The results show that the Coulomb effect is of paramount importance for filling up the dips of differential cross sections. We claim that the present result for inelastic scattering of antiproton-12C is sufficiently reliable to be a guide for measurements in the very near future. We also believe that antiproton nucleus elastic and inelastic scattering may produce new information on both the nuclear structure and the antinucleon-nucleon interaction, in particular the p-neutron interaction.展开更多

Methods: the study participants were selected as the patients with acute secretory otitis media who were admitted to our hospital in a certain period of time. The selected period was set from March 2021 to February 2022. The total number of patients enrolled in the study was set as 50. The study was based on the random number table. 25 patients were assigned to the control group and treated with conventional western medicine;25 cases in the observation group were treated with conventional western medicine and Sanao decoction. The key point of the study lies in the statistics and comparison of the overall effects of the two treatment schemes after treatment. The key indicators include the treatment effect evaluation results, TCM syndrome score, average hearing air conduction threshold, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment. Results: compared with the control group treated with single western medicine, the treatment effect of the observation group supplemented with Sanao decoction was better, and there was a great difference in the total effective rate between the groups ((24.153;P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score and average hearing air conduction threshold data (t0.364, 0.167;P > 0.05);After the treatment, the TCM syndrome score and average hearing air conduction threshold of the selected personnel in the two groups decreased, but compared with the observation group supplemented with Sanao decoction, the index values of the observation group were lower, and the comparison results between the groups were significantly different (t10.807, 2.249;P < 0.05). The observation group supplemented with Sanao decoction had fewer cases of adverse reactions, and there was a significant difference in the total incidence between the groups ((26.640;P < 0.05). Conclusion: during the treatment of acute secretory otitis media, Sanao decoction can improve the overall curative effect. Compared with single western medicine, it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients faster and promote their early recovery, which is worthy of active reference in clinical practice.展开更多
