鸣叫是无尾两栖类动物种间和种内通讯的重要方式。鸣声特征分析是利用生物声学技术进行蛙类行为学研究和物种多样性监测的基础,对了解物种分类、繁殖、分布和进化至关重要。我们于2024年6月收集了广东车八岭国家级自然保护区及附近区域1... 鸣叫是无尾两栖类动物种间和种内通讯的重要方式。鸣声特征分析是利用生物声学技术进行蛙类行为学研究和物种多样性监测的基础,对了解物种分类、繁殖、分布和进化至关重要。我们于2024年6月收集了广东车八岭国家级自然保护区及附近区域11种无尾两栖类物种(隶属于6科8属)的鸣声数据和相关采集信息。本研究提供了11个物种的鸣声数据集,包括11个广告鸣声和1种争斗鸣声的波形图、频谱图及鸣声特征分析。本数据集展示了鸣声的时域和频域参数,如简单鸣声、复杂鸣声、鸣声时长、音节时长、音节间隔、脉冲数、主频、基频等,为华南地区无尾两栖类动物的声学研究及物种监测提供了基础数据。 展开更多

A new species of Leptobrachella is described from Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality,China.Molecular phylogenetic analyses based on mitochondrial and nuclear gene sequences indicated that the new species is genetically divergent from its congeners.It could be identified from its congeners by a combination of followings characters:body size of male 29.1-34.1 mm(n=14),female 34.1-34.9 mm(n=4);dorsal skin rough with large tubercles in size of humeral glands,without conical spines;fringes on toes narrow;ventral body basically floral white with deep grey pigments all over;dorsal body deep greyish brown with smoky black markings;iris gold above,gradually silver bellow;tibia-tarsal articulation reaches the level of the middle of the eye when leg being stretched forward;the main call type with dominant frequency4.08 ± 0.16 kHz(14.1-14.9℃),call duration 170.35± 15.19ms,the number of pulses for the first note in a call 3.50±0.89,and the number of pulses for the second note in a call 5.08±0.77. 展开更多

In anurans,advertisement calls(ACs)are an essential form of intraspecific communication.This study evaluates geographical variation in the ACs of Leptobrachella ventripunctata in the Guizhou Plateau,southwestern China,and explores correlations between call characteristics,body size,and environmental factors.ACs are simple calls of L.ventripunctata,and apparent differences were observed in the ACs among different geographical populations of L.ventripunctata.The Call duration(CD)revealed a significant positive correlation with altitude and a significant negative correlation with temperature and humidity.Moreover,the Dominant frequency(DF)exhibited a significant negative correlation with altitude and the habitat closure degree and a significant positive correlation with temperature.These variations in ACs between different geographical populations of L.ventripunctata may critically impact the adaptive evolution of species,and the calls may also be relevant for environmental selection. 展开更多

The Asian leaf litter toad genus Leptobrachella contains more than 100 species widely distributed in southwestern Asia.However,the systematic profiles of this group remain unresolved.Osteological morphology is important for taxonomic and phylogenetic studies.However,few studies have focused on the osteology of the genus.Herein,we comprehensively described the osteological features of a representative species L.bijie based on micro-CT scanning and double-staining methods.The results show that the skull of adult L.bijie is well-ossified,exhibiting sexual dimorphism and minimal intraspecific variation.The skull length is slightly greater than the width,with the maxilla slightly overlapping with the quadratojugal.The nasal connects with the sphenethmoid in males,but only part or not connects with the sphenethmoid in females.The transverse processes of the sacrum are robust and symmetrically butterfly-shaped,and the presacral vertebrae are procoelous.The pectoral girdle is arciferous.The phalangeal formula is 2-2-3-3 for the hand,and 2-2-3-4-3 for the foot.This study provides the first detailed and comprehensive osteological accounts of the genus Leptobrachella. 展开更多

The switchgear contact temperature data are collected via the wireless temperature detection module and exchanged in inter-vehicle wireless networking by Zigbee modules. 本研究聚焦于轨道电客车制动系统性能的全面评估。当前,轨道电客车制动系统性能测试通常采用驾驶电客车或救援车与待测试电客车连挂进行测试的方式,此方式耗时耗力,且调车过程中涉及高昂的人工成本、能源消耗及复杂的多工种协调,限制了... 本研究聚焦于轨道电客车制动系统性能的全面评估。当前,轨道电客车制动系统性能测试通常采用驾驶电客车或救援车与待测试电客车连挂进行测试的方式,此方式耗时耗力,且调车过程中涉及高昂的人工成本、能源消耗及复杂的多工种协调,限制了检修效率。基于对当前测试方式的深入分析,本文设计了一套兼备公铁两用功能的智能测试车系统,旨在高效且准确地评估轨道电客车的停放制动与紧急制动性能。相较于当前的测试方式,本方案测试效率提升50%,经济成本减少了62.57%,为轨道电客车制动系统的测试提供的新的途径。本研究解决了当前测试方法在资源消耗、周期长等方面的问题,实现了测试过程的自动化与数据处理的实时化,具有一定实际应用意义,未来有望在轨道交通的安全保障与效率提升方面发挥作用。 展开更多

Background:Hypertrophic scars are one of the main complications that affect the quality of life of patients after burns.Many methods have been shown to be effective in the treatment of hypertrophic scars,such as ablative fractional CO_(2) laser(AFCL)and platelet-rich plasma(PRP).However,there are few studies on the effect of the combined application of these measures.The purpose of this study was to explore the therapeutic effect of AFCL combined with PRP on hypertrophic burn scars.Methods:A retrospective clinical observation study was conducted on 50 patients with hypertrophic burn scars.The AFCL+PRP group included 31 patients who received AFCL combined with PRP treatment;the AFCL group included 19 patients who received AFCL treatment only.The University of North Carolina 4P Scar Scale(UNC4P)and the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores that were collected before each treatment were used as indicators of the effectiveness of the previous treatment.The scores recorded at the second,fourth and seventh months were analysed.Results:The demographic data of the 2 groups were not significantly different.Before treatment,therewas no difference in the UNC4P and VSS scores between the 2 groups.Therewas a significant decline in the UNC4P and VSS total scores over 6 months in both groups(p<0.05)and scores in the 2 groups were comparable after 3 and 6 months(p<0.05).UNC4P scores in the AFCL+PRP group decreased from a mean of 8.26 to 2.61(p<0.05)with a concomitant drop in VSS scores from a mean of 11.74 to 6.06(p<0.01).In the AFCL group UNC4P and VSS scores decreased from 7.68 to 4.63(p<0.05)and from 10.89 to 8.16(p<0.05),respectively.The sub-items of these 2 assessments were analysed and the results suggest that AFCL combined with PRP can comprehensively improve scarring.Conclusions:This study shows that PRP is an effective adjunct for AFCL in the treatment of hypertrophic burn scars and that the combination of PRP and AFCL proved to be more useful than AFCL alone.This combination may be a new and effective clinical practice for the treatment of scars.However,larger and higher-level clinical studies are still needed to determine its efficacy and possible mechanisms. 展开更多
