Methods: in 30 patients treated with appendecectomy from May 2020 to August 2022, the randomized digital chart was divided into study group and control group, with 15 cases in each control group. On this basis, the two groups evaluated the patients perioperative inflammatory condition, HAMA, HAMD score, intervention satisfaction, and perioperative complication rate. Results: the levels of C reactive protein, vascular endothelial growth factor and other inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than the control group, HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than the control group, and SERVQUAL scale scores were higher (P < 0.05) between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: perioperative predictive treatment in appendectomy patients has an outstanding value in promoting early postoperative inflammatory status improvement, improving patient psychological status and intervention satisfaction, and has an insignificant impact on postoperative complications, which may be related to less case base.展开更多
