Methods: from May 2020 to April 2021, a total of 160 patients with coronary heart disease were clinically treated in our hospital, and 60 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris were selected as the main object of this study. According to the requirements of this study, groups and different types of nursing methods were made. After the end of nursing, the indexes of angina pectoris and the quality of life of the two groups of patients were investigated and counted, and finally the data were analyzed. Results: the results showed that the number of normal maintenance of blood lipid, blood sugar and blood pressure in the observation group was more than that in the control group, and the number of angina pectoris was less than that in the control group. The quality of life score in observation group was higher than that in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: coronary heart disease (CHD) is a common cardiovascular disease, which is complicated with angina pectoris. There is no effective treatment for this disease at present. In this paper, patients suffering from coronary heart disease with angina pectoris to implement predictive nursing measures, on the nursing effect to explore. The results showed that the nursing method can effectively improve the patient's blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid indicators, while the quality of life of patients has been improved to some extent. It is proved that predictive nursing has good clinical effect on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris and can be carried out in more places and hospitals.展开更多
