The Sn−2Al filler metal was utilized to bond W90 tungsten heavy alloys by the ultrasonic-assisted coating technology in atmospheric environment at 250℃.The effects of ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on microstructure and interfacial strength of Sn−2Al/W90 interface were investigated.The ultrasound improved the wettability of Sn−2Al filler metal on W90 surface.As the ultrasonic power increased and ultrasonic time increased,the size of Al phase in seam decreased.The maximum value of Sn−2Al/W90 interfacial strength reached 30.1 MPa.Based on the acoustic pressure simulation and bubble dynamics,the intensity of cavitation effect was proportional to ultrasonic power.The generated high temperature and high pressure by cavitation effect reached 83799.6 K and 1.26×10^(14) Pa,respectively. 展开更多

Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection remains a pivotal driver of chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and gastric cancer,yet its eradication is increasingly frustrated by climbing antibiotic resistance and intolerable side-effects of standard triple or quadruple therapies.In recent years,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),a strategy that reconstructs the gut ecosystem by introducing a healthy donor microbiome,has emerged as a novel adjunct or alternative.By competitively excluding H.pylori,reinforcing mucosal barrier integrity,modulating host immunity and secreting bacteriocins,FMT can raise eradication rates,relieve dyspeptic symptoms and lower recurrence.This review synthesizes up-to-date pre-clinical,pilot and controlled clinical data,dissects underlying mechanisms,compares delivery routes,donor screening protocols and safety profiles,and discusses regulatory,ethical and standardization hurdles that must be overcome before large-scale clinical application. 展开更多

Successful Treatment of a Child with Ruptured Arteriovenous Malformation Using Onyx Embolization: A Case Report

Introduction: Arteriovenous Malformations (AVMs) arising deep in the basal ganglia and thalamus encompass a very small fraction of total cerebral AVMs and are rarely encountered in neurosurgery. The rate of rupture of these AVMs is very uncommon making our case more thought-provoking. Case presentation: We present a case of 8-year-old boy with 3 days’ history of an intermittent headache with nausea and vomiting. Computer tomographic angiography (CTA) confirmed right basal ganglia and dorsal thalamic hematoma with numerous tortuous blood vessels around the hematoma. Conclusion: We successfully treated this child with ruptured deep seated cerebral AVMs using Onyx embolization with no further neurological deficits. 展开更多

为解决类电磁机制(electromagnetism-like mechanism,ELM)算法在配电网故障定位问题中存在的收敛速度较慢且易陷入局部最优的问题,提出了一种改进的二进制类电磁机制(binary electromagnetism-like mechanism,BELM)算法。首先引入Sobol... 为解决类电磁机制(electromagnetism-like mechanism,ELM)算法在配电网故障定位问题中存在的收敛速度较慢且易陷入局部最优的问题,提出了一种改进的二进制类电磁机制(binary electromagnetism-like mechanism,BELM)算法。首先引入Sobol序列初始化种群,以保证初始种群的质量;其次,基于适应度值将种群划分为优质种群和普通种群,并针对这两个子种群分别采用最优粒子引导策略和基于XOR运算的局部搜索策略,前者引导优质粒子前往潜在最佳位置,加快收敛速度;后者通过与精英粒子的信息交流,进行全局探索和丰富种群多样性。最后通过对合力计算和粒子移动规则的改进,进一步改善算法搜索效率。仿真实验结果表明,相较于其他算法,所提算法在配电网定位故障问题中具有准确率高、收敛速度快等优点。 展开更多

Due to their persistence,bioaccumulation,and resistance to degradation,perfluorinated substances(PFASs)have significant impacts on the environment and human health.This study comprehensively analyzed and assessed the occurrence characteristics,sources,and potential ecological risks of 13 PFASs in the Yangtze River.The results indicated that the concentrations ofΣPFASs range from 5.1 to 57.7 ng/L,with more severe pollution downstream and perfluorobutane sulfonate(PFBuS)being the main pollutant.ΣPFASs showed a positive correlation with total organic carbon and absorbance under the condition of UV wavelength 254 nm(UV_(254)),and a negative correlation with total dissolved solids.Positive matrix factorization model analysis revealed that the primary sources of PFASs in the study area are food packaging,the electroplating industry,and the manufacturing and processing of fluoropolymer-containing products.The total ecological risk value of PFASs indicated that the ecological risks to algae,invertebrates,and fish are negligible.The annual load of ΣPFASs in the Yangtze River was 39.00 t,with the highest concentrations of pollutants being PFBuS(26.41 t/year),perfluorobutanoic acid(6.47 t/year),and perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA,3.19t/year).While PFASs have not yet posed a risk to aquatic organisms,the increase in the use of short-chain PFASs substitutes(C4-C7)due to the regulation of PFOA and perfluorooctane sulfonate highlights the need for continued monitoring of short-chain PFASs pollution. 展开更多

目的:比较白内障术前应用不同浓度聚维酮碘(PI)在结膜囊作用不同时间,观察PI的消毒效果,以及对结膜囊菌群、眼表的影响,筛选PI的最佳浓度和作用时间。方法:本研究为前瞻性研究,选择2015-06/2017-06于我院行白内障手术患者270例270眼,根... 目的:比较白内障术前应用不同浓度聚维酮碘(PI)在结膜囊作用不同时间,观察PI的消毒效果,以及对结膜囊菌群、眼表的影响,筛选PI的最佳浓度和作用时间。方法:本研究为前瞻性研究,选择2015-06/2017-06于我院行白内障手术患者270例270眼,根据用药浓度(5、1、0.5g/L)随机分为三组,每组90眼。根据不同作用时间(30s,1、2min)进一步随机分配各个亚组,每亚组各30眼。患者按分组情况进行术前PI结膜囊冲洗,并于冲洗前后进行结膜囊细菌样本采集,比较PI冲洗前后结膜囊细菌菌群变化和细菌培养阳性情况。同时比较术前3d与术后1、3d,1wk,1、3mo的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(CFS)变化,观察PI冲洗结膜囊对眼表的影响。结果:(1)结膜囊菌群变化:PI冲洗前结膜囊细菌培养共12种,其中革兰氏阳性菌9种,革兰氏阴性菌3种;PI冲洗后结膜囊细菌培养共4种,其中革兰氏阳性菌2种,革兰氏阴性菌2种。(2)结膜囊细菌培养阳性情况的比较:PI冲洗前结膜囊细菌培养阳性15眼,冲洗后细菌培养阳性5眼,PI冲洗前后细菌培养阳性眼数减少(P<0.05)。(3)安全性:所有患者术后末次随访,术眼均未发生眼内炎,除0.5g/L、30s组及5g/L、2min组外的所有组别,BUT均在术后3mo恢复术前水平。0.5g/L、30s组BUT术后1mo就恢复到术前水平,5g/L、2min组BUT至术后3mo仍未恢复至术前;所有组别CFS均在术后1mo恢复至术前水平。结论:0.5g/L PI结膜囊冲洗30s能有效减少结膜囊细菌,较其他作用时间和浓度组对眼表的损伤更小,用于白内障术前结膜囊消毒是安全有效的。 展开更多

抚育间伐对杉木幼龄林生长及林下植物的影响

以广西沙塘林场杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)9年生人工林为研究对象,2021年设置4种不同间伐强度,分别为未间伐(CK,0%)、轻度间伐(LT,15%)、中度间伐(MT,28%)、重度间伐(HT,42%),间伐当年对林分胸径、树高进行记录,3年后对林分胸径、... 以广西沙塘林场杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)9年生人工林为研究对象,2021年设置4种不同间伐强度,分别为未间伐(CK,0%)、轻度间伐(LT,15%)、中度间伐(MT,28%)、重度间伐(HT,42%),间伐当年对林分胸径、树高进行记录,3年后对林分胸径、树高及林下植物物种多样性、盖度进行调查并分析数据.结果表明,间伐可以显著促进杉木胸径生长,促进程度与间伐强度成正比,且不同处理之间均有显著性差异,间伐可以短期内增加树高,但长期来看对树高的影响不大;间伐3年后,间伐样地林下植物种类和多样性指数均多于未间伐,林下植物种类数量与间伐强度成正比,重度间伐林下植物多样性指数与未间伐有显著性差异.抚育间伐可以促进杉木幼龄林胸径生长和形成稳定的林下植物群落,但对树高影响有限.重度间伐即间伐强度为42%在促进林木生长和增加林下植物多样性方面效果最好. 展开更多

为解决现有方法在处理不平衡数据时性能欠佳、网络安全检测延迟较长以及误检率较高等问题,文章提出一种在不平衡数据环境下,基于GRU-CNN模型的网络安全检测方法。应用混合采样算法处理网络运行不平衡数据,采用并行结构改进GRU-CNN模型,... 为解决现有方法在处理不平衡数据时性能欠佳、网络安全检测延迟较长以及误检率较高等问题,文章提出一种在不平衡数据环境下,基于GRU-CNN模型的网络安全检测方法。应用混合采样算法处理网络运行不平衡数据,采用并行结构改进GRU-CNN模型,通过GRU捕捉网络运行数据中的时序特征,利用CNN提取网络运行数据中的空间特征,融合处理时序特征与空间特征,计算其与已有网络异常特征集合之间相关系数,与制定阈值进行比较,从而实现网络安全的有效检测。实验结果显示,该方法应用后不同类别编号数据集合中的数据量极为相近,网络安全检测延迟最小值为3 min,网络安全误检率最小值为3.2%。 展开更多

Association of Life’s Essential 8 and Life’s Simple 7 with metabolicassociated fatty liver disease in the United States

BACKGROUND Cardiovascular health(CVH)plays a crucial role in overall health,but its association with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)remains unclear.AIM To investigate the relationship between CVH,measured using Life’s Essential 8(LE8)and Life’s Simple 7(LS7),and the prevalence of MAFLD.METHODS This cross-sectional study had a sample of 2234 individuals,representing approximately 120 million individuals in the United States.Baseline parameters were compared between the LE8 and LS7 groups.Logistic regression models were used to evaluate the relationship between LE8,LS7,and MAFLD,while taking into account confounding factors.The investigation employed restricted cubic splines to investigate non-linear associations.Subgroup analyses and sensitivity studies were performed to evaluate the strength and reliability of the results.RESULTS Higher LE8 and LS7 scores were significantly associated with a decreased risk of MAFLD,even after controlling for demographic,socioeconomic,and clinical variables.This association demonstrated a non-linear pattern,with the most dramatic risk reduction observed at higher CVH levels.Individual CVH components,notably healthy behaviors and factors,exhibited strong relationships with MAFLD.Subgroup analyses indicated consistent relationships across several demographics.Sensitivity tests utilizing other MAFLD definitions validated the robustness of the findings.CONCLUSION Higher adherence to CVH criteria,as indicated by LE8 and LS7 scores,is associated with a significantly lower risk of MAFLD.These results emphasize the need to advance CVH to control and avoid MAFLD. 展开更多

A case study on the stability of a big underground powerhouse cavern cut by an interlayer shear zone in the China Baihetan hydropower plant

The big underground powerhouse cavern of the China Baihetan hydropower plant is 438m long,34m wide,and 88.7m high.It is cut by a weak interlayer shear zone and its high sidewall poses a huge stability problem.This paper reports our successful solution of this problem through numerical simulations and a replacement-tunnel scheme in the detailed design stage and close site monitoring in the excavation stage.Particularly,in the detail design stage,mechanical parameters of the shear zone were carefully determined through laboratory experiments and site tests.Then,deformation of the surrounding rocks and the shear zone under high in situ stress conditions was predicted using 3 Dimensional Distinct Element Code(3DEC).Subsequently,a replacement-tunnel scheme was proposed for the treatment on the shear zone to prevent severe unloading relaxation of surrounding rocks.In the construction period,excavation responses were closely monitored on deformations of surrounding rocks and the shear zone.The effect of local cracking in the replacement tunnels on sidewall stability was evaluated using the strength reduction method.These monitoring results were compared with the predicted numerical simulation in the detailed design stage.It is found that the shear zone greatly modified the deformation mode of the cavern surrounding rocks.Without any treatment,rock mass deformation on the downstream sidewall was larger than 125mm and the shearing deformation of the shear zone was 60–70 mm.These preset replacement tunnels can reduce not only the unloading and relaxation of rock masses but also the maximum shearing deformation of the shear zone by 10–20 mm.The predictions by numerical simulation were in good agreement with the monitoring results.The proposed tunnel-replacement scheme can not only restrain the shear zone deformation but also enhance the safety of surrounding rocks and concrete tunnels.This design procedure offers a good reference for interaction between a big underground cavern and a weak layer zone in the future. 展开更多

Active distribution network(ADN)planning is crucial for achieving a cost-effective transition to modern power systems,yet it poses significant challenges as the system scale increases.The advent of quantum computing offers a transformative approach to solve ADN planning.To fully leverage the potential of quantum computing,this paper proposes a photonic quantum acceleration algorithm.First,a quantum-accelerated framework for ADN planning is proposed on the basis of coherent photonic quantum computers.The ADN planning model is then formulated and decomposed into discrete master problems and continuous subproblems to facilitate the quantum optimization process.The photonic quantum-embedded adaptive alternating direction method of multipliers(PQA-ADMM)algorithm is subsequently proposed to equivalently map the discrete master problem onto a quantum-interpretable model,enabling its deployment on a photonic quantum computer.Finally,a comparative analysis with various solvers,including Gurobi,demonstrates that the proposed PQA-ADMM algorithm achieves significant speedup on the modified IEEE 33-node and IEEE 123-node systems,highlighting its effectiveness. 展开更多

目的探索基于“互联网+”的慢性健康管理在老年原发性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月接诊的400例老年原发性高血压患者,采用随机原则将其分为对照组(212例)、观察组(188例)。对照组接受常规慢性病管理,观察组在... 目的探索基于“互联网+”的慢性健康管理在老年原发性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月接诊的400例老年原发性高血压患者,采用随机原则将其分为对照组(212例)、观察组(188例)。对照组接受常规慢性病管理,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于“互联网+”的慢性健康管理。比较两组干预前、后的收缩压、舒张压以及随访1年后的用药依从性、肾功能损伤、脑出血及高血压相关死亡发生情况。结果两组干预后的收缩压、舒张压均明显低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的用药依从性明显优于对照组,肾功能损伤及脑出血发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的高血压相关死亡发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的慢性健康管理有利于降低老年原发性高血压患者血压水平,减少肾功能损伤及脑出血的发生,提高用药依从性。 展开更多

目的探讨嗜铬粒蛋白A衍生多肽CHR(chromofungin)对LPS所诱导的永生化人脑微血管内皮细胞高通透性的影响。方法分别用LPS、CHR、CGA4-16作用于人脑微血管内皮细胞(human brain microvascular endothelial cells,HBMEC),用CCK8法检测不同... 目的探讨嗜铬粒蛋白A衍生多肽CHR(chromofungin)对LPS所诱导的永生化人脑微血管内皮细胞高通透性的影响。方法分别用LPS、CHR、CGA4-16作用于人脑微血管内皮细胞(human brain microvascular endothelial cells,HBMEC),用CCK8法检测不同浓度LPS刺激HBMEC细胞活力变化;EVOM法及Transwell小室法检测内皮细胞相对通透性;Western blot及RT-PCR法检测紧密连接蛋白(ZO-1和Claudin-5)的表达情况。结果与空白组相比,随着LPS浓度增加,HBMEC细胞的活性受到显著抑制(P<0.05)。随着LPS作用时间延长,其细胞内紧密连接蛋白ZO-1、Claudin-5的表达逐渐下调,6 h后蛋白表达量降到最低(P<0.05),12 h和24 h后其蛋白表达与6 h相比无明显差异。LPS作用下HBMEC单层细胞电阻值明显降低(t=-18.214,P<0.001),细胞通透性显著升高(t=6.083,P=0.004),ZO-1、Claudin-5的蛋白和mRNA表达明显下调(P<0.05),而CHR可显著改善上述变化。结论嗜铬粒蛋白A衍生多肽CHR能通过上调紧密连接相关蛋白的表达从而改善LPS所致的脑微血管内皮细胞高通透性。 展开更多

目的分析精子正常形态率、顶体完整率及顶体反应率与补救卵胞浆内单精子注射(补救ICSI)结局的相关性。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2018年12月期间在广西壮族自治区人民医院生殖医学与遗传中心行常规IVF失败需行补救ICSI的125对不孕夫妇... 目的分析精子正常形态率、顶体完整率及顶体反应率与补救卵胞浆内单精子注射(补救ICSI)结局的相关性。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2018年12月期间在广西壮族自治区人民医院生殖医学与遗传中心行常规IVF失败需行补救ICSI的125对不孕夫妇的临床资料。根据妊娠情况分为妊娠组(n=56)及未妊娠组(n=69),比较两组患者的基本情况、精液常规参数及受精移植情况;采用Spearman等级分析精子正常形态率、顶体完整率及顶体反应率与补救ICSI结局的相关性。结果两组患者的基本资料及精液常规参数均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。行补救ICSI后两组患者的受精率、卵裂率、优胚率也均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但妊娠组优质胚胎数显著高于未妊娠组(P<0.05)。Spearman等级分析结果显示:精子正常形态率与受精率、卵裂率存在显著相关性(P<0.05),与优胚率无显著相关性(P>0.05);精子顶体完整率与优胚率存在显著相关性(P<0.05),与受精率、卵裂率均无显著相关性(P>0.05);精子顶体反应率与受精率、卵裂率及优胚率均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。在补救ICSI周期中,临床妊娠率为44.80%(56/125),活产率为39.20%(49/125),包括单胎31例和双胎18例。结论补救ICSI可获得较好的临床妊娠结局,是IVF受精失败后不错的选择方案,优胚数与其妊娠结局相关,精子正常形态率、顶体完整率是影响胚胎发育的重要因素。 展开更多

目的:探讨龟鹿二仙胶(Guilu Erxian glue,GLEXG)对氧化损伤小鼠GC-1精原(mouse GC-1 spermatogonial,MGS)细胞模型的影响及潜在作用机制。方法:过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))处理MGS细胞构建氧化损伤细胞模型。通过细胞计数试剂盒-8测定法评估... 目的:探讨龟鹿二仙胶(Guilu Erxian glue,GLEXG)对氧化损伤小鼠GC-1精原(mouse GC-1 spermatogonial,MGS)细胞模型的影响及潜在作用机制。方法:过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))处理MGS细胞构建氧化损伤细胞模型。通过细胞计数试剂盒-8测定法评估细胞活力。运用流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附测定分别检测活性氧(ROS)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。通过蛋白印迹和免疫荧光测定sequestosome-1(p62)、核因子红细胞相关因子2(Nrf2)、微管相关蛋白轻链3β(LC3B)和Kelch样ECH相关蛋白1(Keap1)的表达。通过实时定量聚合酶链反应评估Keap1相对mRNA的表达。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察自噬相关囊泡的结构变化。结果:H_(2)O_(2)诱导的氧化损伤细胞模型表现出细胞活力下降,ROS和MDA水平升高。10%浓度GLEXG含药血清治疗后细胞活力显著上升(P=0.0002),ROS和MDA水平显著下降(P=0.0105和P=0.0033)。在雷帕霉素处理的MGS细胞中,GLEXG治疗可显著上调p-mTOR、Nrf2和p62蛋白表达(均P<0.01),下调Keap1蛋白表达和LC3B-II/LC3B-1比值(P=0.002和P=0.0043),并可降低细胞内ROS和MDA水平。TEM分析显示GLEXG治疗显著减少雷帕霉素处理的MGS细胞中异常增大的自溶体数量。在Keap1-siRNA转染的MGS细胞中,siRNA-Keap1-2311敲除位点显示出更高的效率。此外,在这些Keap1-siRNA转染的细胞中,GLEXG治疗可显著上调Nrf2和p62的蛋白表达,下调Keap1蛋白表达和LC3B-II/LC3B-I比值,并降低细胞内ROS和MDA水平。结论:GLEXG通过Keap1/Nrf2通路抑制自噬,有效减轻MGS细胞模型的氧化损伤。 展开更多
