Methods: 120 patients with musculoskeletal joints of limbs diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected for interventional ultrasound diagnosis, and the clinical diagnosis was analyzed. Results: 181 operations were performed, 179 of which were successfully completed with a success rate of 98%. Two unsuccessful operations were performed. The factors of unsuccessful operations were analyzed. According to the investigation results, it was the operator's fault. During the drug injection, the operator made a mistake, which led to the drug leakage and failed to pour all the drugs accurately. Of the 179 cases, 95 cases were treated once, and 25 cases were treated more than twice. After the treatment, all the patients were in good condition, without nerve injury, infection or hemorrhage. Only one patient had obvious palpitation. After rest, the condition was improved. Conclusion: Interventional ultrasound diagnosis has significant clinical effect in the detection of musculoskeletal diseases of limbs, and can obtain the detection results in the shortest time. It is the first choice for the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases. It is suggested to promote this imaging diagnosis and treatment method in clinical practice.展开更多

Methods: Forty patients from our hospital with occult fractures were selected as the observation group for MRI diagnosis, and 40 patients as the control group for ct diagnosis. The positive detection rates of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The diagnostic effect of MRI technique was superior to that of CT technique (P < 0.05), and the positive detection rate of patients in the control group was lower than that of patients in the observation group. Conclusion The value of MRI three-dimensional reconstruction in patients with occult fractures is higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT technology, the fracture data of patients detected are more accurate, and the effect of its application value is more significant in the case of occult complex fractures, which is worthy of promotion in all hospitals.展开更多

Methods: in this study, 90 patients with traumatic superficial soft tissue injury diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected for ultrasound examination. The examination results showed that the patients had various degrees of injury, such as tendon, ligament, meniscus and other position injuries. We paid attention to the operation of the patients, observed their pathological conditions, discussed the diagnostic effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury, and compared the results with MRI in the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury. Results: of the 90 patients involved in the study, 10 (11.11%) had no soft tissue injury, 80 (88.89%) had traumatic superficial tissue injury, 49 had cystic mass, 8 had solid mass, 6 had ligament injury, 7 had tendon injury, 5 had muscle injury, 2 had meniscus injury and 3 had nerve injury. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis have certain advantages compared with CT diagnosis, and the comparison between the two meets the requirements of p < 0.05;Judging musculoskeletal ultrasound and CT diagnosis from the perspective of diagnostic conformity, the comparative indicators are: cystic mass, solid mass, ligament injury, tendon injury, muscle injury, etc. Through data analysis, it can be seen that the musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis has more obvious advantages than CT diagnosis, satisfying P < 0.05, while in other diseases, the difference between the two is not significant, P > 0.05. Conclusion: musculoskeletal ultrasound has significant clinical value in the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury, can effectively detect superficial soft tissue injury, has extremely high accuracy, and has both safety and convenience. The diagnosis cost is within the acceptable range for ordinary patients. It is recommended to be popularized and applied in future imaging diagnosis.展开更多
