Background N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)methylation is a key epigenetic modification that can modulate gene expression and strongly affect mammalian developmental processes.However,the genome-wide methylation of long ...Background N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)methylation is a key epigenetic modification that can modulate gene expression and strongly affect mammalian developmental processes.However,the genome-wide methylation of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)and its implications for the development of skeletal muscle remain poorly understood.Bovine skeletal muscle samples from five developmental stages were analyzed in this study to establish lncRNA methylome and transcriptomic maps.Results Globally,59.67%of lncRNAs in skeletal muscle with m^(6)A modifications,and this percentage decreased progressively during development.lncRNA expression levels were positively associated with the number of m^(6)A peaks,with lncRNAs possessing 3 or more peaks showing significantly higher expression levels than those with 1 or 2 peaks.Specific lncRNAs involved in skeletal muscle development were identified through two analytical approaches.The first approach employed weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA)of transcriptomic data to identify correlations between annotated lncRNAs and growth-related traits,resulting in 21 candidate hub lncRNAs.The intersection of these 21 hub lncRNAs with 151 differentially methylated lncRNAs(DM-lncRNAs)identified 10 shared candidate lncRNAs.The second approach integrated MeRIP-seq and RNA-seq data to identify 36 lncRNAs that were both differentially m^(6)A modified and differentially expressed(dme-lncRNAs).GO and KEGG enrichment analyses of cis-target genes associated with these dme-lncRNAs identified eight candidate lncRNAs.Combining the results from the two approaches identified 16 key m^(6)A-modified lncRNAs likely involved in skeletal muscle development.Conclusions These findings highlight the regulatory and functional significance of dynamic lncRNA methylation in skeletal muscle development.展开更多
The 2D/3D heterojunction perovskites have garnered increasing attention due to their exceptional moisture and thermal stability.However,few works have paid attention to the influence of the subsequent change process o...The 2D/3D heterojunction perovskites have garnered increasing attention due to their exceptional moisture and thermal stability.However,few works have paid attention to the influence of the subsequent change process of 2D/3D heterojunction PSC on the stability of PSCs.Moreover,the evolution of the interface and carrier dynamic behavior of the 2D/3D perovskite films with long-term operation has not been systematically developed befo re.In this work,the effects of 2D/3 D heterojunction evolution on the interface of perovskite films and different carrier dynamics during 2D/3D evolution are systematically analyzed for the first time.The decomposition of 2D/3D heterojunction in the perovskite film will have a certain impact on the surface and carrier dynamics behavior of perovskite.During the evolution of 2D/3D heterojunction,PbI_(2)crystals will appear,which will improve the interfacial energy level matching between the electron transport layer and perovskite film.With a long evolution time,some holes will appear on the surface of perovskite film.The open circuit voltage(V_(OC))of PSCs increased from 1.14 to1.18 V and the PCE increased to 23.21%after 300 h storage in the nitrogen atmosphere,and maintained 89%initial performance for with 3000 h stability test in N_(2)box.This discovery has a significant role in promoting the development of inverted heterojunction PSCs and constructing the revolution mechanism of charge carrier dynamic.展开更多
Solar magnetic field measurements mainly use the Zeeman effect,but this method has two problems,namely,low accuracy of the transverse magnetic field components and a 180°ambiguity.Multi-perspective observations c...Solar magnetic field measurements mainly use the Zeeman effect,but this method has two problems,namely,low accuracy of the transverse magnetic field components and a 180°ambiguity.Multi-perspective observations can increase the measurement accuracy and resolve the ambiguity.This study investigates how combined observations from the Sun-Earth L5 point,Sun-Earth line,and solar polar-orbiting satellites improve the accuracy of the transverse solar magnetic field under different satellite positional configurations.A three-satellite model is developed using spherical trigonometry to establish coordinate relationships,and the error propagation formulas are applied to correc transverse field measurement errors.The magnetic field measurement error distribution of the Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager is analyzed,and the magnetograms from the three satellites are simulated.The improvement to the transverse field accuracy under various satellite configurations is then assessed based on simulation results.The results show that multi-perspective measurements can reduce transverse component errorsΔB_(x)to approximately 10%andΔB_(y)to about 15%compared to the error from a single satellite.An optimally designed polar orbit can decrease the transverse field error by nearly an order of magnitude for 80%of its operation time.展开更多
