Another profound finding is that three disulfide bonds are defined at the C-terminus with the N-terminus of the E (envelope) protein, based on the typical sequence and positions, thus establishing the structural connection with these two important structural proteins, if confirmed. Phyloge-netic analysis reveals several conserved regions that might be potent drug targets. 展开更多

We report a complete genomic sequence of rare isolates (minor genotype) of the SARS-CoV from SARS patients in Guangdong, China, where the first few cases emerged. The most striking discovery from the isolate is an extra 29-nucleotide sequence located at the nucleotide positions between 27,863 and 27,864 (referred to the complete sequence of BJ01) within an overlapped region composed of BGI-PUP5 (BGI-postulated uncharacterized protein 5) and BGI-PUP6 upstream of the N (nucleocapsid) protein. The discovery of this minor genotype, GD-Ins29, suggests a significant genetic event and differentiates it from the previously reported genotype, the dominant form among all sequenced SARS-CoV isolates. A 17-nt segment of this extra sequence is identical to a segment of the same size in two human mRNA sequences that may interfere with viral genome replication and transcription in the cytosol of the infected cells. It provides a new avenue for the exploration of the virus-host interaction in viral evolution, host pathogenesis, and vaccine development. 展开更多
