Methods: from December 2021 to June 2022, 78 patients with PIH were enrolled in our hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, while the observation group was treated with nifedipine. The curative effects of patients in the observation and control groups were compared. Results: before treatment, the blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared, and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). After treatment, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (97.44%) was higher than that of the control group (76.92%), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Hcy and Cys-C levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension, the curative effect of combined medication is better than that of single medication, its blood pressure level is stable, and it is not easy to induce adverse reactions. It is recommended that the two drugs be used together clinically.展开更多
